Lovely little shop with a great patio and large table for groups. We had the Dutch Latte - highly recommend!

Cute coffee shop, a lot to choose from. Order anything complicated, they make right up fresh. But order a regular, drip coffee and youll wait forever.

Stopped in as a group for coffee. Everyone recieved a cup but one. Finally after others were served they want to know why we were still waiting. They acted like we were their problem. Not stopping here again!Went to Pella for the Tulip Festival & wanted to find downtown shops to eat & get coffee. No, will not stop here again.

Shopping in Pella today & stopped at the Brew for lunch. We ordered our lunch & coffees & I requested a cup of tap water. I was told they don’t do that & I would need to buy a bottle of water which I did as I had no other choice. Our salads were brought to our table & as I had ordered plain coffee I carried it to our table. Salads were good with lots more lettuce than other ingredients even though my sister had requested just a small amount because of some stomach issues. No biggie. Dressing was separate in a small container with what looked like about 2 tablespoons. We hadn’t been given our waters so I went to the counter & was told to get them from the cooler. I said it would have been helpful if we had been told that. My sister didn’t have her coffee yet & noticed a cup on the far side of the bar. No one had called her name & it had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. There were 3 girls behind the counter talking, not many customers but they obviously didn’t care that she had not gotten the coffee. There was so much lettuce in my salad the little cup I was given was not enough. I went to the counter & asked for another & the girl went to the cash register! I said Are you telling me that you are going to charge me for more dressing on a $10 salad? She said Yes. I couldn’t believe it. I just walked back to my table. I saw her speaking to another of the girls who just waved her hand as in Whatever. And they want Tips for this kind of service?? I will never return to this cafe.

Fantastic products and service! Ive been impressed with the consistency of quality in their brewed coffee and espresso. They have a number of non-dairy milks and the folks behind the counter are friendly and remember regulars.

The Brew is a beautiful laid back coffee house with some of the best freshly roasted beans around. The people who work here are amazing and always have the greatest recommendations for food and drinks such as their Gyro salad, Mediterranean wrap AND the Affogato (espresso shots over ice cream😋)! I love it here and cant miss a day picking up a cup o liquid ALohA. Thank you ladies and Nick!

The Brew is my preferred place for coffee in Pella, mostly because of the atmosphere. But today was wired. They were playing music that doesnt really fit the vibe. It had a very night club sound to it and was overly loud. I met a friend there at 9am and it just wasnt the early Saturday atmosphere I was expecting and used to from them. They will still be my first choice, but hopefully the music is better curated in the future.

Love this place. Young people are great and makes me feel welcome. Nice to sit outside and drink coffee and visit with walkers. Coffee is great.

Each time I have went in this place with my husband I was ignored. The same girl was there each time and all her attention was on my husband and his order. It was like I wasnt standing there with him.She is way to over friendly with him each time we have come in.I get these girls are working towards tips but this girl needs to chill a bit. I dont feel comfortable at this place so I will no longer go.in it. When men come in with wife,s gf,s they need to be acknowledged as well. Even if they happen not to be placing an order. I usually encourage my husband to leave tips but not here lately. Will stick to coffee connections in knoxville where everyone is made to feel welcomed.And they have the best hot choc unlike brew coffee house. Theirs is watery and doesnt taste like hot choc.

We have stopped going here because its incredibly inconsistent. A standard menu item is made incorrectly for us 75% of the time we order it and is never reliable. For instance, Caramel Macchiato should always have caramel in it. It should never be all cold milk with no coffee. Chai shouldnt be steamed milk one day and hot water with a few seasonings added the next day. The final straw was ordering and paying for a large, getting a medium and when we asked for the right size she just poured it into a bigger cup and poured in a bunch of cold milk and more ice to turn it into a large. Are the baristas just poorly trained?

The Brew reminds me of those really cozy coffee shops in the metro. Love the vibes, and the coffee of course!

Excellent service, best mocha frappe and peach smoothies we have every had! The kitchen was closed at the time we were there, but the menu looked pretty good. Comfortable seating, plenty of nooks and crannies to hide in while using the free wifi that was pretty good too.

In my opinion this place does not stack up against places like the Starbucks, Caribu, or Smokey Row coffee houses. Brew House does have wonderful, tasty, and inexpensive sandwiches. Vegetarians can choose from several items also.

We had wraps - the Mediterranean and Garlic chicken. They were fresh and moist but not very flavorful. Service was fast and friendly.

The coffee was delicious, the decor was cute, and the atmosphere was great for studying or conversation. But unfortunately, the service was lacking. We were not greeted, the girl taking my order was slightly unpleasant, and we actually had to go back because my husbands drink was made incorrectly. Im hoping that we just caught them on a bad day, as weve had better experiences there in the past.

Good service, despite being shorthanded. Slooow internet during the day (less than 0.25Mbps). But I did a few speed tests and the internet service provider was over the phone line, so thats going to be slower. I did like the atmosphere, but had to unplug a lamp due to lack of outlets in the loft area. The tea was good and did seem to help my sore throat.

Not very many offerings for pastries or bagels but a small standard menu of drinks. They had lunch offerings as well. Good seating with a loft area, but background music choice was not conducive to reading on a weekend morning.
