Terrible customer service with not resolving my issue. I bought items online and want to return in store. The employees tried and couldn’t process it. They told me to call Sally because they couldn’t do in the store. I couldn’t get my items returned. I called Sally customer service said the store could process the return and they can call the store to do it. At that point I left and the store was closed. I want back to a different Sally the next day to get my items returned. Maybe this Sally will know how to do the return. I was wrong. These employees couldn’t process it either. I called Sally customer service while in the store. Customer service called the employee in the store to help them process it. The employee kept saying says invalid so couldn’t give my money back and said could only get a gift card. At this point I took the gift card even though I need nothing from Sally. Terrible company!
The young lady at the store today was knowledgeable and very nice. The service was good. The only problem I had is I feel I should not have to pay for a shopping bag just because the store ran out of its regular bag.
I always come to the store because it’s closer to my house but I understand that we are living in a different times but Customer Service should be there number one priority. The manager was extremely rude when I asked her if I can throw some garbage in the garbage can. I understand that right now we have a lot of different guidelines that we have to follow but there’s always a way to approach customers. She needs to understand that I go over there to spend my money. She needs to learn that I don’t have to go and spend my money there that I can go anywhere else. Because of this incident I will never come back to the store again. Because of this incident I will never come back to the store again
If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst customer service. After trying to call all day, I drove to the store and was turned away by a sales clerk who was literally sitting down behind the register on her phone doing absolutely nothing. She told me, that they were pick-up only and that I had to call the store. I let her know that I had called the store several times but was unable to get through. She shrugged her shoulders and told me to come back the next day. I left and went to another Sallys and they did an excellent job. They just told me to call them while I was standing outside so they could fulfill the order.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!If I could give them NO stars I would, unfortunately thats not an option so one star by forced obligation it is.Not sure how they are still in business, my only conclusion is that this is a franchise and the owner could care less how customers here are treated. Not only do they stand around in conversation among themselves, they DO NOT help customers. I went to purchase a product and wanted to confirm it was buy one get the other half off (as advertised) and the employee told me no it was not on sale. When I proceeded to the checkout, I asked if she wanted my number so i can get any discounts, she said no since i was already getting half off the other product i was purchasing (WAIT didnt she say it wasnt on special)?!?!?!They act as if they are DOING US(the customers) a favor. No, boo boo, we are giving you business...well in my case; USE TO, as I rather drive further west and go to Sallys on miramar and give them my business. Yes. Its smaller but they treat their customers with respect and are VERY, VERY helpful! They provide EXCELLENT customer service!
Everyone here are nice. The ladies do there best to help you. Never too busy and always clean and organised. I always find the things I need.
Horrible Customer Service. I stopped coming here because the employees are rude especially the old lady. I started going to the beauty supply store on pines blvd, more variety of products and better service. Theres barely any products I need here and everytime I use to walk in there, I would leave mad because of the rudiness of the employees. Train your staff better or find new ones. Mejoré tu empleados especialmente la viejita o contraten a gente nueva.
Going to corporate about this location.. the staff is not very attentive & one employee in particular, Marilyn, gave me the worst encounter thus far. I walked into the store and was not greeted by either of the two employees working the front desk. Being familiar with Sallys, I looked around a little and didnt see what I was searching for. I called out for help but still received no reply; normally once I call for help someone responds and helps you as soon as they can but nothing... I walked up to the counter unsure if shed heard me. I did say hello more than once- she continued as though she couldnt hear me and then snapped suddenly saying Ill be with you in a second and continued doing whatever she was doing at the time. At this point I could tell she had an attitude and still didnt help me! I went back to the area where I was waiting originally and waited at least two more minutes before leaving. The other employee helped someone that came after me! I shop from this establishment often but after this experience I will not be returning
THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR!! I went to return an items and when I put the items I BOUGHT TO MAKE SURE I DIDNT BUY THE WRONG ONE in my bag they said I was stealing when I had the receipt in my HAND! I even poured out my bag! WHEN I HAD NOTHING Worst service ever!!!! They dont even deserve one star! THE RUDEST store I have ever been too!!!! Not only are they very disrespectful when approaching you and on top of that you cant shop in peace because they are on top of you as if your a criminal!! The managers are the worst instead of trying to communicate they threaten to call the police EVEN WHEN YOU DID NOTHING WRONG! No one deserves that service DONT GO HERE!!

The Spanish lady in there older is a racist was watching me the whole time. While being black was only watching me in the store have a whole video . Then as I went to pay she called out names in Spanish

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand how they have that many stars for this location. The workers there were extremely rude and treated me and my friends as if we were criminals even though each time we came we purchased something. If I could give this place 0 stars I would !

Ok, if you go here, dont ask for help, they just want you to spend more and they dont know anything. I had to go 2 Sally’s to return more than 5 products one damaged my virgin hair because it was not for my hair type and to top it off if you are going to return something they get super rude and no longer want to help you or anything
It is the worst Sally that I visited a month ago I bought a hair brush I had problems with it and today I went to do an exchange and they told me that the brush is discontinued the worst that can happen and the truth is not to go to that Sally is a garbage

The girls that worked there where just talking and when I asked they gave me such a horrible look.
