First of all I want to think tire Kingdom and Jesse my service writer for helping me again my windshield wipers changed after I went to three different places on my enterprise rental car they were the only ones that could get it done without me laying out any money out of my pocket thanks again for the extra service this is the place to go if you need wipers orange anything on your enterprise vehicles as long as you have approval from enterprise but Jesse want the extra mile and got the approval doneWhen I get my regular car back I’ll be back the service was excellent

So I came into Tire Kingdom today looking to get my tires rotated and my car aligned and I can say they did much more for me than that. I googled and called every single place you can think of for tires and car service and by far this location was the best. Not only did they take care of my tires but they also helped me out by giving me a discount for being a first responder. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming and told me not to worry that my car would be the next one in line. Service was fast and very detailed. I had such a great experience here. My tire popped as I was on my lunch break from work and luckily I was close enough to drive it to the nearest tire shop. Kevin helped me and offered me a selection of tires for good prices. My day could’ve been so much worse but thankfully it wasn’t. Great service!

Jack and Eddie were extremely professional. They got to me quick, addressed customers in an orderly fashion, and made my experience as easy as possible. They went the extra mile looking for any services I needed and being genuinely attentive to what I wanted done for my car. Easily the best experience i’ve had in a tire kingdom what so ever.

Had a laceration on one of my tires and it was leaking air. I couldn’t go to a Nissan dealership at the time so I figured I’d try Tire Kingdom. They found the issue, patched it up and was on my way. For $23 it was practically a steal. Highly recommend for quick tire issues.

Do you ever get your car back wondering if they even did anything? I’ve asked twice to see the leak in my tire and both times, they said they fixed the issue. Unfortunately, it is still leaking. Ever since I started my oil service with them, my car has also been slightly leaking oil. And when brought to their attention, they wanted to charge for the service to fix it. Hmm. Typical shop I guess.

6 hours to get my tires from Miami (Mia 10 miles from store) told 1 1/2 hours to put 2 tires on.. 2 hours 10 min to put on 2 tires. They scratched my rims and had the nerve to say it was already on them. They have gone down so bad. Will NEVER use them again!!

5-22-21After discovering that the noise that Ive been hearing for the last 3 days was a nail. I stopped by my jeep dealership after the nail discovery and was told its almost closing time and the mechanics cant start that type of work now they also did not have the tire to replace it in their inventory. I stopped by GoodYear they also did not have the tire in stock. Today is Saturday and I cannot drive around with a nail in my tireI called Tire Kingdom at 17203 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines and was greeted by Kevin on the phone he was very helpful and told me to come in they will assist me.Travis and Kevin greeted me and were very professional, informative and helpful. Took car for for tire valve sensor replacement. I had no appointment but Kevin Hughes (Mgr.) accommodated me without hesitation. He also explained to me everything about the sensors and that maybe instead of buying the brand new sensor I could possibly just change the stem which would save me alot of money. He could not guarantee this until they took off the tire and checked. I personally witnessed Kevin oversee and he personally took off the stem and showed me that it could be replaced. Yes!They balanced my tires and valve sensors connected with my car without a hitch. My cost at Mercedes would have been over $300 for two valve stems sensors. I walked out with a $50 cost! He was there to serve the customer and being honest and thinking outside the box is what makes Kevin Hughes a professional. I have been going to this location because of Kevin and his team. Do not relocate him unless you give him a big raise or promote him to a higher position. You to stop by and ask for Kevin as he will listen and solve your car challenges to the best of his ability.Thanks and good job Kevin!Alex

Terrible customer service. I came in for a simple questions, told to wait while helping other customer. The phone rings AFTER and yet the attendant decides to help that client while I wait with no acknowledgement for what I was there. Very disrespectful

This Tire Kingdom rescued me from the Tire Kingdom in Davie on State Rd. 84. Never again will I go to the State Rd 84 location. I specifically asked for the full coverage warrant and when my tire blew not more than a month after doing 4 new tires and brake job I found out I was given the wrong one even though I expressed the one I wanted and was told I had it. The location in Pembroke Pines on 172 sold me a new tire and updated the warranty. I also did brakes at the state Rd 84 location and also needed new rotors but was only sold brake pads, now I have to do rotors and warrant the new pads. I will never go back to state Rd 84 location. I will only visit Tire Kingdom in Pines on 172. The staff there is great and explain in detail what my vehicle issues are and what needs to be done. They do not push or try to sell anything.

Super slow I know they were busy but over 2 hrs for a patch to my tire. A lot of congregation with the front office and technician in the lobby area while people are waiting for there cars. Talking about food ordering food in front of customers at the desk while working with customers.

