December 22, 2019 I went into Battery Plus Bulbs by referral from my friend Melinda.To make a medium story shorter, I am so happy that my friend Melinda referred me to this place because I got what I needed without being charged an arm and a leg. You guys were awesome and thanks.Ill definitely go back there again.And when I go back for my car key replacement hopefully everything will turn out as good as promised.

I own two different mobility scooters, when I need to replace batteries, this is where I go. On 6/13/2020, my wife and I went into the Pembroke Location, masks on and all that. The employee who helped us, his name is not on the receipt, but he has all the arm tattoos. He was great, the store was busy and he ran around non-stop. If I still owned a business, I would steal him for my team. He had an outstanding sense of urgency not found normally. Great Job!!

Excellent service on watch battery replacement.

I made an appointment to change my battery phone l was on time, but tjey have only 1 person working in a busy day, so the guy got interrupted any time someone steped in leaving my phone on the middle of the work. Then another person for 11 am appointment showed up on time but she had to wait cause the 9:30 am appointment wasnt taken care yet. Would be nice, if this store gets many appointments, to have another staff to help with all customers coming. Obviously 1 person cannot focus in 2 things at the same time.

Nothing but nice things to say about this location and the staff.A couple of weeks ago my battery was acting weird and I began the hunt for a new battery. After searching a few locations, I settled for this store as it had the best deal in town. I ended up ordering my battery online for pick up as they had a special for that order method.Id called ahead of time to ensure that they would indeed install it for me too; they did. The whole check in, install and core deposit refund took less than 30 minutes. Which I greatly appreciated as I had other errands to run last night.Hopefully I wont have to come back here for any car battery issues (knock on wood). However should I come across any other battery issue, I will certainly be sure to come back here.Great customer service! Keep up the good work guys!

Most disgusting customer service Ive ever experienced the district manager literally told me you left a bad review we arent gunna help you anyways after 3 days of waiting for my phone to be fixed that they broke. Save your time, energy, and money and go to ubreakifix.... They recommend 70% of their customers there anyways. The district manager is a liar and doesnt follow proper procedure. This place is a dead end.

Fast, Accurate, Professional Service: My car had a dying battery and I went to the Batteries Plus store in Pines Boulevard. I was immediately help by Wayne and Shiv. They explained me that it could be another reason behind the battery damaged. I got a nicely priced Duracell product, and once installed, everything test A OK. The installation was extremely fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. At this point I dont know if they had the best price, but if they dont (very unlikely) the excellent service received was well worth it.

So the District manager (Rob) contracted us to do a job and has refused to pay on the job. I’mcurrently reaching out to Corporate but figured public opinion is the best way to start. I didn’t realize that the store had an EPA responsibility to deal with said job in a specific way.

Changed 3 watch batteries by there a few years ago and I went back to get the watch battery replace under the warranty they sold me and the store rep wouldn’t help me because one of the link on my watch had a lil dent on it, I went by the battery plus in Miami Lakes and the store rep changed it with no issues but I had pay again for another watch battery all because they couldn’t find my original purchase at the store on Pines Blvd. I let that slide, I purchased a car battery 3 years again by battery plus in Miami lakes however my car battery decided to give up on me and I live in Pembroke Pines so it was much easier for me to go to the battery plus in Pembroke Pines, as soon as I walked in I told the rep I’m just here to replace my car battery and I purchase my old car battery from the Miami lakes battery plus. I gave him my car model and the rep asked me if my car battery is placed inside the back of my car trunk (2012 Hyundai Sonata) I was shocked with his reply so I showed him the battery with all the info he needed but from his whole attitude I knew his next response (we don’t have your battery in stock) but we can send you to another location to buy it from there. Honestly I wondered to myself if it was because I’m black or the pandemic, the customer service was so distasteful I walked out the store and got a jump then went to get my battery at Auto Zone. This happen Monday July 20th. I’m quite sure he had the battery.

First time shopping with Batteries Plus. Customer service was prompt and facilitated a quick check out. Informed me of an ongoing sale while I was checking out and it was a good offer on a 24 pk of batteries.

Although polite I was disappointed and upset that the clerk, who I believe was the manager, was not wearing a face mask. I mentioned to him that he should be wearing one when dealing with customers to help protect us all. I believe he was in violation of Broward County, FL COVID 19 regulations. He went on about how he thinks the COVID 19 numbers are being blown out of proportion. I reminded him that over 100,000 people have died over just the past three months even WITH measures put in place. I also told him that 6 of my co-workers from law enforcement died from the virus. All relatively young and in shape people. None of this compelled him to put a mask on. I will not recommend patronizing your stores and shall no longer patronize your stores since your company does not care about the public.

I stopped by today Monday, August 12, 2019 because my Viper Alarm was sending me notifications my battery was low voltage. I wanted to verify if its my battery or alternator was having issues. I started with a store clerk then ended up with the store manager Juan who was very professional. He tested my battery and verified that my alternator is working correctly. All for free. I look forward to doing business with Battery Plus Bulbs in the future.

