Victoria Vicky at the Pell City Farmers made our purchase and delivery process effortless. She responded to any questions promptly was knowledgeable about the merchandise and made the whole process so smooth. The delivery team was gentle bringing in and setting up our new furniture and were courteous of our home. This definitely makes choosing Farmers again in the future an easy choice.

Went in to purchase dining table and chairs. Were told it would take two weeks. Did more shopping. Called the next morning to make arrangements to come and pay to order. Manager said he would be there. Drove 40 minutes. Manager had just left for lunch. Were told they could order the table but didn’t know if there were chairs with it. ?!?!???Drove to Wilson’s Furniture on Avalon. Bought beautiful table and 6 chairs at great price! Delivered that afternoon. SHOP AT WILSON’S FURNITURE BEFORE BUYING!!

Nice, big store. Went recliner shopping & had to walk all over the store to look at each one. A nice young lady helped us, but we didnt find what we wanted.

Bought 2 leather Catnapper recliners. 800.00 each. Ones fell apart in 3 years. Although under warranty would have cost me parts and labor well over 200.00. Still would own a piece of junk chair. Never again. Also management does not seem interested in helping the customer after the sale. Ashame

I went there today, 1000 cash in hand to buy a recliner. I spent 40 minutes in store and not one employee waited on me. Me and my cash went to Babcock, they was glad to take my money

After having a game system from farmers less than a week problems began happening so we contacted farmers. They REFUSE to replace the system and are treating paying customers like trash. If youre looking for quality items and service i would look elsewhere, Farmers furniture in Pell City is not where youre going to find it.
