We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Panda Kitchen and Bath, Pembroke Pines. We were so nervous about the entire process but our sales representative Daniel made us comfortable and was very helpful with some of the decisions we had to make. He was so professional, patient and full of great ideas. He came out and did the measurements and worked with us on the kitchen designs and details from beginning to end and even checked in after the completion of the project to ensure we were fully satisfied. Both of his installers Douglas for the cabinets and Juan for the granite countertops were very precise on their measurements, neat and knowledgeable on their installations making us feel comfortable with all our choices.We are so happy with our new kitchen transformation. All of our friends and family cannot stop talking about our new kitchen.This a five out of five ***** star review and we will recommend them any day. Installation of the cabinets was very poor. Installer didnt speak English and couldnt communicate. Tried to explain issues, but he just said its good, its nice over and over. Had to have Panda repair multiple issues - uneven cabinets, lose handles and molding put on backwards around pantry. Day of countertop installation waited 2 hours outside of window. Called Panda to find out countertop had broke and had to be redone. Not an issue if Panda would have called. After countertops installed, no follow-up. Now 2 weeks later, several hinges are coming off. Each hinge should have 4 screws. Cabinet installer put only 2 screws in most hinges. I suggest to find other company to install your cabinets.

I designed my kitchen with Cesar made a upfront $11.000 deposit for everything and 2 weeks later all of a sudden the counter top that I paid for already was only available for additional $1.600. The cabinet guy is quite good, the counter top instillation guys did a poor job and ignored me when I tried to reach out to them to fix the issues.

Recently we were renovating our kitchen and visited many stores to see what was available. As soon as we walked into the Panda Kitchen and bath of Pembroke Pines we loved their showroom and products. Cesar one of their representatives was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for. He designed our kitchen exactly how we wanted, and made sure that our order had all the necessary parts. The delivery guy was very professional, all the cabinets and accessories arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends, especially Cesar Perez. Extremely satisfied with Panda Kitchen!. Danny Gomez was awesome during the design phase and throughout the process. He provided several options to choose from and all were spectacular. Cabinets were available quickly (they actually held them until we were ready). Danny also worked well with our subs (plumbers, electricians etc.) to ensure that everyone was on the same page with specs and other design requirements. The installer Douglass did excellent work and was, extremely professional and fast! The kitchen looks awesome. The service, speed, craftsmanship, and level of professionalism really stood out throughout the process. I highly recommend Panda and I never do on-line reviews.

They are not a full service provider. They only install cabinets. and counter tops. All money had to be paid upfront.We had to drive to Doral to pick out our granite.We had to hire someone to remove old cabinets, and someone to install the dishwasher, the faucet, and microwave. Had to hire someone to do the backsplash. The cabinets were not caulked, handles are crooked, doors are off, and the seam on the granite is very noticeable.

We recently bought a bathroom vanity in Panda Kitchen and Bath in Pembroke Pines. We are more than happy with the quality and look of the vanity and very satisfied with the excellent customer service. Daniel Gomez took care uf us and he was great giving suggestions and ideas for our bathroom remodeling. I absolutely recommend this place. Ask for Daniel, you wont be disappointed.

I have done a total of two kitchen renovations with Panda Kitchen and Bath, and by far I have been amazed by the level of professionalism displayed by Cesar. He was super cooperative throughout the whole design process and being attentive to call back regarding concerns or generalized questions. Adonis who installed the cabinets was a very old school type of fellow who measured twice and cut once with a meticulous and clean installation. Between Adonis and Cesar they made my kitchen renovation a breeze. I highly recommend Panda Kitchen and Bath to friends and family.

