Fried my laptop by spilling tea into ports and Michael at uBreakiFix helped me to remove hard dive from laptop and put drive in an external enclosure so I can access data from another unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend their service.

Had an iPhone X battery replacement done in August 2021. Since I left Id been hearing my screen giving off a clicking sound. Not like haptic feedback, but a clicking from the screen itself. Couldnt figure out what it was for quite a while. Watched several youtube videos up until October 2021 & eventually a person said... check the screws & make sure they are there near the charging port. To my surprise the two screws arent there at all!!! The iPhone holds itself closed quite well but its technically not sealed back up. I immediately call the shop & explain what the problem was & that I had come in to have a battery swap done & about the screws. The tech tells me I need to bring the phone in for a 3 day diagnostic instead of just finding some screws around the shop to replace them. Then I called back to have someone order the screws... the guy then tells me they have to wait a week for them to come in. I said you really have to be kidding me... why cant you just find a pair of screws that fit an iPhone X and place them in there? Long story short I wont be going to this shop again. It truly is best to just go to Apple for these kinds of things. The nearest  store is very far from me so I decided to go somewhere nearby. You get what you pay for.

Phone screen went blank suddenly, for no apparent reason. Carrier tried to pressure me into getting a new phone. But Michael and Cesar gave me a reasonable price [expensive, but less than a new phone] then checked my carriers insurance and saw I was covered.24 hours later I have my phone back and only had to pay a nominal deductible.Excellent over-the-top service.

Awesome service! Went in and got my broken iPhone screen replaced. It was super quick and I’m happy I was able to do it through my insurance with AT&T so I didn’t have to pay anything upfront. Caesar helped me and he was so informative, polite, and provided amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them if you need any of your devices fixed!

This was my first time using their services and I had a super positive experience. They were all really helpful, professional, the price was more affordable comparable to other companies, and the repair was done way faster than expected. Super nice guys working here. Brought in my wife’s phone because it had a charging issue. They quoted me a price but upon further inspection, they found a plastic piece lodged within the phones charging port and removed it free of charge! Highly recommend!

I came in to the Pembroke location with my Pixel 4xl, which had a battery problem. Ubreakifix told me that Google extended the battery warranty due to battery problems in the Pixel. The employee up front then told me to take off the screen protector which had some cracks in it as this could disqualify from the warranty; meanwhile, the phone was otherwise in very good condition with its original case and screen protector from nearly 2 years ago (photos posted).Upon bringing my phone back the employee told me that his manager told him the phone is disqualified from the warranty due to the cracked screen protector. I tried to point out that being that Google issued an extended warranty on the product, there is clearly a known battery issue with the Pixel phones. So, being that my phone was otherwise in very good condition, I would imagine it was highly unlikely that the screen protector crack was the cause of the battery damage. In which case, if the manager was trying to be helpful, I would imagine he could have likely overlooked the screen protector and asked me to just take it off as if it was turned in without one. However, not only did the manager, Mike, not go above and beyond in his customer service, rather instead he stayed in the back and treated me as if I were issuing a threat, blatantly warning me that if I were to take off the screen protector and bring it into a different location they would catch me with their Nest cameras. Meanwhile, I was only trying to point out that clearly Im not lying about phone being damaged because otherwise I would simply take the phone into a different location without the screen protector, but as I said I was treated with hostility.The manager, Mike, didnt appear to care about me, the customer, and on top of that was very dismissive. Today I went back in to pick up my phone, I told Mike about my feelings without yelling at him; he told me the scratches on the side of my phone (which are not very apparent) would’ve disqualified my phone anyhow, gave a half-hearted apology and when possible took the chance to retreat again to the back of the store. Interestingly enough, the store has 2 awards for location of the month dating back to July and August 2014. With my experience and with Mike as its manager though perhaps its easy to see why this feat has yet to be repeated over the last 7 years. Hoping this is helpful to any potential future customers.P.S. update: my phones camera and flashlight are no longer working since my phone was returned from ubreakifix. Since I did elect to pay for the phones repair, I would hope that everything would be returned to me in proper working condition..

Amazing work brand new phone now! I called to check availability on my note 20 Ultra screen, Michael helped me out very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They had what I needed to get my screen fixed at a good price. I went by dropped off phone and was told 4 hours for phone to be ready I dropped off and went about my business at exactly 3 hours and 58 minutes I received a text its ready. I went in this morning, because they’ve saved phones and other electronics for me before. They are the most courteous, helpful, professional electronics experts on earth. They solved an issue with my laptop in seconds, after I’d spent hours and hours trying— in vain— to do it myself. They did a very good job in fixing my moms iphone. I didnt give it 5 stars since when I picked up the phone I had to wait for the process of writing up who was ahead of me. There should be a system where you let people pay since paying is a much faster process.

