Another fun store. Some similar items are cheaper at Walmart but they have exclusive produts and friendly staff.

Everyone was super helpful and assisted in helping me find what I was looking for, in spite of the store being pretty full. Aaron at the register inflated my balloons immediately and was so amicable and efficient. Great visit... was in and out.

Great place to find everything you need for a party. Online ordering is great. My online orders are always ready for pick up about an hour after ordering.

Love the store and the merchandise selection. Prices maybe a bit high but I guess they have the selection you need for a party, especially for kids to pick them up in these times of woe. Very good store.

I came for one item but the line to pay for said item was huge therefore I left without buying anything. It was a Saturday so, maybe that had something to do with the amount of patrons but, since that is the closest and maybe the only Party City in the area Im sure Ill come back.

Nice variety of party supplies, although I did not find any cocktail napkins or good bye decorations that I needed for a persons farewell party. Nevertheless, I have always found everything at great prices.

Very very poor customer service. We placed a same day order that was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 4 pm, they never called or sent notification that they could not make the delivery. I had to call to follow-up and they blamed it on the 3rd party vendor. The associate who I didnt first know was a supervisor hung up on me after I asked to cancel the order without first telling me how I would know once the order is canceled. I had to call back to find out. They then called back and said they could not cancel the order because it was already processed for shipt to come get it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have been in line for over 20 minutes when I wrote this review waiting on the only cashier while other employees are inflating balloons and talking. Why is there only one cashier working while others inflate balloons and talk instead of having more people cashing people out so the line doesn’t get so long?

There is so much to see and buy at this place. I hadnt been there for quite awhile and forgot that you can buy almost anything related to partying and holidays there. Great selection of helium balloons for any occasion. Regrettably, you can easily go overboardand spend a fortune here.

I agree with previous comment about poor customer service. If u have a sign indicating where to pick up online orders then it should be used as such. Waited there only to find out no one could help us so we had to go back and wait in the other line up again..and we were already there..took forever. Definitely management needs to look at staffing their store better or having staff that can handle different jobs.Signed a Very disappointed customer tonight 1/30/2019.

Terrible Experience- items are not priced correctly. Mgr REFUSES to honor price posted. We had already purchased $65 worth of merchandise. Waited 10 min for Mgr to help us. Mgrs condescending remarks and excuses as to why items were not properly placed were so not appreciated. ITEM in question were ALL hung on the SAME hook at the VERY TOP of display.I STOOD THERE AS SHE MOVED ALL 5 PIECES down to where they were to be. THEN CLAIMED CUSTOMERS HAD to have placed them ALL TO WAY AT THE TOP...keep in mind this is PARTY CITY..THEIR DISPLAYS ARE VERY HIGH🙄 Needless to say I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED MY ENTIRE PURCHASE. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will be shopping elsewhere for party supplies. Thanks..NO THANKS!

Ricky did an amazing job on July 4 he is an amazing worker and helped me find a coupon when I needed it the most and the employees were amazing yes there young and there very respectful is just some customers are in patient to wait but I had a wonderful experience and will be coming here again

Went to store on Monday afternoon just before Christmas, and it was completely dead, I was the only customer. Their prices seem to be on the high side for a party store. I think Dollar General has taken all of their business.

Nice place for getting everything you need for your parties. Sometimes they run out of helium for the balloons so make your order on line or with time otherwise you may not get it.

They held my daughters costume for a few days. Appreciated it.

I was greeted when I was walked in and I asked for help ricky helped me very much and he was wounderful employee with great positive attitude even though they were busy he was attentive with me and helped me choose balloons and other materials for my thanksgiving party that an example of a great employee I will definitely return

So disappointed- what happened to customer service?? I inquired about a specific item and all personnel including the manager (according to her, one of the managers) could care less if they have this item to sell to me. They just sent me off on a wild goose chase having me try to look for it up and down the isles while they sat there yapping.

On point, very helpful, have everything you need with little ever out of stock.

Pretty much everything you need for a party. A little pricey so be careful you dont pay triple purchasing an item you can get at the dollar store like the balloon weights, plates, tablecloths, etc etc.

Went in for Super Bowl party stuff on Friday at 1130am they had one person at the register one blowing balloons and a line to pay withnover 20 people. When I questioned the employee who was working the employee her response was if she stepped in to work the register she would be fired. So you rather have paying customers wait in line for over 30 mins because you can’t staff your business properly. This why you lose customers to Amazon and other online websites. Never stepping foot in this store.

Forgot to give me the complete custome. Had to go back but was able to attain the missing pieces.

I dont know why anyone would rate this less than 5 stars really because they have everything imaginable. Customer service was good greeted at the door and friendly at the register.

Not a lot of items in stock, online in store stock information is inaccurate, when the employee contacted me, she said that it is true that the information online is wrong. now i have to go searching for the missing items that i need, which is really inconvenient.

You can literally find ANYTHING for partying here and probably even more things. The selection is great and the service is friendly. However, I did have the feeling that certain things were a bit overpriced.
