Called here, and the guy was extremely helpful. (Dont remember a name.) He instructed us to do exactly what we needed to. He was nice, honest. Assisted us really well. πŸ‘πŸ» Glad I called here. Seemed like we were getting the run around before, but this guy made it really simple.πŸ‘πŸ» ;)

My IPhone stopped working out of nowhere. I stopped here and the staff especially Mike and Max were very helpful. I thought my contacts and pictures were gone forever but they were knowledgeable enough to recover them. Good store.

My experience was and always has been a positive one. I have been a client of theirs for about 9 years. They have bailed me out to many times to count. They Especially Mike know there stuff and are extremely courteous. Something you dont see very often these days.I recommend this store to everyone.

Change your weekend operating hours from 9 to 5 when you look on google maps so people DONT come at 6 on the weekend thinking you’re open :)

Nice non company Store with knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Usually no or short wait time as well as opening early or staying late are definitely pluses. Cool a/c and wide selection always on tap. Only negative is that they need to pass you off to a true company Store for a problem if they cant help which is unusual. That and the $3 fee for paying your bill in person are the only disappointments. Go there.

Horrible customer service. if the sales rep over there is not making a commission wow, youre going to be treated like garbage. I had a metro problem and he treated me horribly. the only thing he got right was he greeted me in the very beginning. once I told him I made a payment at another Metro store and my service was still not activated. can you please verify or contact the other Metro store. this guy had a flip with me. then I realized his lunch was getting cold. and thats the true problem here for the horrible treatment. huffing and puffing like he wanted to fight me. Said i wasnt a metro customer. even told me to get out of the store or hell get the cops on me. all this cuz I asked them to make a verification. I thought I was the customer. I did make a complaint to corporate and I ask corporate to please contact me back and do a follow-up with but no call back. He made me waste a quarter tank of gas to go back to the Hialeah store for me to ask the gentleman that I paid what happened. he quickly called corporate and fixed the situation. excellent customer service from the Hialeah branch.

In this place make fake publicity they offer free fine phones, but when you request them, they have just then run out of existences or the manager says that these are not available anymore....Go for the cheap or get out....Poor service and cheating in advertising, not going back

BEWARE: If you order a replacement phone at this location is is NOT a new phone, it will be a used model. Additionally, overall bad customer service.I came to this location for a mandatory phone upgrade and the phone I received was defective. When attempting to fix the problem, one of the female employees wiped my hard drive without even letting me know she was doing so.After it was determined my phone was defective, the staff ordered me a newone. It took about 3.5 weeks to arrive even though they claimed only 8-10 business days.The replacement phone I was given was laggy, crashes on an almost daily basis.. I later find out its because the phone is not new but a used/refurbished phone. The employees tell me they cannot guarantee me a new phone if they order another replacement. So I was basically penalized with a used phone for initially receiving a defective phone.. niceI attempted to contact the store manager, Mike Puleo, via email and he completely failed to respond. I called in during my work hours to ask if he had read it and he coincidentally just saw it that morning and was about to respond. I told him I looked forward to the email but time went on and no reply. When I sent another email to let him know it had been an entire month since my first attempted contact, he responded immediately with one-sentence responses trying to get me to come to the store or give him a call instead of addressing my problem and telling me what he will actually do for me.Highly suspicious that Mike will not answer emails.. Will not be wasting any more of my time or money at this location.
