They provide prompt and quality services and, best of all, they take the time to talk us through any repairs and make trustworthy suggestions. Paid for a thorough brake inspection and they said they couldnt find anything. Go to pick up my vehicle and the groaning from the locked up brakes was loud enough a tech in the doorway kept staring at me as I left. Went to Howards in Osky and he found collapsed brake lines immediately and serviced them.

In Jan 2020 I was in town for my Mothers Funeral. I had a Y joint break on my coolant system. They got it fixed in less then 24 hours and we were able to return home as scheduled. The price was a little high, but not unreasonable for an emergency rush job.They were polite and even provided shuttle service so we did not have to walk a half mile, uphill, in the snow to the hotel. They were courteous and friendly as well.

The Pella Car Care Team is always professional and knowledgeable about the various car issues that I have needed resolved over the last year. My most recent service was due to leaking fuel lines, which the team investigated the problem and gave me options for how to address. Their service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who needs routine oil changes or larger repairs completed.

My vehicle is nearing 100,000 miles and was in need of several repairs. The air conditioning was not working, a tire was leaking and I was overdue for multiple scheduled maintenance items. From the initial quoting phase to the completion of the work, Pella Car Care was helpful, professional, responsive and capable of completing everything I needed done to the vehicle. They went through all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and gave me all of the information I needed to make decisions within my budget. Communication was thorough and met me where I was at rather than expecting me to get the right person on the phone at the right time to get an answer about my repair. I live in a rural area and traveled over an hour to have work done with Pella Car Care. I would do it again in a heartbeat because I trust their work and I know Im going to get exceptional customer service. This is what auto repair should look like in the modern era.

They took great care of my car and got everything done (and more than I expected) in a reasonable time! They took the extra steps to ensure my car was running well and even printed out a full report of my car with a list of all the components they checked. Price was higher than I was expecting but since it was done well, I am happy to pay more for a better app around experience.

Our college student needed new brakes before coming home and Pella Car Care was great about getting the job done with a reasonable quote and timeliness. They also provided shuttle to and from the college which was awesome. When home, we took the car in for a recall fix and thru a routine inspection were happy to hear what the brakes were great. Very nice employees all around. They drove me back to my house for free when I dropped off my car. Every time I called they answered pretty quickly and recognized me when I would call to check on my vehicle. They have a good warranty on their repairs too. I do not buy new cars every year, so when I moved to Pella looking for a garage to service my vehicles was obviously a priority. I got several recomendations and tried out a variety of places before choosing Pella Car Care. I have used them for over ten years now. They have proven to do excellent work that they will stand behind, they are fair on pricing, reliable in their scheduling, and pleasant to work with. I do not have anything to gain in writing this, I just feel like if I was new to the area it would be welcome information. BTW, if you are knowledgeable on the subject of auto mechanics as I am, ask for Jay who is particularly good. Truthfully they are all pretty darn good.

Pella Car Care has a program with oil changes where you pay for 5 oil changes and get 1 free. I appreciate that they are flexible on drop off and pick up times so that I can make it to work on time.

Excellent and friendly service. Got my appointment quickly, they drove me to work and then communicated well with me about my car throughout the day, and it was all a reasonable cost. Fixed my issue in a single day which was also appreciated. Plan on using them again in the future. :)

They do acceptable work, but will jack up the prices. Example: You bring your car in for a sensor malfunction, and without asking they will fix multiple other problems that do not exist. Leaving you with an outrageous bill that they then demand in full.

Pella Car Care was able to successfully diagnose and fix a major issue with my car when 2 other auto shops were not able to do so. They referred to an official Ford memo for the potential issue (that the others had not done) and fixed my car quickly. They called me prior to the repair with an estimated cost for the work to make sure I approved first. I know weve found our new go-to auto shop in town.

My husband and I took our car in to them after having it malfunction on the highway. They did a preliminary examination of the car, and unlike some other car repair shops, they didnt attempt to break our wallet by doing the work themselves, when they suspected that the car (though mileage-wise out of warranty, but in warranty year-wise) might possibly be, at least in part, paid for by the manufacturer. They allowed us to graciously store our car on their lot for a few days until we could get the car towed to the nearest dealership, where ultimately the car was repaired. If PCC had insisted that THEY wanted to make the money, they could have insisted on doing the exact same repair as the dealership, but we would have been charged the full cost (nearly $5,000) of what turned out to be a manufacturer defect that shortened the life of our engine. Instead, we were only out the cost of the towing (a little over $200) and about another $200 for a tire and the little bit that the corporation didnt cover. All in all, less than $500 is much better than approximately $5000. So, I see PCC as having integrity. Will be going back to them soon for a tire repair on our van.
