I was in Miami a couple hours away from where I live and my battery died and was beeping whenever the car was driven. Company wont admit the excessive oil consumption on the Legacy 2015 and Outback 2017, both currently owned in our family and purchased at the same dealer.
Recently, I had an emergency situation due to an issue with a battery and was on limited time because of work. The service staff not only assisted with my issue, but demonstrated a respect for my time that far exceeded my expectations. I have never had this before from any dealership. Sitting with the finance manager was such a breeze as well. Everything is now electronic so you don’t walk out with a stack of papers. When I called to schedule the person who answered the phone informed me there were no openings for an oil change anytime in the next week. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day. When I arrived Jorge was very helpful, and was able to get me out of there in an hour!! The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very nice and helpful.

The test drive was extraordinary. Tony is amazing, has a great personality and made me feel welcome even though Im female (I actually had a negative experience twice with sales at Subaru of Port Richey solely for being female). The entire process was extraordinary and well worth the 5 hour drive from Port Richey.
I was able to fit me IN for car service eventhough they have a tight schedule appointment. Apart from that, they have a nice, comfortable waiting room area. Although, a longer car service than I expected from other Subaru retailers but worth to wait.The only thing they need to improve, is to call or message the customer that his/her car is ready for pick up. Moreover, to provide a brief details from the mechanic car service department thru video presentation in regards what they do in my car.

Ive been taking our car to Subaru of Pembroke Pines since we bought our Crosstrek in 2019. Joe has been our service advisor since then. He has taken a really good care of us and answered every question we had on the car. I dont say anything about issues because the car simple has no issues at all! They have a shuttle service that will take you home when you dont have any other transportation, and will pick you up when the service is done. Very good service overall.
Took my Subaru in for an oil change. I let the staff know my Husband passed away 2 months ago unexpectedly, and that I need to have my car start being serviced somewhere since he is no longer here to take care of these things. Much to my surprise, Chris, the Service Manager, and his team took very good care of my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of as well. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kind attitudes, and understanding how difficult of a time this is for me right now. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future.

Scheduled appointment for AC not working. Steve the service advisor was aware of my problem since I had scheduled service via their website. Compressor replaced covered under warranty. Steve advised two lug nuts need replacing they did not have them in stock. Will schedule for replacement at next scheduled service. Much better service experience than previous visit.

The service depart staff does their best to accommodate all their customers. They are always checking to make sure (if stay to wait) that your doing fine and the ask if you have any questions. The only reason I gave 3-stars this time around is because when they take the car to clean they never fully dry it off their are water spots everywhere( and it is not even raining) The attendants that are washing our cars are more attentive to the next text, or Facebook post than to finishing the job correctly.

Great service with Steve and his team. After being lied to by other Subaru dealerships in Southern Florida, I have been driving up to Orlando to get our car’s routine service maintenance done. Since Subaru of Pembroke Pines was the only dealership who took our then leased Outback when COVID-19 peaked on 2020, I decided to give it a try this time to get our Ascent serviced in this location. Before I drove to the dealership, I took the before images of the oil dipstick and the coolant. I also wrote “Original” on the cabin air filter.After the service, the oil appeared cleaner and refilled properly, the coolant was refilled. The cabin air filter was replaced👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The only missing in this dealership is the viewing area where you see your car as it is being serviced.Keep it up!

It was my first time having my car serviced at Subaru of Pembroke Pines. It was a great overall experience- everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that if there are no loaner cars available, and people are waiting 3-4 hours, you may want to offer water or beverages in the waiting area.

For some reason, that maybe has to do with the closing of the dealer that I had near my house (Bird Road Subaru), it was obvious that they had an exceptionally high workload that day. Therefore, it seems that it was impossible for them to fully adhere to the scheduled time of the appointment. Anyway, it should be noted that Kevin, the employee who received the car, was very friendly and formal in his treatment.As for Jorge, the Service Advisor, he was extremely cordial, kind, and it was palpable that, despite the excessive workload he was experiencing that day, he never lost his composure, he made every effort to leave me satisfied, in other words, he went the extra mile for leaving me happy with the visit.

I was nicely greeted. Waited half hour to be attended and only because I asked. I was attended immediately and they apologized. They gave me an average of the time it could take to complete the work for the recall and they were pretty accurate with it. No one told me the written was completed. I went out to ask and it was ready to go. For these inconveniences, they expressed their apologies again and offered me a free service for next oil change with tire rotation. I appreciated and accepted it! Most places today do not even apologize, much less try to make it up to you. Subaru of Pembroke Pines did!
What a difference Jorge and Elba are making to the service department at this place. The went above and beyond this time, the first in many visits to this dealer for service. Reviewing the Service Department - I brought my car in after receiving a safety recall notice. I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to work conflicts and the receptionist was very patient and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted right away and offered the shuttle service, as they would need 2-3 hours with my vehicle. I opted to stay and wait. The room was comfortable with good wifi and coffee available. My vehicle was ready in about 2 hours. I was expecting great service and thats what I received.
