We drove all over the place and went to 5 other dealerships before we reluctantly came here and let me tell ya guys.... it’s so worth it. These guys really are amazing. They didn’t try to finagle us into anything we didn’t want and I was very clear about not wanting my credit run until we absolutely 100% decided to get a car. These guys, Andrew Holt specifically went above and beyond for us and put us in a 2019 Kia Soul with payments exactly where we needed them and they accepted my 2001 focus trade in that I never thought I could even use as a trade in. No other dealerships would even sit down and talk to me when i told them i only had 1200 down and no credit, but they immediately did everything they could to help me when i showed up! i love my car and everyone there was super nice and helpful!

Started well with this group friendly service great environment but after talking about where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payments they went way above what i was asking for then go back one truck was ok but they were asking 3000 above kbb and what the average cost of that same model truck is online so be weary of this place do all the research you can before diving into there closing process!!

The purchase process was good however about a month into the purchase of the car I start having major issues. I took the car back a couple of times to only get a I think this may be the issue was sent for service waited over three hours only to be told my car was never touched. I am two months in and the car is in the shop with no real explanation of what is wrong with the car. I hate I purchased this hunk of junk.

Very shady place dont buy there never asked did I want the warranty and it cost 3200 dollars that kinda of money on the loan made my payments go way up

We went to test drive a few f150s on a very rainy, stormy day. Each of the employees went above and beyond to helps us! Very kind, very informative people! Definitely buy from them!

We spent an entire day getting the run around at different dealerships and I was frazzled when we arrived at Superior in Pell City, to be honest I was rude. We sat down with Gail first. I explained my frustrations (rudeness), I told her what we could pay down and pay a month and she was gracious about my situation. We then sat down with Mario who worked magic with the numbers and found a lender that was willing to work with us. Dylan worked with us on GAP and warranty and got us a deal we could not beat any where else. The team at Superior was not only fast, but very nice. They worked really hard for me and I will never go any where else for my vehicle needs.

Sold me a lemon. Car broke down not even 30 days after i bought it. Didnt even have it a year. Only 8 months and it broke down where i couldnt afford to fix it and keep paying the payments. There was a recall on it. Will never go back or refer anyone to Superior. Thanks a lot Josh! It will be handle thru court tho. Oh and one more thing.....the BBB and that lemon law!

They ran my credit at 3 different places when I told them not to unless I decided on a car. In addition, the owners attitude changed completely when I decided not to buy.