Everything is great until after you pay, which by the way, they make you pay 100% upfront. The quality of the cabinets is not the same as what you see in the showroom and they even have the nerve to say that whats on the showroom is 10-12 years old and thats why its different than what they deliver to your home. When you tell the salesman about your issues, he will wash his hands and forward everything to a manager, which is a very busy man and in our case it took 2 weeks to hear from him and a lot of back and forth to get him to do anything. They blame each other. After finally getting them to accept to replace the damaged pieces, they said they will finish the cabinets in a week and then we have to wait for the granite countertop installation. It is not fair that after paying so much money Im going to have to live with cabinets that I dont like, and that are different than what I saw in both showrooms, Pembroke Pines and Doral. The main issue with the cabinets is that the edge-banding is a different color and pattern than the rest of the cabinets and it also looks very cheap. They said they cant fix that because thats they way they manufacture it now and it supposed to be better quality. Really? Some of the edges have bubbles and some where chipped, right from delivery! I see how great the quality is... Im not happy with that, thats not what I paid for, thats not whats in the showroom and I wanted a decent discount. Not the miserable $160 administration fee removal that they gave me. After driving to Doral and demanding to speak to the manager in person, they fixed some of the issues, but not everything, and I ended up settling for what it is and their miserable adjustment. They wear you out. They use sub-contractors and the manager even admitted to me that the carpenters that he originally sent were cheaper than the one he sent to take care of the issues and they use them to keep costs low. To top it off, I was told by the salesman, Cesar, at the Pembroke Pines location that cabinets would take 2 days to install and maybe 3 if theres was a problem. Granite was supposed to take another 2-3 days after the cabinets were installed and it took forever, we had issues with the granite, as well. Installer didnt want to work with the granite we had chosen because he said it breaks easily. All in all it took them over 2 months to finish the installation and I spent the holidays without a functional kitchen. This company is full of lies and lame excuses.

Should be called Panda Cabinets and Countertops Only. I hired them to install a kitchen but they did not complete the job as expected.1) I had to deal with 3 different subcontractors of Panda, countertop, cabinets and initial measurements guys.2) They do not install any appliances. I had to hire my own electrician for moving an outlet, for stove, vented hood, and microwave oven installation.3) They do not install any water lines, I had to hire my own plumber to hook up all the water lines and waste water.4) They do not install the back-splash, even though they sell it, had to hire my own tiler.They are cheap overall but leave a lot of work unfinished if you expect a complete kitchen installation.

I went to Panda Kitchens in Pembroke Pines to replace my 50 year old cabinets. I walked inwith a idea of what I wanted then I sat down with Danny my salesman . He came out to my house the nextday measured my kitchen and created my dream kitchen. Once my cabinets where removed he came back to remeasure my kitchen again. Within a week my new cabinets were installed then two weeks latermy countertops arrived. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Danny and I would highly recommend him to anyone who are looking for good quality cabinets for a affordable price.

Cabinets are good quality, go together well except holes for drawer slides are off. Directions are only pictures so not much guidance. Drawer slides attach to drawers by tapping plastic plug into a hole drilled into the side of the drawer, not the best method.My real issue is with customer service, they do not accept credit cards over the phone so if you need anything additional you need to make several trips. One of my drawer slide release lever(cheap plastic) broke. Can not get another one unless I drive back to the store to pick it up, will not mail it out. Poor customer service. If I had to do it again I would try 1/2 price cabinets or cabinets to go same plywood box construction but better hardware and better selection. I hope they would have better customer support too.

The truth must be said, Panda Kitchens has the best quality pre-built kitchens available. I have been everywhere, from Home Depot to Ikea, and to other pre-built Kitchen places. Take a look at the details and wood quality and you will understand. The prices are very competitive. Cesar Perez is the representative you want to deal with. I started looking for a Kitchen in 2017. My neighbor got his kitchen done with Cesar and everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. I already ordered my kitchen and it will be installed early June, but based on the amazing service and customer care I have received from the dozens of times I have been with Cesar I am sure everything will be as agreed. This is the level of trust Cesar has given me. I cant wait to have the new Panda kitchen installed. Cesar, you have the patience of a saint. This is the least I can do for all the amazing hard work you have done to get this project finalized. You did it Cesar. I am extremely grateful for all your attention. Will send you more clients in the near future.