Ive dealt with the employees on multiple occasions, on the phone and in store. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to make you happy.I bought a replacement battery for my phone, but had issues with it months later....they told me to come in and they would replace it free of charge. They took care of me as soon as I walked in the door....switched out battery and I was done in like 5 minutes.

Purchased a battery that would not hold a charge. They cant replace it until they charge it. I understand, however I have to wait at least 4 hours and they said theyll call me. And the replacement battery I need they dont have in stock so I have to go elsewhere to get it. If I decide to purchase a less expensive battery, I can only get store credit for the difference. All this is after I purchased a $300 battery. Wasted plenty of time charging it and retesting it. Under the assumption that I purchased a good battery, I have wasted precious diagnostic time. Ill never deal with this company again.

Dominique, and Scott were extremely friendly and totally knowledgeable in regards to fixing my iPhone screen, these two gentleman were friendly, and very helpful. This was my first time coming to this store and my experience was great. I definitely recommend this location for all your battery and phone glass needs. I give them a 5 star salute.

I needed a new battery for my car and this was a great experience. Jaro Harden went above and beyond to help me and even pointed out other things on my car that may need servicing at the dealership. It was evident he cared about giving a quality experience and truly enjoys what he does. He is also extremely knowledgeable about cars and has a true interest in sharing that knowledge. I never felt like they were trying to just make a sale. I was shocked when I found out he wasn’t the manager. He really should be!

This Battery Plus Bulbs store and the people who work there are lifesavers. The thing is, they don’t only have batteries and bulbs; they can re-program and fix the electronic key for your car; they have all types of things for your phone, and they can fix your phone as well. It is my new go to place for any of my electronica needs.It’s like an updated radio shack, except that it always has everything that you need in stock.In particular, an employee named Shiv really helped me out. My key for my Lexus was corroded, and he was able to open it up and remove all the corrosion, which saved a lot of money.The store also has a program where you can buy a battery for your key for only $14 and they replace the battery for free for life. If you have to replace your battery one time it pays for itself.If you have any type of bulb or battery and you can’t get it elsewhere, you will be able to get it here, or they can order it for you. I am sorry I didn’t discover the store earlier. I could’ve saved a lot of money.

The Technical Experts at Batteries Plus in Pembroke Pines come to the rescue!My Key FOB got wet. This interfered with the programming and caused my truck to think it was being stolen and prevented me from being able to start the engine.Not only did Larry at Batteries Plus save me almost $100 on a new key FOB as compared to dealership prices, bur the guys came out to my location to program the new key. Best of all, when they were done they took the time to make my old key functional - for free! Two keys for the price of one!

I bought a new car battery cheaper than the auto parts stores and they installed it free. Happy customer, would buy from them again. Nice guys there. Gave me 10% discount on the upgrade battery.

As soon as I entered the place there was a guy staring at us behind the counter (a black man) with extremely bad temper. This is the first time that I experience something like this. He definitely has a lot to learn about how to treat customers and being a nice person. The way he talked to my boys was unacceptable and I left the store feeling horrible about the way he treated us....and he laughed when we left!!

Terrible service when it comes to key fobs. Had to go back to the store twice. Spent an hour the first time to fill out paperwork just to order the key fob. The second time, a week later, they called to say they got the new key fob. I went to the store to pick up the new key fob, but the manager was not at the store and was unavailable to get the code to give his employees to program the fob. I waited over an half hour for the manager to call with the code. Then I had to wait another 40 minutes because they could not cut the key due to the fact that their key cutting machine could not accurately cut the new key fob to match the original. I spent a total of an hour and 20 minutes on my second visit. I recommend going elsewhere unless you have a lot of time to spend on the process.

Aeriel is my HERO !!!! After being told by Apple that my i5 phone was toast - then being pressured into purchasing a new i7 - I decided to get a second opinion - and - my hunch was correct ! The i5 just needed a new battery - go figure :-( Needless to say - Aeriel fixed me up with a new battery and I was good to go within 30 min - for less than $50 - amazing !! My next stop will be the Apple Store to return the i7 that I did NOT need - and - I will be reading them the riot act !!

I do not know much about cars, I have always been afraid of the electrical things of vehicles. (Its a nightmare) they did everything for me, I did not have to do anything! Been sitting out front waiting on this store to open which the website says 9am and it’s 9:33 am and the place is still not open.

Went in with my bulb and ask for the same bulb in led. I was told that they would need to order them. Two weeks later they came in wrong bubs. The tech Ariel says, well we dont care them you should go someplace else. I asked for a refund and handed my receipt, I only refunded my 1 of the 6 I got. So he had to do it over. The whole thing seemed like a real burden for him with lots of aditude.

This place and the guys who work there are awesome!!
