I went to this store before and had a positive opinion, but buying online was the worst experience I´ve ever hade. The order wasnt complete and the packing was a terrible mess. Also, They took a long time to answer my claim and the article still hasnt arrived.

The childrens section has the latest fashion and the prices are perfect for lots of little feet

The service was very very good she tried all kind of ways to help me but it was me not her it was very good service I just couldnt find the second pair of shoes by one get one free I just didnt find the other pair of shoes that I really really like but the young lady that helped me she was very good

The store is nice. The manager Clemente was very helpful and personable. He recommended shoes and helped me find the sizes. I rarely find shoes that I like, but this store had shoes that suited me. Lots of styles and choices for everyone.

Came in and was greeted by the guys at the cashier. They were very helpful. They have great selections of shoes here. I been to other Rack Room Shoes but this one seemed to have better selections of shoes.

Ive been to this place a few times and only once have I found an advertised item, this time I accompanied a friend who by the way didnt find what she came to get. The place is always pretty empty and the employees seem attentive at times.

The manager of the store yelled at my 3 year old for trying on all the shoes. I dont blame him for being upset ... but I was cleaning up after her. Well, I was until he yelled at her. I didnt think this was appropriate. I spent about $400 here and if it were my store; Id let a 3 year old make a mess if I was about to make a $400 sale.

First time buying my own shoes here, and the staff was amazing. They checked on me multiple times, and Escott was one of the most pleasant dudes Ive ever dealt with at a store. Makes you feel like youre a valued customer. I came here in the morning during a weekday so I dont know how it changes in the weekends or on the evening, but my experience was very positive.Also, cant beat that BOGO 50% off. The prices are comparable to places like DSW.

The skinny asst. mgr was rude..He said that all of the sneakers are out with an attitude. I said I have the sneaker I said could you help me. Had a huff..Looked said no and he then puff no where to be found. Next time Ill order online.

Where can you but 2 pairs of sneakers (Addidas, Puma, Nike, Rbx, Sketchers) for $80? They have a buy one get second half off sale ALL the time. I went to the so called Nike Factory Outlet to check price and they were more expensive and no second pair half off. So if you looking for shoes or sneakers check this place out.
