Picked up a doorbell wireless in a circuit breaker that extends from one outlet to four which is great and everything was in one place. It was easy to find and I did not need assistance. So my little project, was a success!

I LOVE This Home Depot. The staff is always supremely helpful and polite. Naj and Curt in tool rental go out of their way to help you. Sergio in painting is also very helpful and always friendly! Sam also did an amazing job helping to pick out my new grill.

Well organized and maintained location with pretty much everything you need. Staff is great here vs some other locations in South Florida. Never had a bad experience here.

Shopping and parking was the usual tedious chore. Store was clean and well stocked. Air-conditioning worked well. 90 degrees outside. Good place to shop. 👍

Store is clean. Very easy to navigate, everything is easy to find. Shawn in paints was very helpful and so was Kisha by the front, made a price match easy. Ron helped me decide on a suitable airfilter. The staff is just AMAZING.

This is the worst Home Depot where you can go. The Assistant Manager Ms. Kelly, and the employee Ms. Gueraldine, where as rude as they could be with me (a pregnant lady) and my family. We went to pick up an order of 27 box of floor and they mistreat us with rude voice and words. We felt discriminated. While my husband was approaching with the truck to pick up the order, my kids and I where waiting inside the store (because of the heat outside) and the employee (already mentioned) asked us in a very though and rude voice “hey, can you wait outside”? I told her I was waiting for my husband and she told me to if I could wait outside, that why I have to wait inside. I told her that after picking up the order, we were buying additional things and she told us “ are you guys buying additional things, what things”? That was unbelievable. Then, we talked to the assistant manager Ms. Kelly. And in front of me, she told the employee “no worries, this happens”. I felt totally discriminated. (Today Oct 14, 2021 at 6:10pm)Please avoid this Home Depot and these people if you can.

This store started off really good!Now have the worst customer service when it comes to helping you around the store. No one have knowledge of anything except this black lady in the 🔐 dept and the tall white guy(I forgot his name)withe long ponytail very informative! The rest are USELESS. They never I mean never answers that store phone UNREAL

I tried returning a few items which I had bought but lost my which meant that a lamp I paid $24 for was now worth practically nothingBecause this particular item was discontinued and devaluated.Needless to say I kept my item.I have been a loyal customer to this particular store for many years and never encountered this situation.Lesson learned dont loose your receipt.

I went in to gather some PVC pipe to attempt to do a project for my wedding. Nick was super helpful in helping me figure out the sizes and materials I needed.

Excellent selection, excellent service by cashier #6852, register next to the tiles department. At the same time cashier at the end of returns heating west into the store should get better training in dealing with customers or find another type of employment if she is not happy with her position or what she is doing. Nick was very helpful and pleasant also.

I love Home Depot. Bill go there to purchase one thing and end up with a shopping cart. Home Depot is my number one stop for hardware, tools, home remodeling,etc

Today good customer service at time I went...sometimes Associates are nowhere to be found!

I love home depot . Id rather spend my afternoon walking the aisles here and discovering new treasures than dropping $20 at the movie theaters and leaving disappointed. Lol

Well a massive beast (lizard) broke into my home this past week and I had to go to war with him with a broom and bleach. A friend recommended Iguana-Rid for any future intruders. The store is clean, well organized. Only thing which was off was the self check out, or maybe I overlooked the slide scanner. Because you have to use a scan gun to check out your items, which with Covid19 is not sanitary. But outside of that no issues. Staff was friendly and informative as to where items were located.

Looking back at the hour or so there it was a good experience. Just recovering from major surgery walking is difficult and pushing a shopping cart made things more challenging. Entering Home Depot an employee took notice and suggested I use an electric cart immediately to my right which I did. His spontaneous interest made me feel welcome and comfortable. Fortunately I had my service dog with me and the electric cart made my shopping so much better. For the time I was in the store every employee was courteous and helpful. Amazingly a number of other shoppers willingly offered to help me as well. Following checkout another employee (Nate) took my purchased items outside and loaded them in my truck. It was a good outing and more than a few people made it a great day.

They suck since they fired all cashiers and make me do it then treat me like a criminal as I leave. No more unless Lowes doesnt have what I need . ive been a customer since day one and its gotten worse every week .

Single-mom here and Ive never stepped foot in Home Depot until today, but thankfully Nate (African-American gentleman) assisted me with my emergency and suggested the exact plywood needed and was absolutely patient with my flustered brain when I gave him measurements in cm and not inches! I literally drew a diagram and converted everything to show him what I was trying to accomplish. With his calm demeanor and expertise, I went home and the problem was taken care of. I went in there fearing the worst and after Nates help, I left the Pembroke Pines Home Depot a way happier customer! THANK YOU, NATE!!! Your courtesy and customer service went a long way to make my day a success!

This morning I had the pleasure of being helped by Jermaine. After being extremely frustrated with the 6 other employees I needed help from, Jermaine was a breath of fresh air. He was pleasant, helpful and knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond helping us. I usually leave home depot super frustrated because 1. there is NEVER an employee when you need one 2. when you find one, they have no clue what they are doing - IE two rows over when we were looking for house numbers, and check out where there were cashiers just pointing you to the line, vs helping you check out.. Never mind the whole self check out.. I guess you cant use those? No idea.THANK YOU JERMAINE for your help. Keep giving good customer service, I appreciated it.