The kitchen cabinets and counter top are best in class, Daniel is a great sales person and will look after you until the job is done, the crew that did the installations are also great, price is reasonable for the quality you are getting.Im very happy with my new kitchen. This place is horrible. We hired them last year to install our kitchen and a bathroom vanity. My wife worked on the design over several weeks with one of their designers. He came to our house and did the measurements himself. After coming to an agreement, we had to pay them up front over $13,000 with a certified bank check. Our install was scheduled for a Monday and I was told to have my kitchen torn out, rewired and ready for that Monday. The installer arrived at 2pm, the day of the install, and said that the kitchen designed wouldnt fit. We had to go back to the store and redesign the kitchen over a couple hours. I had taken the week off for the install and they ended up coming back 2 days later to try it again. The installer should have been a butcher because he cut and rigged everything on the job. What a chop job. The drawers arent leveled, the baseboards arent attached, there are unfilled nail holes everywhere. The crown molding across top is uneven, the outlet holes show beyond the outlet covers and the bathroom vanity goes all the way to the floor with no toe kick, screws coming through the sides splitting the shelves, shelves cut to make smaller ones making them unfinished on edges.We never signed off on the job and they wont come back to complete it. The installers complain constantly about the company. Its an absolute disaster. GO TO YELP TO SEE MY PHOTOS.

Cesar was our account rep. He was knowledgeable and in the beginning it was fine. Then things changed. They charged us more money than we were originally quoted. The lady that came and measured took 2 seconds and they measured one of our cabinets wrong. It should have been a smaller cabinet so we wouldnt need the 3 fixers. Thats a 400 dollar mistake we had to pay for. They also messed up in their design and did not put a door or some sort of shelf covering for our stackable dryer. When I asked they wanted to charge us another 120 dollars. Needless to say we solved this for about 20 bucks and a can of white paint.The guys that did our cabinets were nice and hard working the did a good job installing it but forgot to do a cut out for the washer and dryer hookup. Luckily our contractor had the tool and did it for us for free.The granite people although nice were a disaster supposed to be installed on Tuesday then a granite slab broke so had to push back my install. Cesar never called me no one from Panda did. I HAD TO MAKE THE EFFORT TO CALL AND COORDINATE EVERYTHING. Then they scheduled it for Thursday at 10 am this forced me to take time out of work visit g me money yet again. Again I had to call to confirm they were coming no one called me no ETA nothing. I HAS THE CUATOMER HAD TO COORIDNATE EVERYTHING. So I call to find that it was not goong to be 10:30 am but 1pm. 1 PM comes around no granite guys. I call Cesar at 3pm whats up, he calls the granite guy and the guy forgot a piece of granite. Now its 4pm and they finally showed up. They did a nice job installed great and looks nice. A little issue with a wall scrape but nothing that cant be fixed with some spackle and paint.My major issue is Panda does none of the work. They outsource everything. If I had known that I would have gone somewhere else. They have good prices and their workers are nice and did good work. THEIR PROCESS IS BROKEN AND LACK OF FEEDBACKNAND FOLLOW UP IS HORRIBLE.I dont recommend them.Hope this helps anyone looking for a Kitchen Place

We did a kitchen remodeling about 4 years ago .We started with Panda and then spent the next 2 months visiting just about every kitchen redesign company in Broward and Dade counties .After all was said and done, as far as we were concerned, not one of the companies visited had what Panda offered .They had the exact style, selection and price we were looking for .The installation went off without a hitch and we could not have been happier with the results .A couple of weeks ago, we noticed that one of our drawers was not staying closed ..We called Daniel Gomez, the Gentleman who sold us the new kitchen selection, explained the problem to him and within a short period of time arrived at our home with new hardware to fix the problem .If that is not fantastic service, then I dont know what is .We would recommend Panda Kitchen and Bath to anyone ..Irene and Max Adelson.