I wish I could give this place negative reviews. I dropped my phone off yesterday and was given a quote ($109). Today I received a phone call because the price they quoted me was “short” and that the home button was broken. What’s funny is that the home button wasn’t broken before that. The manager Michael was the person who was fixing my call. He was a jerk through the whole process. When I went to pick up the phone they charged the wrong amount and CHASED me out in the parking lot to correct their mistake. I ended up having to pay $267 just to have my phone back. The only helpful person was Jacques and they fired him after I left the store for no reason other than their own mistake. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had as a customer. Brought in a ps4 motherboard. Fix took over a month and apparently wasnt even done at that location. I wouldve sent it out myself if they explained that to me, and wouldve likely gotten it back sooner. Had to call for any update on my part. Told next week, but then called back 2 weeks later to find it wasnt back yet. Told (on a Monday) tomorrow, but then called back that Friday and it still wasnt ready?!? Charged more than I was quoted even though I signed up for a service they told me would save me money. Got my part back and it was missing a critical ribbon cable so I have to buy a replacement since they cant apparently mail it to me(?). Horrible experience. Saw a review that said dont go here unless its an Ipod and I second that.

I took my phone for repairs because it wasnt charging. The rep at this location gave me a price range of how much it may cost and that they would have to send it to an outside company to get it fixed. I believe they told me the range of $110-$150 and that it was a motherboard issue. I told them if it is $150 it would not work for me. The person said it may be that much and also assured me I would get a phone call when they send it to the outside company and they would know for sure how much it is so I can make a decision after the exact quote. I thought, alright I can get a quote and if its high I can go somewhere else. Later, instead of giving me a call with a quote, they gave me a call that that the repair was complete and that I can pick up my phone. I was expecting a quote not a notification of the phone being fixed. I told the rep over the phone and they had some excuse I can’t remember now. When I asked a rep about it in person, they told me the outside company did not follow instructions, and that the charge was $150.This is an extremely shady business.The other thing that happened is the receipt they gave me to sign on the day I dropped off my phone had the price range at the top, and at the bottom the price was listed at about $200 (higher than the range they said it could be). I pointed it out immediately and the rep said the machine was not letting him change it. I signed the receipt and before I signed it, I crossed out the almost $200 amount and circled the estimate range at the top and initialed next to it - because of how suspicious this strange receipt seemed. When I later picked up the phone the rep tried to charge me the almost $200 amount and said he had to speak to the manager to change it to $150.Finally, after picking up my phone after repairs on 5/21/21, I continued to use a temporary phone until I switched my cell service back to this repaired phone with my carrier on the evening of 5/24/21.I had my regular alarm set for the next day and yet the next morning, on 5/25/21, my alarm did not go off. This caused me to be late in starting my workday and caused me to lose some money since I am an hourly employee and have to punch in and out to work remotely. I later found out during the day that the speaker function did not work. The sound still worked during a regular call, and sound with headphones worked as well. I tested the sound on the phone just now and indeed, the speaker does not function at all. The alarm does not work, and neither do videos or application sounds. There was never such an issue with my phone as this. The sound only works with headphones or when making a non-speaker call. It seems they have fixed one issue and either through negligence or malicious intent have created another type of issue in my phone. There is enough going on in the world and the last thing people need after going into a store to fix their phone in order to try to save money instead of buying a new one...is a business that misleads, defrauds, rips them off. I am concerned of how much of an issue this would have caused if I had not caught it in time that my alarm was not working. On the morning of 5/25/21 I had assumed I had overslept the alarm clock. It was later that I realized I was given the phone back with a speaker that could not function to wake me up for work. This business not only defrauded me from the chance to get a quote from another business on how much the repair would cost, but it also created a situation that cost me a small amount of my wages, and could have potentially gotten me into trouble at work.

Awesome experience, Mike went over and above the call of duty to take care of me. I came for a damaged speaker with the full intentions of paying to replace it, and he informed me I actually had one day left on my factory warrant. He said we cant wait till tomorrow and took care of it on the spot at no charge to me. Its hard to find this kind of service. Hopefully you never need phone repair but if you do come see Mike.

They have all new staff (and I think new management). Ive taken phones there for years and they were always easy to get ahold of by phone, always fixed my phones within a day or two, and exhausted all possible options to fix before labeling something unrepairable. Now they are more difficult to reach by phone. I took a phone in for repair and the rep said he didnt think it was fixable without even having first diagnosed the problem or taken the phone apart to examine it. They had my phone for weeks and I finally had to call to ask about it and only learned then that they werent able to fix it after having only replaced one part that was possibly the problem. The other parts, they said, were unavailable but I found them myself only days later from a supplier for the manufacturer of my phone. They did refund a portion of the deposit minus what they had tried but gave the phone back to me with the back loose and not fully attached. They said they dont secure the back when they are unable to repair an item. In short, I just feel like they werent interested in really finding the problem and fixing it because it was too complex and required too much time. They werent good about updating me while they had it, and their new automated phone prompt system makes them harder to reach than they used to be under the old management/staff.

