My son bought a new car from this dealership and he was very pleased with the price of the car. Brannon was the person who sold the car to him. Brannon is a good salesman he was not pushy and was very nice. Everyone treated my son so nice. It is a very pretty place and everyone were so nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone

I definitely don’t recommend buying anything from them! I go there looking at a truck on Thursday, it’s not in but I get credit approval for it. They tell me it’s mine when it comes in so I wait for the call. I called back Friday to go see it because they said it would be there, not it’s not. So I wait to hear from them Saturday, Sunday and nothing. Monday late morning I get a text and they are going to sell it because some guy gave them a $500 deposit. Wow, I was told by salesman and manager it was mine. No one mentioned a deposit or anything else. So the truck I’m approved for gets sold out from under me. All they could tell me is oh well I’m sorry. Never do business with a company like that.

I bought a truck three months ago from this place. I trusted that I was getting a fair price. Only to find out three months later, I’m $27,000 upside down. The Bible scripture on the front door is definitely comforting. However, don’t let them fool you.Never again. Totally taking advantage and price gouging people never buy from here.

I went down today with an appointment with my husband and it was the BIGGEST waste of time. The deals they post on Facebook that say you need no down payment or only pay 79$ a month arent real. Went in and got told that we had to qualify but no one could tell us any qualifications. Ran credit 4 times before even showing us a car and tried to only show us one 2019 that was double our budget when I know they had cheaper. Dont let them manipulate or scam you

Came down on 10-2-21 after seeing a post on their Facebook page about repurposed vehicles. They did not have any when we got there, showed us a car for way more than what we needed. Drove an hour to come see them to be disappointed. They were friendly though. Just felt misleaded.

Everyone was very helpful as the transaction was going on, but then when I tried to get some info after the sale is when I noticed I was not getting calls back for whatever reason which is frustrating. Jacob and Ethan helped me out a TON on getting an amazing Jeep within my price range. They stayed over an hour after close and even helped me clean my things out of my old car to get them into my new car (I wasnt really expecting to go get a new car that day and decided to go look at the last second, so I didnt have my car ready and had lots of stuff in there). Received an insulting offer on my trade in but as it is a sellers market I can understand a dealer trying to keep as much in a deal as possible.What I cannot understand is why the dealership ran my credit before we ever talked real numbers or an application was filled out.I never signed anything nor give a verbal consent for my credit to be run.Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit and it will take a long time for it to come off my credit report.It is not right for a dealership to run my credit without a written authorization to do so.

They did the recalls efficiently even though short a man, also did the requested services timely. They forgot to wash my car but in their defense they were short one and a bit busy..

I’m going to give this facility a one start review until we receive our reimbursement back.We purchased a truck in January- we reserved the truck as we were traveling a few hours away. They had us do paperwork via phone a day before so we could get there, grab the truck and go.That was not the case.The truck was dirty. After the dealership claimed that their detailer cleaned the truck- TWICE- and six hours later- we asked if we could just get a reliable detailer to clean the vehicle and they agreed. They also stated they would reimburse us our $300 that we spent getting the vehicle detailed since they couldn’t fulfill that correctly.So until we receive our reimbursement- I would never recommend this facility to anyone unless you would like to lose money too.

Josh Sumners was a great car salesman, he even told me this funny joke that stuck with me... “Why do chicken coupes have 2 doors?Because if they had 4 doors they’d be a chicken sedan”I raise a whole cockflock and he came up with this joke damn near on the spot. Great guy and good service.

Didn’t budge off the price of the 2020 car, which being the month of May you might want to move inventory for 2021 but then they low balled our 2018 trade in. Wouldn’t not recommend to anyone and we will never go back.

I bought a vehicle sight unseen except for pics. I shipped the vehicle to Missouri. Was better than expected and a 9.9 out of 10. Levi and Garrett were so easy to work with over the phone. Mr Harvey is a wonderful man that took plenty of time with my wife and I and made sure we had the best option for what we were looking for. I was not hasseled when I first showed up. We currently had a conversion van and were planning to sell it or trade it for a Jeep as they are the most sought after vehicles to tow flat behind a motorhome. After much thought on our experience, I am posting this. I could not find a way to email the dealership.We bought a new Ram about 2 months ago. 1st off, they dragged tail on paying off the trade in, so my husband was reported for late payment.2nd, I was only supposed to be the co signer on the loan but the loan, somehow, is in my name. Plus, the loan manager is rude AF3rd, we were promised a second fob for our truck within 2 to 3 days.I have called back 3 times, spoke to the sales rep once, was promised again and still have no second fob.I am not happy and I will not recommend them for thr above reasons

I call to check the status of my brand new car that I’m having to have worked on 4months after buying and no one can tell me what’s going on or when it will be fixed. I spoke to a customer service rep and he promised me a call back in two hours. That was 4 days ago. Bought the Jeep in Early August. At the time a $50 gift certificate was promised with a test drive. I always have issues when I go there, mainly due to scheduling, and Im usually dealing with Erin in Services. Monday, I ordered tires. Wednesday, I showed up to have them installed, but there was going to be a 3 hour wait to start on the install. Instead, I opted to schedule an appointment for 10am the next day. I arrive Thursday at 9:50am to be told that the appointment was to see her, not start on the service. So that would mean at least an hour wait, along with the 2 hour wait to complete the job. Doesnt that defeat the purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place?

Thought this car lot was great place to purchase a car. Thought my car salesman was knowledgeable of all the information he gave only to find out it’s a lie. The day I drove off in the car I spoke about the tires and how they didn’t look to great was told they was in condition and had a balance and alignment done . Well not even two months into having the vehicle it starts to shake really hard . I call service was to told to talk to the guy that sold me the car only for him to say that something you have to deal with. That I should know the car would need tires, I feel like I got over on and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I called and got the run around regarding issues with my brand new Wrangler. They kept saying theyd have to charge me a diagnostic fee. I took it to another dealer where they identified issues from the factory that are being covered under warranty.
