I have serviced my vehicle at this location for many years, in fact, I purchased my second SUV from them in 2017. I am concerned about the fact that I have switched to a third service advisor in the past year. Furthermore, when I took my car in for service last month, I was told that a certain brand of tires would be placed on my vehicle. I was given a price as always beforehand and was told I would receive a discount. When I picked up my vehicle, another set of tires were placed on my car and I was charged more than originally stated. My husband called my new advisor, and informed him of the issue. He stated that there must of been some miscommunication with the mechanic because he did write on the order the tires I requested and he would call me back. I have not receive a call to remedy the situation. I have always serviced my cars through Lexus since 2008, starting from Lexus of North Miami to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Several years ago, I had a situation where I was charged for the same service twice 6 months apart from each other (that one was handled and I received an apology and a full refund). I spend a lot of money to get my car serviced at Lexus for many years and I expect quality and professional service along with accountability. Now I rated a 4/5, because overall the service has been great, most of the service advisors, who the customers deal with, are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy however I just want some accountability of this mistake.

I never had anything but great experiences with Lexus of Pembroke Pines and my service advisor Jose. He has always exceeded our expectations and keeps us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership and when it comes time for service make sure you ask for Jose.

My engine light came on. I brought my car in for service. Andres was very pleasant to deal with. He noticed my birthday was coming up and gave me a CHOICE of loaners. He suggested the ES 350. My son loved this car! It was very luxurious. Because my part was backordered, I got to keep the car for a while. Major mom points were gained with my son.Drop off was seamless. No charge! Had a great visit at Lexus of Pembroke Pines Service, thanks to Sebastian and his team. The appointment was easy to schedule, and they handled everything my vehicle needed. I would recommend visiting them for your service!

We went for a regular service check up along with battery issues. The service person did not update us the entire day about the car. I had to personally call and find out the status. I was informed that the service technician will call me and update the status. No call. The service center was closed and I had no updates on the car. Got a call 1 hour later to find out I will get my car 2 days later as it was a weekend. I am glad I had a loaner for that day.

My vehicle shy of two years old. The tires were worn, bald, just bad. My service rep told me that it wasn’t Lexus fault, the RX 350 tires wear after 18,000 miles. Basically, he said it wasn’t nothing they could do and it would cost me $640.00 to replace those tires.What he didn’t know is that while waiting to speak with him I did my research. I learned that the Manufacture would replace the tires at a prorated rate if worn since those tires had a 70,000 miles warranty! I have 22, 300 miles on my RX 350! The fact that the Jose (Service Rep) did not care and attempted to place the BLAME on the tire manufacturer was totally unprofessional and deceptive. I purchased my car from Lexus and not the tire manufacturer. At the time of purchase those tires was defective on my car! By the way, since purchasing this car I have had to replace three tires to date!I feel Lexus has a responsibility to assist its costumers with something as important as tires. Heck while waiting on my car, another person came in with a tire issue! A Lexus employee attempted to tell him it was due to riding on a flat! Which is what I was told with my first tire issue. Anyway, the person had his tire replaced! Where is the equity!! I’m certain there are more people with tire issues. I know I am not the only person with tire issues!! Those tires were defective….Only 22,000 miles and my tires looked like 65,000 miles tires!! I am certain the Service Rep knew I could call the tire manufacturer to place a claim; however, he didn’t care all!! All he card about is me paying for me new tires. As a result of the experience I will Never purchase another car from Lexus again. I am blessed to say that my vehicle will be paid off in 12 months. If I desire to purchase another vehicle it will not be from Lexus.

Lexus of Pembroke Pines staff was excellent! At the check in, they were courteous and very professional. My associate explained everything that they were doing to the car. Also the cashier in the cafe was Amazing! She displayed great customer service, she prepared the food properly, safely, and with a smile. I was out of there in record speed. Keep up the great work 😍

My advisor John is great! He’s kind, experienced, and very punctual! As for my service, it was done in standard time and a couple paper/plastic scraps were left crumpled up inside my car. The service done for my car most recently was good, but I have had some services done of less quality on my old car. The service lanes were pretty busy, so that could be why.

The service and my service advisor (Isidro) are always amazing. He is always very professional and courteous. He always takes his time and explain everything to me and is very patient. I highly recommend Lexus if Pembroke Pines and Isidro.

We had a minor fender bender, front right grill/corner. Lexus Collision was great. Worked with my insurance company, turned the service around quickly. Ramses especially was amazing. Andres, the service adviser have been working at Lexus pines for a while . The day I took my car was one of the worst experience I had with him . I really don’t know if he was having a bad day or something else with him was going on . The car was ready fir pick, Andre told me to go and pick up the paperwork from the cashier. Once at the cashier I notice that the car needed something to be done . Technically your adviser should give you time and go over on what was done and if additional device is needed . It was not the case cause I was feeling like begging him to get responses from him . This has nothing to do with Covid !!! This has to do more with a bad altitude, and not being professional at all . To MR Andre : you are representing Lexus . If you are a professional, please act like one and Treat people same way you like to be treated !! .

