Disappointing experience today. Went to pick up a book for myself and several friends for our book reading group. Though it was listed as being in stock, it wasnt. The associate I spoke with was helpful, but waiting for over 10 days for them just wasnt satisfactory...Checked for the book on A____n and will receive them at my door in 2 days for a lower price! Maybe next time B&N.

I took my 9 year old here this past Saturday (12/05/2020) for his first time and he loved it! The cashier at the front when we first walked in greeted us and was extremely professional and helpful!! We told him it was his first time at a bookstore and gave my son a special welcome and even helped us locate a specific book that my son was looking for and gave some more recommendations. We both had such a great time and experience that we are definitely coming back. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the employee that was so helpful Saturday morning but he deserves a raise. The ambience of the entire bookstore was calm and serene and everything was fully stocked, and neat & clean. I was very impressed.Also, the staff in the cafe were courteous as well as knowledgeable. They made the best hot drinks for us.

Beautifully organized, with a variety of topics to enjoy. It was clean and warm in a cozy way. Especially with the subtle smell of coffee and warm cookies in the air. The perfect place to spend quality time with the kind of books you love.

Love going to this Barnes & Noble for Pokemon cards and books! Also the StarBucks inside has a Pizza Pretzel. 🤤

Great spot to pick up a book and enjoy the cafe.I only hope that they would change their teas, it contains sugar and its not drinkable. Other than that, I will be back next week, maybe will drink water.Sending my best,Johnny S.

This place is great for those who love reading! I have been here many times and always have interesting selection of books and if you want it, you can have a member card where they give you points and discounts with each purchase.I’m a Stephen King fan and here I always find new ways to enjoy myself with this and other authors.Oh! And here there’s a coffee section, so feel free to buy a book and then sit and read!

I always enjoy going to Barnes and NobleIts not only a Bookstore. It is also a place you can go to eat and drink a cup of coffee while reading a book or magazine I would say it is a Bookstore/ Library/ Cafe

Loved this place. There is something for everyone. They have a great selection of books and really staff. The Starbucks in the lobby is also a nice touch to relax, grab some coffee and get a head start on your to-be-read pile.

It was a great Barnes and Noble! Big and clean and spacey and easy to navigate through, trust me when I say there is plenty of room to go through, clean bathrooms included! Inventory is HUGE, there is definitely a little bit of something for everyone, you just gotta look! Customer service seemed really nice even though I didnt really need any help from them! I have no real complaints, like many B n Ns, its just a big enjoyable book store everyone should give a go!

The staff is friendly & helpful (thanks Sabastian). There are always discounted items. I bought items for me, my 12yr old artist & my 14 yrs old puzzle master. The best part is my teachers discount. Most stores stopped honoring this discount. Im glad B & N hasnt 😊

Im visiting from Houston Texas and my niece just absolutely loves anime so we went and bought her a whole bunch of books here but while in the store we were looking at Legos and they absolutely had the Ferrari LEGO that my nephew wanted so we got it the store did it for me Im looking forward to so far

Always love to dash through this store, have good memories of the kids being little and loving it. I love the magazine rack area, see the different magazines. Good vibe and interesting books too.

Of all those close to home this one is closest to the heart. It’s one of those places that helped me decide to stay.

I Called ahead to get a book, it cost more here but they had it and held it for me to pick up that day. I LOVE LOOKING AROUND AT ALL THE DIFFERENT BOOKS. I left with 2 other books and as always everyone is very helpful.

This is by far the best B&N around. Great selection and courteous staff. The only reason I dont give a 5 star review is because the music is always too loud for a book store setting. Especially with the Christmas music. Ideally, youd want the music to be very low and subtle in the background so its not distracting while reading in the cafe or browsing the shelves. I will definitely be back to buy gifts for the holiday season

I like it here, I was able to find the book I was looking for right away AND there was this nice woman who recommended me a book, she was so passionate about it chile I had to buy it. Im excited to read more of it!!

The staff was super helpful today as my sister and I decided to surprise each other with books. I love that they have the “blind date with a book”!

I love it here. When my daughter was younger I brought her here all the time..now shes in college and this is still the most peaceful place to read, s study and be productive. The staff is wonderful and helpful! Not to mention that the Starbucks cafe is an awesome addition!

Fun to browse and we bought stuff too. Books, music of all kinds, special book tables with discounts.

Great atmosphere and staff. You can spend quite a bit of time here due to the pleasant environment. The coffee shop is a great meeting place or area to spend some time alone.

Love this bookstore. Just wished they had more customer service representatives around to assist visitors who have questions about book selections etc.

Still a favorite to go get a coffee and browse the books... Have great sales too! Staff is very helpful if you are looking for something.

I had the strawberry acai hydration... Thanks for cost it is more then a soda... And more insightful on the construction asthma of the area... I looked at a new release briefly.. And I guess new York complains of education criteria demanded in Florida... So I notice they charge more for a writer so simple its juvenile cannot set scene or develop a stream of consciousness... Really few words and not the undiscipline of free writing... Then what consumers could expect in a different state or decade... I think its apart of the apple lawsuit by cleanliness and energy shine claim an educative grant better done at a vintage location...because its just an aesthetic shift not a better health...

If you are looking for unique gifts for the Holidays. I think you will find Barnes & Nobles has a lot to offer. The childrens section is fantastic!

It was a cozy and quiet environment. I love the fact that there wasnt a crowd inside so it gave my family and I time to just browse plus find some of our favorite authors to read.

Love Barnes and Noble! So much nostalgia and sooo many books and games and toys. A bit pricey, but great if you want a book right now and dont want to wait.

I am hopelessly optimistic this brick and mortar bookstore stays solvent. The problem I am still seeing today is that your prices are still higher than Amazon. I do like the physical experience though because I would find something on my own without commercial interference.

Place have very friendly employees, quiet enough to pick up a book and read on location, just a heads up they dont price match.

Great quiet place for work and study meeting for two people teams. Spacing follows the social distancing rules, clearly marked. One drawback though; have your devices fully charged previously because there are no plug outlets available.

Very safe. Barista was great and very attentive and thorough with safety measures.

The staff were so helpful, I found the perfect workbook for my nephew.

In this day of Amazon still nice to go to such a good brick and mortar store to see such a selection of books and even with fast shipping nothing is quicker than getting the book you want on the spot right then and there and getting an chance to skim through to see that the book is what you want. Great Store! Glad we still have a nice bookstore like this.

This B&N in Pembroke Pines has done a great job to make me feel safe. They have remodeled the store to safely practice social distancing. They also have hand sanitizer right when we walk in the store. This store has an amazing selection of Harry Potter merch and books and the have two different locations for Pop Funkos which is what I usually go to this B&N for. I wish they got more Pop Funkos more often especially the rarer ones. Still a great store!

This place has the best all the information youll ever need workers are so helpful... Absolutely feel safe the best time to go is of course during the week before 5 youll have all the help you need and all the coffee you can drink! Its a wonderful relaxing atmosphere

Really nice! The workers help you find exactly what your looking for with ease and when the people I was with took a little longer than anticipated, I sat down at the conveniently placed coffee shop and had one of their amazing double chocolate chip cookies. Best experience ever.

This location is very special to me. I have been going here for years. Love everything about it. Hopefully this place stays open for years to come. One location closed recently. So I hope that doesnt happen here.