In and out without any issues. I knew exactly what I needed. I grabbed it from the awesome tool department, then I went to the check out. Bing, bang, boom, done!

Yesterday. Very hard to get help in the aisles. I asked workers passing by can you call for help twice. No one ever showed up. I had vf to find another person who was putting away merchandise. He seemed bothered by my question. He preceding to tell me they only sell 1 size of the AC filters in a 3 pack. I turned to show him there were several sizes in 3 pack. But I wanted to know about a particular size not on the shelf. Finally, I walked away and had customer service to look it up for me.

I came here to find a glacier bay and Anais handle the situation for me in a very professional way. She helped me out to find what I needed And even in plumbing things she seamed to know what she was talking about. With Miami 24/7 Plumbing in Broward we always will come here.

They allways got what we need to fix the. Equipment.only bad thing due to covid they have been a tad bit low on inventory on some items

TERRIBLE installation service for appliances. I got a washer and dryer installed badly and Home Depot is refusing to install the type of hose that is needed for the dryer to fit in the space, blaming Samsung for it

Im upset that they have eliminated 2 handicap parking spots again for their Christmas tree display. According to Google this could be a violation of the ADA (American with Disabilities Act)

Was well stocked, found someone to help get the products I needed. Also had foot surgery so was happy to find a close parking space.

I had a problem with my online order an after speak with two people in costumer service only the third got it right his name is Bryan and he went above and beyond to find out what happened to my items and how can be solved, his thinking outside the box is what Home Depot needs to be more human.I really wish I could find a way for his manager to know how big of an asset he is for the store, I’m really happy with my purchase and this his my home store so I will always come to you guys !!!!!Also Luther is one of the managers there and is ALWAYS willing to help costumers he always helps me find things I’m looking for and in good humor THANK YOU!!!!

We had trouble with an online order being cancelled but Alexa and Jackie were so helpful and able to resolve the issue quickly.This is our closest Home Depot store and everyone is so friendly! We frequent this location multiple times a week as new homeowners. :)

I found everything I needed. There were wardrobe boxes I needed and was directed to the Home Depot in Pembroke Pines from Hialeah for them. Very excellent service from both stores. Thank you for your service.

Ray in the plumbing department gave us excellent advice about the toilet I need to purchase. A young man named Alex who also works there listened intently to Ray and my questions so he could learn more for other customers. Thank you. Good employees make the difference in customers wanting to come back to your store.

Their in store selection of items isnt great, especially as compared to online. Help was pretty easy to find.

Couldnt find an associate to help me in blinds although 2 other associates called for someone to come. Tried to speak with manager, she also was to busy to come up front to speak with me. The store was not crowded or that busy.

The garden center needs to have more employees who know what there doing and know about plants. Also the plant selection lately has been horrible. Most of the time the plants are soaking wet which leads to root rot and insects. They also have not restocked the terracotta pots.Im very disappointed.

Great place to shop for all your home improvement needs. Many of the staff members carry a vast knowledge base in their area of expertise. I strongly recommend this store.

A wonderful store in all. Purchased a refrigerator, Jeff was our customer service associate. Very professional, knowledgeable about the product, very helpful. Ran into a small glitch and I must admit Jeff and Carl the assistant manager bent over backwards to try to correct the situation. Sometimes things go wrong, but when an associate and manager go out of their way to do everything humanly possible to correct the error, what more can you ask? Were all human and make mistakes but what makes a great employee, is the one listening to every word, and then doing their best to fix it. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they appear understaffed for the amount of business going through the door. I have not visited frequently enough to comment on whether it is repetitive. That being said I think this is a wonderful store, and the employees make it a good experience. I love to speak to an employee that is knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely recommend. I am a Hammers and heels kind of girl and love hardware stores, so this is a great store with great service, knowledgeable professional staff.

Worse store for curbside pickup, i placed an order at 9am and called the store at 4pm because order was pending. At that time they send an employee look for the items, to discover that one of the item was sold during the day. Now an hour and 15 minutes later, order still pending for all other items. Dont why the advertise curbside as the best way if they take that long to prepare the order

Home Depot is way better than lowes,the best deal is its STOCK$$ buy it and watch the money and dividends roll in.

The employees are really helpful and from my observations, it appears that they do their best when assisting other the customers.We actually purchased our holiday tree here last year.If youve ever been shopping during the holiday seasons you know just how crowded stores can be. They were extremely busy with people walking around trying to find the right tree to take home. Not only was the store crowded inside but it was crowded outside as well where the real trees are kept.

I dont get it with all the hom depots. They cut there cashier too one or maybe two.. and have five or six people standing around the self checkout. Call me crazy put just have two at the self checkout and open up more cashier.

Whatever happened to the customer is always right and up selling an item if the specific item is unavailable to the customer? This is clearly a concept lost with this location. If I come to your store and you dont have my item, shouldnt I be able to get a pricier item, which you have in stock, at the same price as what I wanted? The associate and manager need to be trained a little better in customer service.
