A friend recommended us this store, and Im happy he did. My husband and I came here to open a business account. Vee (I think that was his name, please correct me) was very helpful is opening the account and ordering iPhone 13 Pro Maxs for us. We received the phones without a problem. Verizon coverage and speed has been very good so far, I have better and faster service than I had with T-Mobile in some locations, and dont get me started on the monthly data plan and hot spot. Its amazing. We did have to go back to the store to process our trade-ins and fix a small issue with the transferring from T-Mobile to Verizon process and Gilles was very knowledgeable, quick and helpful, we were in and out within minutes. The store does get quite busy and I saw a customer get real rude and nasty real fast towards one of the store associates. Our experience with Verizon and this location has been excellent. I give them 5 stars.

I stopped by the store last night to purchase a gizmo watch for my son. I was promptly greeted by Adria (hope this is how you spell it) and helped by Jared. I witnessed the manager Christina (I believe that was her name) handle a very hard situation that another customer had experienced over the phone and from other stores. She was patient and kind and very skilled! I had to return today to finish the set up (issues on my end not theirs) and Stephanie was just as delightful! It was a pleasure dealing with every employee in this store!! Great job at customer service and being personable. Also, Adria should be permanently added to the team! She seems eager to learn and has a great attitude!

What Customer service?? Smh, The pregnant manager was no help. She didn’t even greet us when she walked by, nor did the staff. No one greeted us at the door and we waited so long to be seen. We were finally assisted by a nice young lady named Adria. She was so helpful, friendly, and nice. I will not be going back to this location. I’ve never had an issue at any Verizon store smh. No one seemed to care about the customers except for the nice lady that helped us out. Overall, go to the location in North Miami. They’re really nice there and greet you right away.

The store manager Charlotte Dacosta has very poor managerial skills. I signed in and she told me the wait would be 30 minutes. However, other people who walked in the door who signed in after me she took ahead of me leaving me to wait on the only other representative Mr. Gilles. She is very unprofessional and did not apologize. Because Mr. Gilles was very thorough in explaining the sale so she came over to disrupt as if she was to find a problem but nothing was wrong.. Verizon needs to provide more customer service training to her or I strongly suggest people take their money and business to a different store where they will be treated with courtesy and their business is appreciated. She chastised Mr. Gilles for taking to long with me but forgot how long she took with the person she took walking through the door after me having wait longer than 30 minutes. Makes you wonder how many other customers have she treated this way??? Mr. Gilles was very patient and explained everything to my understanding which lead to me purchasing a $1800 phone. Thank You Mr. Gilles for your professionalism. What she dont know because of Mr. Gilles continously apologies for his store manager is why I stayed and continued my purchase with him. I am writing a letter to Verizon corporate office regarding the treatment from Charlotte Dacosta bad customer service and I definitely wont be doing business there again unless its with Mr. Gilles.

We experienced the best service ever from Juan. He was exceptional, knowledgeable and service driven. You are checked in when you enter so you fall into a virtual line and you are free to roam the shop. We were 3rd in line and it probably took about 15min with 2 attendants servicing clients.

Was suppose to be curbside pickup. The slots were taken. Park in a non curbside spot and put on blinkers. The sales person came out and called my name and proceeded to go back inside without waiting for me to answer. Had to go inside to get package. 🤨

Charlotte, who boasted of her managerial status, was amazingly rude and unhelpful when I came in to return my FiOS equipment. I was looked at and spoken to like a fool when I told her the information I was told over the phone by Customer Service. She basically told me to leave the store after Id been assured by SEVERAL customer service representatives (after several hours on hold over the phone) that I could return my equipment to any Verizon location, and she refused to help me. I called customer service again, and I was guaranteed local Verizon stores are supposed to take equipment back.This store needs better corporate training to support customers who are told one thing over the phone and experience a different thing in person.Update: Been 2 months since I replied to Verizon’s response…and no response. Shockingly on par for their customer service experience.

First I tried to call and order, but all phone calls to the store were routed to an automated service regarding my account; there was no option to speak to a sales person. Verizon makes it difficult to purchase their products - not a smart business move. 🙄

Came to this location on Saturday afternoon, was told I “needed” an appointment to be seen, the representative set my appointment for 2pm the very next day (Sunday), the morning of said appointment I received an e-mail stating the appointment was canceled, no explanation why. Where is Chad and the team that used to be at this location?! We need them back!! I have been to this location at least three times over the past couple of months and they have the worst customer service ever now. The first visit(s) had to do with exchanging an item that was purchased at that location and was under warranty. The store employee claimed that their policy changed and that they no longer did exchanges and that we should go to the Apple store, even though they are under warranty. The manager at that location quickly agreed. Out of curiosity I called Verizon to ask when that had changed and was told that it had not and that they should have exchanged them as long as they were under warranty. I did reach out to the manager to discuss what I had learned from Verizon and she said she would do it for me as a courtesy this time, but how is this a courtesy when its Verizons policy? Moving on, fast forward a couple of months and I went to this location to upgrade two of my lines to the iPhone 11 Max Pro... Everyone was waiting on other customers so we patiently waited. As people were finishing up, none of the employees had still not come over to put us on the waiting list. As I was getting ready to walk up to the desk to ask, a couple of people walked in and were immediately approached and put on the waiting list. I dont know where the old team went, but the customer service at that location has truly gone downhill. Very disappointing considering how much money weve paid to Verizon, especially with that specific location over the years.

