I bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado and I will admit I waited a while to post this review for them to make sure nothing went wrong as other reviews werent the best. But yall i am telling you they have really stepped up around Parkside and I would Recommend any and all of my friends to them. Love my truck

On Thursday the 21st of November walked in and explained to the young lady how much money I had to spend which was 2100 dollars total. Then asked if they had anything that would fit into my budget. She told me to let her call the owner. The owner then told her that he had a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was located at their shop. I went to test drive it the drive went great I did not see any major leaks or problems. I was very excited and happy was even impressed that the owner told me about a problem with the front spacers which was a problem I just had fixed on my other jeep so knew it would not be a problem to have fixed. on Friday had to take a small trip and started having problems with the power steering looked into the repair cost and google stated about 700 dollars . Told my self at this point that what happens when you buy used on Saturday night had to have my wife take it to work and now it is leaking oil in such a bad manner that that it went bone dry during her 8 hour shift the attached pic shows the oil puddle left when she went to come home.I have not been in contact with the owner at the dealership yet because of course it is a Sunday at 700 am . However after reading the other reviews on here I am concerned that I will not see a happy outcome. I will keep this review updated as things become clearer. I will start looking for legal representation mon am just in case this does not come to a good conclusion. Contacted them that Monday and on Tuesday the re;lace the power steering pump with no hassle. no complaints on this end thank you for the good service.

I bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado about a year ago and it has been fantastic! About a month after I purchased it, the thermostats was going bad and Parkside was so nice to help out with the repair even though I bought the car as is and with no warranty.

Test drove a vehicle, went back to talk about what would need fixed for me to buy it. The salesman kept telling me oh, thats just a minor thing then their mechanic walked through and they pulled him into the conversation. He starts arguing with me stating it doesnt need what I said would need done for me to buy it. At that point I had to walk out. And its stinks cause I liked the vehicle, just couldnt deal with the staff.

So apparently they sold me a SALVAGED CAR WITH A SALVAGED TITLE! NEVER INFORMED ME OF IT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT CARS HISTORY! ILL BE GETTING A LAWYER FOR SURE! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND WILL BE DELT WITH.

I give them a zero! They sold me a ford Taurus for thousands over bluebook. It ran great on the test drive but as soon as i got home the power steering went out! After that it would break once or twice a week. The transmission went out and i lost all my money. They are a bunch of conartists! Stay away from them!

Do not ever buy a car here! Bought a Chevy equinox and within a short time the whole car messed up! Transmission went out, speedometer, radio everything, also had a gas leak, called to ask about warranty they hung up on me! Repeatedly called back and left messages! Nothing! Worst place ever,!!

BEWARE!!! TAKE VEHICLE TO A KNOWN MECHANIC TO LOOK OVER GOOD BEFORE YOU BUY! they Sell vehicles with bandaids to cover up major problems,!!! Takes advantage of people in a tough situation only making it worse on them when within less than 2 months my son has had the car less time on the road than able to drive. Mr Swingle refuses to listen to the problems, interrupts. Had parts in vehicle that needed installed but never was put on. Do not buy from this dealership! There are a lot of other options for getting a car then this junk dealer.

Place is a good used car dealer though you have to have FULL COVERAGE to have a vehicle.

I originally put gave this place a 1 star because my transmission went out on the car in less than 6 months after I purchased the car. Then the owner contacted me and offered to fix the transmission for 500$. So I gave them 5 stars BUT when it came down to fixing it the price doubled. They were more concerned about having a bad review online than acually helping A PAYING CUSTOMER. & after talking to the owner he basically said he is not sure if the transmission problem came from me or before I got it.. which is bulls**. WORST PLACE EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!

Terrible and untrustworthy! He swore up and down the mechanics look and fix all cars before sold and Its a complete like not even 3 mo having the car everything went wrong and they refused to fix It. Same thing happened to my friend she had her car for a berry short period and the engine completely blew. You pay way way way too much for the car you they are over priced and they are not too friendly. When asked If we could trust them he said I dont trust anyone. Total waste of moneyI do not recommend

Parkside auto are crooks they take advantage of people in need of a vehicle i just 2 months ago got a 2003 chevy trailblazer and like others said got it home 2 days ltr brakes down they were willing to fix the things wrong while the deal hadnt beem closed yet yhrough the finance company i had it in their shop every week the first month out of two months i have only drove 1 month the heat weny out they lolly gaggede around didnt want to deal with it went to get a oil change and found out the whole underneath of my car is a accident waiting to happen was told its unsafe to drive and so i had to spend 872 dollars just to get my car safe to drive but theres 750 more dollars that needs done and that dont include the heat being fixed chris the owner is a rip off he has side mechanics that really arent real mechanics they are really a body shop not mechanics so im payi g probably 6000 for a car thats work probably 2000 dollars but sad when ur own mexhanics say u sell bad cars to people and they have to deal with the issue should of learnedy lesson why they ripped my kid off on her car thats ok cause small claims court here i come u aint gonna sell me a unsafe care and get away with it all them damages have been there a real mechanic said its nothing i did it 2 months so i got a suprise for parkside

I know desperate times call for desperate measures.... but this place is nothing but low life scum who will sell you a car that looks good and runs good but only for a couple weeks and by that time its too late!!!!!!! They say theyll do one thing and do the opposite. I know a lemon happens every once In awhile but its inevitable but with thesebut guys almost every car off their lot bad! They mess with odometers so you cant even trust what that says... and asking around they do it to most of them! So save your self a lot of money and headache!!!!

Haha so funny reviews on here had a great laugh.Just remember its a used car lot. Used cars are mostly traded in do to headaches and issues.Bought from here twice. 1st time was great knew what I was getting had 2 issues and fixed and all is good 2nd was a vette for a project car. Was over priced but they delt and we came to agreement on it. Still over priced but I wanted it and was worth to pay more than to look around for what I wanted and have other shipped here so it came down to same price.Recommend yes I would for someone wanting a used car off a used car lot I would.

This company sold me a vehicle whose odometer had been tampered with to reflect 50,000 miles less than what it actually had! The owner refused to buy the vehicle back from me at the price I paid for it.
