I LOVE Vera!!! They make keeping my car in tip top shape SUUUUUUUUPER smooth and easy. The concierge service for pick up and delivery is truly the best. Mikell was an outstanding service advisor and communicator. I am tickled!!

I took my wifes car in for repair and they are still in the process of diagnosing the issue, but very transparent so far. Very easy to contact them and get a response.

For as long as I own any GM vehicle I will always bring it to Vera. These guys and gals really know how to treat there customers. i want to give a special thanks to 3 service advisors on 3 different occasions where i had to take my 2020 terrain as well as my 2021 in for minor manufacture repair as well as recall issues. My 2020 terrain was serviced by Micheal Credo. Was did not rest until every issue was handled on my older terrain all though we traded it in for the newest model, He still took good care of my service needs and kept me up to date as to when the vehicle was going to be repaired. Best customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership in south florida. My 2021 terrain had some manufacture issues and Chris Alejo took good care of the problem. Again Very informative as to when my new vehicle was going to be ready. Called me every day to give me updates. Lastly Eric took care of the recall issue with the tires. Had me in and out same day and took care of all cost that may have been associated with it. Overall Great Job Gentlemen for the attentiveness to customer service. You really dont see good customer service anymore and for that reason i will continue to take my vehicles to Vera.

Dropped the vehicule, a 2500 Savanah Cargo Van 2015 early Tuesday morning and picked it up on Friday morning. After researching all possibilities, the mechanic replaced a faulty Fuse Box. A similar problem existed in the Sierra Model and was recalled by GMC. Unfortunately, this was not our case for a recall.

Service was great! Giovanni R. Assisted me when I took my car in for a weird noise in the interior and an oil change. He explained what would be done to find the noise and how long it may take. He kept me updated while my car was being serviced and assured I would have my vehicle in time for my trip. Very satisfied customer!!!

The maintenance service was performed very good as expected. What I disliked this time was the waiting time, much longer than expected.On top of that I was told that the car was ready, therefore I went to the cashier and paid for the service. To make it worse the car wash thing took too long, at the point that I had to request to get my car back with out being washed. Kind of disappointed. I the first time this happens and hopefully wont happen again, normally they do a good job.

As always, outstanding customer service and attention to detail from my Service Advisor Giovanni Rubio.He constantly stayed in touch with me throughout the entire time my vehicle was in for major service and repairs. His work ethic and professionalism certainly make him an asset at Vera GMC.

Mr. Giovanni has been my service guy for 3 and a half years. From the first time he helped me I knew no one else could provide the customer service he did. He is always cheerful helpful and willing to make it right every time . The Vera team is lucky to have him as an asset!

I have been going to Vera for 6 years. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. My recent service appointment was done on 2-4-21.My service advisor is Geo Rubio. When I got there, he was waiting for me. He had the loaner ready for me to take. He had been working for a few days to have a big enough loaner for me because my son is disabled. But everything was ready and set to go. Geo is a awesome advisor who works for a great dealership. I recommend Vera 100%.
