Had an excellent breakfast here. The egg white and avocado bagel was very good. Also tried the eggs and turkey bacon breakfast with home fries. The home fries had a great seasoning. Their baklava was also great, it went perfectly with the coffee. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It appears they are also very popular with the food delivery services based all the pickup orders. They gentleman that I think runs the restaurant has that fast talking NYC persona, he was very attentive which is appreciated.
These are by far the closest tasting bagels to NYC that you will ever find in S Florida and Ive been to most of them. Super friendly couple that run this little hole in the wall. They have all your NY fixings including the halal chicken over rice platters that I love. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible.
We had breakfast there today and fell in love with the place. The food is great, super clean, and low prices. So much better than most of the other breakfast spots we have been too. Also, there is a great variety of choices on the menu to satisfy all tastes and carvings. All organic and made from scratch. The interior is cozy and welcoming. The people are amazing and kind; the smiles are all over the place. We’ll certainly be coming back more often. Many thanks to the owner and everyone who is involved with the place.
My wife and I had brunch there yesterday and met the owners (Husband & Wife). We enjoyed all the scratch made food it was fresh and incredible. Since we are here on vacation we asked for recommendations for Dinner and the best beach to go to. They were gracious and gave us their favorite spots to visit. They referred us to Haulover beach which we loved. Then they said we should check out Submarine Crab for dinner. WOW, THEY WERE RIGHT ON FOR BOTH! Had a great time at the beach and an incredible dinner. We will be back to their place while we are here. I wish I could remember their names but I can’t, sorry guys I have a terrible memory. Your both incredible and outstanding people. Folks if you want FRESH made from scratch/Homemade you need to check this place out. I would give them 100 stars!
Genuine NY style food, Bacon egg and cheese was on point. Home fries were seasoned perfectly and the Cafe con Leche was delicious. Great stop if youre from NY and need authentic flavors or if youre local and want to try our style of food.
A genuine NY experience in Pembroke Pines. Food was phenomenal and service was excellent. A legit egg sandwich and fresh bagels. A real slice of NY. This place will be in steady rotation for my family.
So wanted to try something new aside from Mayors and wanted bagels... big Mistake coming here, I asked for a plain bagel and was given Thomas bagel from the grocery store. It was toasted but it was hard that I couldn’t even bite into it!!! Probably old .... Don’t bother asking for butter they give you margin instead...... seriously!!! I felt like I was eating at a Hotel Inn continental free breakfast but paying for it! What a let down... Eggs drowned in oil and the home fries were a let down too, half of them were undercooked and in oil also... when I didn’t touch my plate the owner didn’t bothered to ask if everything was good or ok .... he could see I didn’t like it since it was untouched but proceeded to give me the check regardless... customer service and dining at its worse... maybe the gyros would be better but for being called a NY bagel restaurant they have nothing do to do with NY nor Bagels or Breakfast for that matter... don’t waste your money. I don’t want to be harsh but the truth is the truth.. I understand it’s a small business owners restaurant but the quality isn’t there for what they are claiming and charging sorry not sorry!!****UPDATE****As to the owners response...this is the location I went to and the correct place I am rating!!! I remember you and your wife very well with your flip flops flopping everywhere( BTW not allowed by the Health Code to have open toed shoes in the Kitchen) please do not try to mislead customers and belittle my experience that I have rated the wrong place.As per your “I should have brought it to you ?! You are so in denial of what your serving to customers mentioning to you would have done nothing hence I left the whole plate full of food and Instead of you asking me is everything ok I see your haven’t touched anything you just brought the check. I understand we are in a recession but just like you need to make ends meet. I have to work 1 hr to get $10 and spending 13.99 on a plate of food at your restaurant hurts when what I got served looked and tasted that way, shame on you guys. Buy better quality to serve people!
Really awesome family restaurant for Breakfast and Lunch. What sets them apart from most restaurants is that everything is Organic & Halal and made to order. My Wings were amazing in their buffalo sauce and I tried the NY Philly with their new Gluten Free Flatbread. OMG delish!!They are my go to place from now on. The service too is impeccable.
Awesome food..it’s such a small family business.Please visit it once.. i hope no one will regret it. Best part is its HALAL .only draw back is there restaurant time. There was no SHARING CHARGE before!! Now they added SHARING CHARGE. So DISAPPOINTED. U have to order for everyone otherwise they will charge extra $2 dollar for sharing one dish ..
I was in the area working and my client referred me to this place. I always love a good bagel but this place was a serious let down. I want to see what aim going to get before I buy it. They had nothing in bins or baskets for me to look at. I was told they keep them in the back due to covid. Ive never heard that anywhere else. If I cant see it before I buy it I dont want it. I passed on buying anything. Sadly I have no pictures because there was nothing to see. Their website says the bagels are made in NY then boiled and baked here. not sure how that works but not what Im used to.
Such a nice and cozy place to get some breakfast. Everything was handmade and delicious. Feels like the New York vibe, such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
They sell Halal Lamb and chicken over rice just like NY Food carts, except it tastes so much better here. and they make their own homemade white and hot sauce too. Im so hooked!!! and psyched. Ive called all my Arabic and NY friends to start eating here. I also had the Jackfruit Bubble Tea...wow its really really tasty and they have over 24 different flavors...its like I have to try a new one everyday....
Never expected this little hole in the wall to be a five star restaurant offering highest quality food and service!Unlike the 20 different restaurants we have visited and critiqued during the past week, this one has been an unexpected surprise, a true gem hidden off the beaten path, treating its regulars with all home made organic ingredients, fresh bagels flown in daily and a real secret formula of love.This love is felt in the delicious bagels with lox, French toasts, out of this world fluffy cappuccino and the best cheese omelet I have ever eaten anywhere in the world. Add to this the speed and courtesy of the service and our breakfast was the best experience during this entire stay in Miami.In addition to the most delicious breakfast, this place also offers halal and most abundant variety of lunch choices.We are definitely coming back here even though it was a half hour ride from where we are staying. Definitely worth the trip!!!