On arrival I was greeted immediately. The waiting area was clean and spacious. The advisor Andre was very pleasant and professional.

I went in for a collision repair on my Lexus IS300. Ramses was knowledgeable, prompt, and kept me updated throughout the reparation process. My car was completely fixed within less than a month and I’m extremely satisfied with the service and results!

Service was good, but could be better. Rep was courteous. Asked for my rear struts to be checked, but never got a response as to whether the struts were good or not.

They are such courteous and professional people. My sales rep Lorena, always finds time to stop by and say hi when I’m there. They’re efficient and I most enjoy stopping my the lunch spot for a great economical filling sandwich. Lexus of Pembroke Pines are my peeps! My visit started off a little shaky as it seemed like I had been forgotten about, but Melissa was a great advisor and quickly remedied the issues. I was running late for work because of the initial wait time and she got me in and out with accommodations as quickly as possible. My vehicle was repaired quickly also and overall, it was a great experience!

John Steigele is an excellent service manager. I have been taking our NX to him for years and have always been impressed with the level of service received. He is fair, fast and pays attention to detail, and won’t sell you a bunch of services you don’t need. Generally speaking, this is a very well run dealership with a lot of great staff members.

Overall, Jeff is a great rep. Service was timely and they gave me a loner. Noticed that I have a thumping sound when pressing brakes on the driver side wheels. I can’t seem to get someone from Lexus of Pembroke Pines to speak to about this. The sound was not there before I took the car in for service.I called the manager back this morning and was told I would receive a call back. Never received a call. Reinforces the fact that I can’t get someone from Lexus of Pembroke Pines to speak to about this. Revising my review from three stars to one. This is unacceptable.

I purchased my car August 2007, I’ve always taken my car back to the Lexus dealership for all of my service. I find them to be very professional. My service advisor Andre make certain my car is in good working condition and explain each steps before my car leave the repair shop.

I went to get my vehicle serviced for general maintenance. While I was there they offered coffee and water and told me it would be an hour and a half till it was done. They returned my vehicle in an hour and even took it for a car wash! They were absolutely wonderful professional and efficient.

Had my first service at Lexus of Pembroke Pines the other day, and I must say it was a very nice experience matching a vehicle of that price range. The attention to detail by the technician and notably Rodney Fuller was just outstanding. They were not satisfied until I was.

John is an excellent service advisor - have had him service our cars since 2013.

The receptionist at service failed to mention that by choosing to do a pick up of my car instead of me dropping it off, that my car won’t have an appointment. My car was picked up on Thursday and was never serviced until Saturday. My service advisor didn’t call me till 6:30pm on Thursday even though my car was picked up at 8:30am. I tried called a few times on Friday to get an update but nothing. Saturday late evening I got a text that the car was ready but no one bothered to let me know if their pick up service would be utilized. I called service and the receptionist there just said whatever you want. Finally I got my car back on Monday the next week. This location pales in comparison to the excellent service I always receive in Miami. This will be the last time I use this dealer for anything. A 40 minute drive to Miami with a screaming baby in the backseat trumps going to this dealer. Never again.

I’ve had the best experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines . Every step of the way I always felt I was in good hands . I do have to give almost all credit to John for my experience in the servicing department. He always is extremely honest and told me what I needed to do to maintain the longevity of my car without making me feel like he is trying to sell me on something (unlike other locations ) . Thank you so much for everything you guys are a great team! By the way the have pretty great breakfast sandwiches over at the cafeteria

$174 for 75k mile service. Literally the only parts were fluids topped off, two wiper blades and a key fob battery which amounted to 50 bucks. The rest was labor. I was under the impression the filters were going to be changed. The invoice shows they were only “checked”. The car wash was spotty so it was still dirty in some places and they didn’t vacuum it at all which is part of the service. I don’t mind paying for the periodic service checks but this is just poor.

I will never be going back to this Lexus Dealership ever again. They gave me an oil change and told me I had a few things wrong with my car. So I take it to another Lexus dealership and they tell me that what this Lexus Dealership told me wasn’t true and that I had a set of other problems with my car. So Lexus of Pembroke Pines gave me a false diagnostic for my car. I will not be coming back.

The reason I drive past north Miami Lexus to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. The service is always warm and I feel like the staff really cares about me and my Vehicle especially Rod he goes above and beyond to make sure i’m happy and always communicates if anything else changes.
