Probably one of the smartest companies in business today! I had to return a product but could not find the paper receipt. They were able to use the credit card i always use and give me credit on the purchase. WALMART could use a lesson in this! I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Getting RV pipe parts and the salesman was very helpful. Unfortunately what we needed was out of stock and wouldn’t be in for another two weeks which is really unacceptable. 😳🙁

We took the last 3 at our local store the say before but needed 2 more or project. They had plenty in Pell City according to the app so we ordered online and picked them up curbside yesterday. Easy peasy, thanks to Miss Linda who brought out our order. I appreciate this option since my husbands mobility is somewhat limited.

Prices arent updated on products on the shelf. Went in Tuesday for wood prices were wrong at checkout ... Next week came back for more ... Still the wrong prices vs shelf and checkout

In the past, I have been able to get help in this store but today must have been a bad day. I have been here twice to pick up things to tile kitchen and had to search for myself as no one but the cashier asked if they could help. I found everything that I needed.

I just had my new washer and drier delivered today. After spending that kind of money i was told by the sales lady that the propane kit was in the installation kit. The kit i received cost 33.99 plus tax. It was a 24in flex hose and 3 fittings. No propane kit. Now the tell me they dont even carry them. Nice place for a hardware store. What a bunch of idiots!

The worker in hardware dept was extremely busy answering all the customers hardware and plumbing questions. And even tho I was positive I knew what part I needed. He assured me via extra education and visual information that I needed a different part. He was right!I am still grateful!

We found the metal lawn edging like we wanted at a fair price.. store was neat and associates were helpful..

After ordering my floor in July and being told that there was a 2 week period for installation I was then informed that they were backlogged. I complained to Home Depot after being given a October installation date. They then waited until September to come out to install the flooring minus the stairs and foyer. I was informed that I could cancel my installation but I would owe them a $750 restocking fee even though some items were on backorder. The workers broke my window sill while doing the installation. When I put in a claim to have it fixed it was denied even though it was their workers that caused the damage. They had to come back out to finish the stairs and foyer. It is now January and my floors are still not correct. So I am now waiting for them to come out a fourth time to correct issues with the stairs. I would not recommend them to do any flooring installation ever!

I was in there right after the hurricane came through. Our and my mothers power was out. I couldnt find hd extension cords to run my mothers oxygen. When I got there Jennifer helped me. Even though the things I needed wasnt all in her dept she helped me to find everything I needed quickly so we could get my mothers oxygen back on. She is an asset to the store not just a dept. She went over and above. My family all thanks her.

Very suprised, I ordered online and did curbside pick filled out what parking spot and in Pell City Alabama before I was have way threw with a song I was listening to they had already brought my order to me very quick and I am pleased.

Always have what we need. Tried Lowes because its much closer. Everything we needed was going to have to be special ordered. Just to fix a water leak and hot water heater. HOME DEPOT will be first stop from now on. Friendly employees and very, very helpful. Thanks HOME DEPOT

Good location. I only take away a star because of the horrible cart management at this store. If you see a wood cart that you like in the parking lot...GRAB IT! Most likely you will be coming back out if not. The management has done a good job putting the correct people in each department.

I ordered a part online that we needed for a dryer and it was supposed to be delivered today to this store. It has sat in California for 3 days now and it is not going to be delivered until Tuesday. They will not refund my money. Lowe’s would have had it here in 2 days. Learned my lesson never will I ever shop at Home Depot again.

Definitely not enough masks around. Service is pretty ok though, and curbside pickup is still convenient.

I am not fond of Home Depot at all. This store is pretty disorganized. They all have gotten so that you have to order online and wait for any big items as they dont keep them in stock. I dont like that. I want to be able to pick the item up immediately.

Did not find what I needed. Ended up buying something different completely. Because thats what they had.

They have 90% of items needed for my projects ... And that is rare.

The employees are completely rude. I have never left my buggy in the middle of the store & walked out but here I did. We have spent a lot of money at this store and a little help & respect goes a long way. Every other Home Depot I have been in has excellent customer service but this one was horrible. So Home Depot 5 🌟. This store I didnt want to give one star.

Its home depot they have the selection, employees are not trained to know the difference in a 2x4 and a sheet of plywood. Know what you need before you go.

Just a normal home depot but every time Ive been in there service takes for ever. Very little effort to assist customers. There is always 1 guy and 1 lady in appliances that ends up helping as everyone else just walks around and says someone will be right with you.

Never have any problems here. Always helpful employees asking if they can help with anything. Everything is easily accessible and easy to browse and find what youre looking for. Great store.

I was shopping HD this afternoon needed som lumber. Good news they had the material I was looking for.Bad news I am handicapped and I ask for help. The employee I asked to help told no could not help. Finally I got a electric cart trying to move 2 1 by8 12 ft on a electric cart. I did many to get to the checkout and again no help.I am a Vietnam Vet expected somebody would help. I am 70 years old and it was a struggle to by any heavy material at Home Depot in Pell City.Things in life has really changed, when I was younger if you go in a store and ask for help you get it. Not today!

I had a terrible experience here today. None of the employees was helpful at all even when asked for help no one could or would help. The guy from the paint department tried to help us in electrical. When I was checking out I asked 2 or 3 times about making sure I could get my receipt emailed to me and again after asking the cashier still didnt do as I asked when it came up in the screen she cleared it off before I could say yes in the key pad. So no I didnt have a good experience

What you need is there. We went after exterior home paint and bathroom cabinets. A new look in our bathroom for over twenty years. And new house color for our home in twenty years. Wow! Cant wait to see the finished jobs.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I go to buy a $450 door. When they bring the door down, there is a gash in the wood. I ask for a different door and Im given a long explanation as to how all of the doors will be this way and its to be expected. And then, after the patience is already gone, they proceed to huddle and trash talk my family and I as if we cant hear. THE EMPLOYEES ARE DISGRACEFUL. We ask if they can take any off and they say $25. Off of a $450 door. If I could leave zero stars, you bet I would. Absolutely disgraceful.

I get so excited when I go to Home Depot. Im all over the store. My favorite department is garden center. I love plants/shrubbery and they dont disappoint me when I go in. So many varieties(seasonal) to choose from and also pots, potting soil,pavers, mulch, too much to mention. Love this place❤❤