Was here for the first time with my son yesterday and we both had a great experience. Greeted from the time we stepped in the door & our waitress was really nice and friendly. The food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long!
Great breakfast!We had breakfast and it was awesome from the vegetable omelette and sausage that I got and chicken and waffles my daughter got and the grits and corn beef hash my wife got. They even have bubble tea with different flavors. The price was reasonable and we dined inside.A great experience and will definitely return to try other items.
Due to the pandemic i have not visited for a while. Great food. Great service. Was excited to pick up some breakfast. Was greeted by who i assume is the owner...who just went on an anti mask rant. This man has probably never met anyone who has died from covid or anyone that has been very sick from covid. This was the last thing i wanted to hear after working 13 hours on a covid floor. He stated “masks shouldn’t be forced onto people” well sir neither should opinions. Incredibly disappointed.
The customer service is great! I love how they make sure that their costumers are good with whatever they want or need. Also, their asiago bagel with eggs and turkey sausage is delicious! I would definitely get it again because it was fresh and the flavor was just ✨immaculate✨ I recommend this place a 10/10

They make a mean Corn Beef Hash Platter the likes I havent tastest anywhere else. Not greasy just right. The home fries are so good too and it came with eggs, a bagel & Cafe con leche for $10. Thats a steal especially considering theyre organic. My new foodie spot. I gotta try the lamb gyro next time for lunch.

Great food. Prices are moderate. Staff is really friendly. Tables spaced out due to covid and cleaned immediately when a customer leaves. Will definitely return in the future.

I went here for breakfast with my daughter and OMG the food was delicious I had the French toast breakfast and it was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Omg! This is a MUST GO!!! Brought me back to NY and I am hooked. I came to visit my mother, so I am sad I wont be able to get this every morning, but when I go back, its game on!!! Was looking for someplace different. Not commercial. Definitely hit the spot. They have fresh bagels and a variety of meals from American, Dominican, and even Venezuelan. The owners are from NY and I believe Greek. Theyve traveled and have incorporated different styles of food into this little Mom n Pop deli. Super friendly. The restaurant was clean and quaint. They had me when I saw cafe con leche on the menu. Definitely a plus in my neighborhood! And they deliver!
This little gem in Pembroke Pines reminds me of the delicious bagels and deli favorites I so much enjoy when I visit family in New York. Many breakfast and lunch items to choose from...all made to order using the highest quality ingredients. Will definitely be returning soon!

Unsanitary. Man behind counter and woman in kitchen making food not wearing masks. While we were waiting for our food man pulls out an electric razor and begins shaving himself in a mirror right in the dining room. Also expensive for the amount of food and quality.
Just had breakfast here-soooo good!Food is mainly organic, fresh and made to order. I got the 2 bagels (baked in store) and 1 w strawberry creamcheese- made w fresh strawberries! I also had the egg combo and I asked for onions and spinach.This mom and pop shop needs our support, especially during this pandemic. Excellent food and service.

