I initially picked Robert to do my business cards because of the other reviews and because hes local. He tried to rush an order for me but didnt arrive on time, which I was OK with. But upon picking up the business cards, they were pixelated and he just kept shrugging his shoulders and not being helpful at all or trying to make it right. I unfortunately had to take the cards because I have an event this weekend and need them, but now I have to reprint them elsewhere. I then texted him to see if he could resolve and he just said this is insane, this is stupid, Im done with this. Unbelievable!

I have been ordering cards from Robert for more than 10 years..I love that he includes all the design and shipping in his price. He is quick to respond, does as many revisions as it takes to get it the way I want it.. once its proofed and I pay for the invoice.. my new cards show up within a few days.. Until I found him, I used to try to design my own cards, you have probably done that too thinking it will save money but it doesnt, you will not find better pricing and service anywhere.

I made an appointment to meet with Robert, owner, on Monday 18,2020; when I spoke with him that morning to confirm, he said let’s meet in the afternoon...I called him that afternoon to confirm the time and he told me that Tuesday at 9:30 am was a better time for him...I drove to the address on his website on Tuesday morning and all I found was a P.O. Box! He pretty much played around and wasted my time..is this business legitimate?

Haven’t had business cards done in awhiles. Found the flyer at my job. Contacted them and showed them what I had on my last card. I had original design logo with words, couldn’t locate words and he went along and that all together for me in about 2-3 days time. Rob was very helpful and contacted me right aways. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Very professional

Very bad service !! We order some postcards. They gave us money that they delivered to us in 3 days. We had a contracted promotion. We had all payment !! The promotion and the postcards. Robert did not deliver us on the 3rd day and we lost 1000 dollars because we had to cancel the promotion by not having the postcards that we were going to distribute. They do not meet the times! I do not recommend it at all!We ordered postcards, Robert told us that the job would be in 3 days, so we hire a promotion to do for our business sharing those postcards. We paid all in advance. Robert didnt have the postcards in the 3rd day. We loose $ 1000 usd with the promotion company by contract because we didnt have the postcards to give to the people. Very bad service !!