The staff was courteous, but I was disappointed in service by mechanic. Bought 4 tires and had rear brake job. Tech broke off TMPS tire sensor. Didnt have replacement at store. I bought sensor and was told to return Wed.at 9:00am. Once there, told to come back at 1:00.l Then told sensor wasnt programming. Told to come back Friday. Went to Lexus where I had to pay $300.00 to buy and install tire sensor. So disappointed in this facility, but must admit agents were professional. Mechanic cost me more $$$$. Never again!

Began my day horribly, finding my tire completely flat. Called ahead to Tire Kingdom to see if they could fit me in. They told me to come right over, but advised that it might be an hour or so. I filled up my tire and drove over. They were very nice and took my truck in right away, but stated there was one car ahead of me. True to their word, it was an hour and my truck was ready to go. Really appreciated their honesty and attitude. If they treated me well for a small job, I would definitely recommend them for other, more expensive, services.

Brought my car in to fix a flat. I didnt have an appointment so they told me two hours, theyll call when its ready, no problem. 4 hours later I call and get put on hold 23 minutes. I call again and get told my car has been ready for a while. They have 1 employee answering phones, looking up prices, checking customers in and out. Service is horrible.

Arrived with my son to fix a flat tire. There was a costumer waiting. There was no one working at the front desk and after 25 minutes waiting for someone to show up I left to a different tire shop down Pines Blvd. By the way, it wasn’t only me waiting and leaving, other two people also waited and left with me.

I went to Tire Kingdom # 149 yesterday afternoon. Eduardo Galan greeted me and was very professional. His team was able to change my front brake pads in less than an hour. He also explained to me that the brake pads have a lifetime warranty and the next time I need brake pads, I would only pay for labor. This shop is attentive, helpful and honest. I had all my tires replaced and had to have one repaired. They completed the repair in a timely fashion. I love this shop. I will trust them with all of my repairs.

At age 50, this is my first ever review.Tonight, I arrived at Tire Kingdom on 172nd and Pines blvd 10 minutes before closing time with a tire low on air worried that they would turn me away. Raul G. greeted me with a smile and told me that I looked stressed out. I ask if they would look at the tire and he simply replied, “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. We’re here for our customers.” At that moment Kevin H walked in and took over the job. Kevin, not only fixed the tire, but also rotated my tires! Best of all, there was no charge because I had road hazard protection. Guys, you are a great team and I appreciate you not worrying about closing and doing the best for your customers. Brought my car in yesterday with a nail in the tire and a dead tail light. I made an appointment over the phone with Kevin but ended up coming in much earlier. Kevin is a real customer service asset to tire kingdom - he remembered me from the phone and greeted me with a smile. When I came back after work my car was ready to go right on time and Kevin said the tail light was would be free! I went to tire kingdom to have my new tires installed with a wheel alignment. Tires were installed fine but the wheel alignment was never done. My steering wheel still had to be turned towards the left for the car to go straight. This is exactly how I dropped it off. I went back the next day and they rushed my car to address the issue which is good. But when I got the car back the second time my steering wheel is aligned to the right side now. Not worth the $85 dollar poorly done alignment and time wasted.

They had my car ready in under the time they told me, what felt like 15mins. Very nice and moved with a sense of urgency. I had gotten a flat on my way to school and had a presentation that day. They knew the importance that day and took it into consideration. Appreciated their service.

Needed a plug on a tire they told me it was too close to the side of the tire but definitely could sell me a new tire. Went to another tire shop they fixed the flat no problem the nail was not too close to the side it was on the tire the tire contacts the road just off center. I dont know why I keep trying to give this Tire Kingdom my business

Im a repeat customer. Today I was very pleased. Tire Kingdom fixed the slow leak on my truck tire at no charge! I did buy the tire there last year, and it a was a minor repair, but free service is still a pleasant surprise.

I had purchased my tires while visiting relatives in Ocala. SInce then, some lights had popped up on my car and the tire pressure light hadnt gone away. Now that Im home, I went into the closest Tire Kingdom to me where they were awesome! Sylvia and Kevin helped me out the most, but everyone there was great! They checked out the car and fixed what needed to be done. The whole time, they were pleasant and talking to me as if I were a friend or family. I am so glad that I got my tires through them because I feel like I found a shop to handle most of my car problems! (Even though they are part of a chain!)Note: While the inspection of the lights was free, I did have to pay for the fix as they were not related to the initial purchase of the tires. Also, they do have a charge for diagnostics, which is typical in any shop you go to. If you do services with them, they reduce the diagnostic charge. (Again...typical of any auto shop!)

Wont patch a tire and wont install a lightly used tire on the rim. But happy to sell you over priced tires. This place is a joke.

The team here is always very helpful and knowledgeable. In and Out with no problem. And they even help with coupons so you arent paying overboard.