Worst Turkey sandwich I have ever had. This on top of the fact they delivered me a sandwich with the wrong cheese, and it took over an hour for a Turkey sandwich and fries. It tasted like something you would get at a hospital cafeteria. I am a New Yorker born and raised and you guys should be offended in having the NY in your title. Also you have the audacity, calling it a classic Turkey sandwich. Also, if this turkey was indeed Boars Head then please let your customers know if it isnt because Ive eaten ovengold Turkey from boars head my whole life, and this looked and tasted like hillshire farms quality. Disappointed to say the least. I cant speak on any other items on their menu as sadly this is the 1st (and last) attempt eating here.

I came in to dine in after months of being cooped up at home. So Clean and sanitized. I felt so safe. Ate a real NY breakfast Hungry Man 3 bacon, 3 sausage, eggs, hiome fries and a bagel for under $15. Thats a great deal. I have to try the corned beef platter next time. Luv Luv this place.
Easily the best bagel Ive had in florida. Talked to the guy working the counter and he was super nice. Said that they ship their dough in from brooklyn and bake on site, which explains why the bagels were so good

Always had this restaurant on my list of places to visit in the area when Im busy and I want to stop and get some food. Its a decision I didnt regret it one bit. I went in early in the morning Sunday and was seated immediately. My waitress (Veronica I believe was her name was, you were wearing glasses and in all black.) was great my whole time there and was very attentive.
Ray is the sweetest, homemade spicy sauce is really spicy So heads up but food came fast and was delicious

Friendly. Did not have 3 items i tried to order. A bit confused on bagel shop. They may be having an identity crisis because they serve spaghetti and meat balls and a wide variety of food but did have tuna salad, white fish salad or an ET bagel. But I could have got Italian plate ot a Ruben.
I found this place a little over a year ago and man the food and the service is awesome! Very home cooked oriented. I havent find something on the menu that wasnt tasty. The coffee is good the bubble tea is yummy. I would highly recommend this place to go for anyone looking for high quality food with high quality people.And yes they deliver.
My boyfriend and I went here and fell in love! The food is sooooo good and comforting. You can tell they really take their time when preparing the meals. Its so fresh tasting and leaves you wanting more! We ordered the falafel platter, chicken & waffles, and French toast. All of it was delicious. We even WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY for lunch and ordered the falafel platter. This is definitely one of our little favorite spots now.

The food here is AMAZING!!!! ALL ORGANIC ALL FRESH!! The fresh squeezed orange juice definitely sealed the deal. I ordering the Hungry Man with an Asiago bagel! Great portions! Eggs soft and fluffy, meat with noooo frozen taste. The bagel was toasty and soft, wow!! You wont be disappointed, they follow saftey protocols so I felt safe dining in! Ill be back for sure for lunch. They have even have vegetarian options!
Owner of the shop says he doesn’t believe in wearing masks. Witnessed watching him serve numerous tables with no mask. Good or bad bagel- do not bother expecting this business owner to care about his patrons enough to wear a mask for your health or safety.
Hours of operation say until 2 but they wont accept any orders after 1:30. Just say you close at 1:30 then so people dont try to come in for quick order items between 1:30 and 2. Coffee and a Bagel doesnt require a kitchen being open.
This is my second time ordering from postmates; both times I was missing items. I am still giving 4 stars because the bagels are really good and all other foods are good, like the egg platters and waffles and deli sandwiches. Please just double/triple check your delivery orderssssss

I have to say one of the best Breakfasts Ive had in a very long time. The nova was simply tantalizing to the tongue and the bagel had just come out of the oven so was soooo tasty. My new go to spot. Did I mention they allow dine in and the tables and chairs are santized after guests leave.

Friendly staff, overall good food, but if I turn a side order back (barely touched) because I (customer) says its salty, dont argue with me, just take it off the bill. Unfortunately the owner didnt agree with me saying its organic, no additives in it and charged me for it. Whatever happened to customers satisfaction? For that reason, I wont be recommending or going back.GUESS YOUR RESTAURANT IS SO SLOW THAT YOU CAN STEP AWAY AND HURL INSULTS TO A CUSTOMER AN HOUR AFTER their review, I SIMPLY TRY TO GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. Damn good Halal Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. I love the hot sauce that they make and put in my Lamb/Chicken Combo Plate. The food is so fresh and delicious. Moved to FL from NY and desperately tried to find something close to real sustenance in FL. Thank goodness we stumbled upon NY Bagel Cafe as we were the only ones walking around the neighborhood because people dont walk in FL. This place is CLEAN and the food is not greasy, not salty, just tastes fresh. The owners are fantabulous people and we gravitated to them with ease. They have that NY mentality of treat the customers like you would want to be treated. Fast service and always smiling. The Gyros and Matcha Green Tea smoothie are life. We now frequent this establishment almost every weekend since breakfast and lunch are served all day. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, great tasting food. 10 thumbs up!