I was directed to this Service by AT&T who advised me that this was the Company who they send their local repairs to in my area.Upon calling them they quickly and expertly fixed my Glass I-Phone Case on my SE Device which had cracked due to a minor fall on concrete.The price of the repair was exactly what they quoted and the estimate of their repair completion was to the minute.They did not try to sell me accessories or service plans though those options were clearly available and on display in their very clean and safe Customer Waiting Area.If you need this type of service do not hesitate on contacting them for your Cell Phone repair.I believe you will not be disappointed.I know I wasnt...

So, I have the Note 20 ultra 5G (color Mystic bronze for reference) and I had my whole screen black and would not light up even though the phone itself was on it wasnt dead, UBreakIFix were by far the only affordable place to give me a quote however, I ended up getting it fixed free with Samsung because of manufacturer warranty . They fixed it in a timely manner but I would say contact them and track your repair with the code on the receipt they give you because they can get busy and might not always be able to contact you about your repair updates. All in all, this situation without having a phone was frustrating but glad that UBreakIFix were able to assist and resolve the issue along with Samsung. Thanks Guys. 🙏

Mike was incredibly honest and told me what did/didn’t need to be fixed, and what parts were needed to do a phone trade in. Was punctual, fast, and transparent about all costs. Wasn’t cheap for Apple OEM parts but those prices are set by Apple not UFIB.

Thought I needed a new phone charging port, technicians diagnosed only a cleaning was needed. Super professional and honest. Delighted.

Went in because the earpiece of my iPhone XR was very quiet. Guy at the desk told me that if I could hear, it was probably just dirty. He took it to the back, came back a minute later and all the debris blocking the earpiece was gone. Tried it when I got home and it was like new. He could have easily taken advantage to do an unnecessary repair for profit. But, instead was honest and helped me out. I asked how much I owed him. He said nothing but a recommendation. Happy I found an honest electronics repair place close to home.

My son took his Nintendo Switch that he had dropped here in December to have it fixed. It wasnt working properly and broke part of the plastic. After he picked it up a few weeks later it still would not work properly, he took it back because they have a 90 day warranty, they claim he never told them it wasnt working properly when he dropped it off, he dropped it of course it not going to work right.They would not honor the 90 day warranty but wanted to charge him additional money to do a diagnostic on it, thats after paying $99.00 to have it fixed, even though they admit they noticed when fixing it there was problems.Do not go to this location on Pembroke Pines. They were rude to my wife and son and they do not honor their warranty.

Excellent service from drop to pick up. A few minutes after dropping off my iPad I received a message the store would keep me posted via text. Within a few hours of drop off I received a text from Michael the repair was completed (I was expecting 3 bd) and ready to pick up. The next morning Malik followed up. iPad looks good and working perfect! Outstanding service!

Unprofessional, and sloppy looking employees. Called and spoke to one employee about a PS4 problem, he told me no problem, bring it in and we will run a free diagnostic on it. Once I went in, a different employee without even looking at the PS4 said I had 2 options, throw it away or replace the motherboard... wow.. thanks for that quick and detailed diagnosis. Fastest way to lose business.

I visited the place since as an authorized agent for Samsung repairs I agreed to repair my Samsung note 20 ultra since it had a slight break in the glass of the camera once the phone was repaired I receive it with many scratches on the frame product that does not They knew how to replace the part, the person who received it and gave it to me said that this was the frame but it was not like that... Now they told me that they were going to check the cameras and talk to the technician but evidence that it was in the store that they do not want to be responsible ... After repairing my broken screen, they had to replace the scratched part because they saw in camera the issue... the attention at all times since the problem was excellent...

Paid. $140 to change a usb port in my xbox ... Definitely overpriced plus had to wait 4 days past 7 days i was told it would be ready

I took my laptop and my phone there for screen repair. After they fixed them, my iPhone ‘s Face ID stopped working. My laptop’s screen on the other hand fell off. When I brought them back to the store, they said that they’re not responsible for any of it. I will never go back there!!!!

Took my iPad for a cracked screen. Received no updates or cals on the status. After multiple days, I finally went in person. They cracked the screen and broke the button on the iPad. They fixed the screen but refused to fix the button or provide a refund. I now have to take it to Apple to see if it can be repaired.
