15 days ago I was in a hit and run accident that cause over $5,000 in damage to my truck. It was the first accident that I have been in, so I was at a loss as far as what to do. The staff at Caliber were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease. Over the next 2 weeks, I got multiple text messages letting me know what was going on with my truck. Today, exactly 2 weeks from when I dropped my truck off, we got the call that it was ready for pickup. When I saw it I literally did a happy dance! The repairs look AMAZING and my truck looks better than ever!! Thank you, Calibur! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

I went to the office located at Pembroke Pines to get an estimate to fix some minor scratches on my truck, then they told me that they will contact me, but never did. I did call them back, and I they told me the same thing that they will contact me, and never did, I guess their looking for big paying repairs, I would go to another place, and please dont waste your time with them.

I was told the car was complete and ready to go. I drove 20 minutes only to find out the door was not properly aligned, the window was rubbing against something when coming down making noise and the interior was not cleaned. I only saw this after the GM assured me everything was good to go. I was given excuses for a job that should’ve been actually completed to standard. I had to come the following day out of my busy schedule to get the car. Other than that the person at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and very kind.

The shop was recommended by my insurance company after my car was in an accident. The repair is excellent including matching the paint which was white but with sparkle looking aspect that I thought would be difficult to match. My car looks great. Highly recommended.

The job was done quickly and properly the first time. If you’re used to the typical bodyshop, they will blow you mind from their clean facility to the excellent customer service. Rental car service is right on premises, making things even easier. Expect calls and texts to remind you of your appointment, as well as follow up calls keeping you abreast of the status of your repair.Overall, the 5 star hotel style service at a bodyshop was a bit of a shock, but certainly something I can get used to.I’ll definitely use their services again and will confidently recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family!!!

After being involved in an accident I took my car to Caliber Collision per the insurance recommendation and the great Google reviews. The whole process was very smooth, the customer service was superb as well as the great communication thought out the whole process. Id like to especially mention Yeni who was very helpful and accommodating. Being in an accident is disruptive but Caliber Collision made every effort to turn it into a nice experience, they went the extra mile to please me and Im thankful for that. Highly recommend them!

They were very professional. I had my car painted there because USAA use them as a recommended body shop. I went to Calibre because I saw their location in Miami just to get an estimate. From that time I said if I ever have to get my car painted, I’m bringing it here. That time came years later when someone hit my car. I took it to them at the newer location in Broward, which is much closer to my house. The place is new so it does look clean and nice. The staff helped me out and even called for my rental car. With COVID, there were no drinks or popcorn in there popcorn machine. That may be a thing if the past in this new norm. My expectations are high, because this was our first new car that got hit. I asked a lot of questions and the answer the to my satisfaction. My father owned a mechanic and body shop for 40 years. So I know what to look for in quality work. I just can’t paint, but I can criticize. They told me that they will be removing some body parts to have a clean body panel to paint. Sounds like how the body parts are painted from factory. They complete job came out great. It’s hard to match a white pearl paint job, but they did it well. Now I need to buff the older part of the body because the clear is slightly yellow on the older paint. Not their fault. But end result is the car came back just like it was before the accident.

Great customer service. I was kept informed every step of the way. Also, greatly appreciate the safety measures they have taken during this time. Everyone had mask and gloves on.

My wife rear ended someone and caused some damage to the hood of her car. So I took her vehicle in and from the technicians experience on a minor repair was needed. So to remedy the issue I bought the needed part and returned the vehicle to them. It was in and out the door in 20 minutes! The professionalism of the staff, and knowledge, skills and abilities of the technician, made this possible. Since it was such a quick job, I wasnt charged. Most places would have charged me probably around $100 just to look at the vehicle. We definitely will use them again if we need any collision type repairs in the future.

New to area. Stopped in this facility over a month ago. Was given an appointment for warranty work from another shop. Called on day of appointment to confirm. They were not ready for me. Called twice that week. I all heard that I will get a call back. Will not even return phone calls. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I had an excellent experience at this location on Taft St, my rep Brandon very professional, courteous and knows what hes talking about, he pointed out things needed to fix my situation! That another shop did not mentioned to me when I was trying to get a quote ! Robert at the reception a gentleman, polite and also experience at his position ! I was there for a few hours waiting for my car ! They treated everyone that called or walked in, very kind !

Terrible service. It has taken a month to fix a bumper and two side panels. Do not take your car there. Even if your insurance will pay for it. They cant fix any stuff in time. Management is terrible and cant get their act together. They just told me that they cant get the car ready because the painters car broke. Lol. What a joke!!! You are better off taking your car to a shop in Hialeah. On top of that this location is next to the Everglades. Worst location ever. The response that I get from Caliber Collision below is pathetic. You want me to get in contact with you when I have been calling every other day for the last month... Come on.... You can do better than that.

Very good body shop. They do excellent work

If you have any type of sports car I dont recommend taking it here.On two separate occasions they used at least a quarter tank a gas and had completely horrible gas mileage. I usually get 19-21 mpg. Both times when I got the car back it was at 10-11.Staff is nice and all but that doesnt mean the mechanics in the back are trustworthy. They lied to me about some things on the second visit. I know because I had a friend who was a mechanic check my car out.

I took my son car there because Geico choose this place and everyone were nice and great attention but they call me and they told me that they cannot paint and fix the car because they dont want to be responsible for the car paint and the parts that they need to be fix.I was disappointed the appraiser Felipe give the talk around. I would recommend no to choose that place. Run for you life . Not even the manager call me to explained better. Not good place to fix your car.

Terrible service at this location. Mathew the manager is extremely rude to women and take advantage of his position. I have felt disrespected and ignored every time I have spoken with him. I have called him at least twice a week for the past month to find out when my car is going to be ready. He always has a ridiculous excuse and treats bad his customer and employees. I can tell you this because the girl in the reception (Gabriela) has his same attitude. Make your self a favor and take your car some where else.

Brought my car here, I was a little skeptical when they told me that my bumper would be fixed rather than replaced. Was told by Zinaldo that we have some that specializes in bumpers, and not to worry. Within 3 day I got my car back, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the repairs. I am very picky with my car.