Blocked my line twice in 3 days and was not able to connect my phone because they don’t listen to what you need before hitting “connect and disconnect line”Three trips, three plus hours on the phone, 3 days and still no phone. They are more focused on texting on their own phone and trying to sell you phones than actually taking care of customers. Don’t waste your time at this store.

If you want help buying a phone or upgrading a phone go to Chad. He is very helpful and patient. I have had other people help me but I prefer to wait for Chad. I have over 10 devices with Verizon and been with Verizon 15years. By far out of all the sales associates I have seen, Chad has great customer service and knows the products he sells you.

I went to the store to inquire about updating my phone. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I know they’re more expensive than some competitors, but you pay for what you get. They usually have great service. There were five employees standing behind the counter and two other customers. I was greeted and was told someone would be with me shortly. After approximately 10 minutes, none of the three employees who were standing around offered me any help. About five minutes later, one of the employees left the store and entered a neighboring business. Finally, after being ignored for about twenty minutes, I decided to leave since no one was willing to help me. I felt like I was bothering the employees and they did not want anything to do with me.

Employees are very professional here, no doubt about it. They were helpful, efficient, and pleasant. Waiting outside in the heat with my mask on did not improve my attitude for certain but what really got me was their attitude. I was sold a bundle including a screen protector, a pop up button, and a wireless charger for my ProMax 11 I-phone. They did not mention the wireless charger does not work with the pop up as it interferes with the connection, unless you are willing to take the phone out of the case to charge it. Had they mentioned it, I might have been able to put the pop up on the phones case in such a way to avoid that problem! DO NOT BUY THEIR BUNDLE because they are more interested in selling these bundles than helping the customer. Obviously, they get an incentive to sell you this bundle. The fact I had to go return it during coronavirus means I needed another appointment and to make a second trip is super annoying! The fact they refused to take back the wireless charger at the bundle price of $34.99 saying I would then have to pay more for the ALREADY OVER-PRICED screen protector and the case as a result is straight JERK BAD ATTITUDE. No exceptions. Noticeably, they dont mind making me come back to their store and inconveniencing me. They said I would just have to take back all three items instead, which I was very tempted to do! This is very bad customer service as its about them, not the customer. Now I liked the employees personally but I didnt come her to make friends. These items can be obtained elsewhere for less in every case. I resolved it by swapping it out with a back up battery for travel which is fine, but still, no bueno! DO NOT BUY THEIR BUNDLES.

Went to this store August 21, I was having great difficulty with my my ASUS pad with the SD card and SIM placement (I have bad eye sight and recently got injection into right eye). The very nice gentlemen fixed it for me, my SD was shot. Anyway, I couldnt get close enough to see his badge. The group in general were quite entertaining as we were having a fruitful conversation on current events and movies while this process took place. I certainly will recommend this store.

I went in looking for a Fitbit for my wife for Mothers Day. I saw some at other stores at a really good price and asked if they offered the same discount. They didnt look up my account to see that I am a 20 year Verizon customer, laughed at the price I said I saw them at another retailer, then brilliantly instructed me to go across the street to the AT&T store and buy it there. I did and sent my brother and sister in law over also for 3 more. This is not the first time the staff at this store treats me like this. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I walked in to this Corporate Verizon store in need of replacing my bluetooth headset. I was told that my Federal Government discount no longer applied to accessories and that Verizon changed their policies about 2 months prior. Now, sounds good except I had purchased this EXACT headset at another store less than 20 days prior and simply needed a replacement. They told me there was nothing they could do and Verizon would not honor my FED GOV discount at all. I asked them to call Verizon and they told me to have a good day.I called Verizon and they said there was no policy in place and sold me the accessory at the appropriate price with my discount. They confirmed that this should not have happened.

We have a business account that runs our mobile lines through Verizon. I had a user traveling overseas and needed a SIM card so she could use the international feature. The user went to this Verizon Wireless store to pick up a SIM card, and apparently they gave her the wrong SIM card! She needed a Global SIM card and instead they gave her something else that did not work for where she was going. The store associate also forgot to activate the SIM.This store is a mess when it comes to true customer service. They are quick to sale you the latest iPhone or Android but fail to provide service.

I exchanged a Samsung Note 4 for a new one since it malfunctioned under warranty. The man who assisted me transferred some of my information but didnt know how to insert the SIM chip correctly, since I watched him put it in one way then another. I had a few questions about the replacement phone. The man just walked away! Without a word, and turned attention to another customer, ignoring me. The only was I got attention was to get loud and only then did I get a manager. Just one bad apple in customer service.

This is the worst experience I have had a any cellphone company ever. I was in this store on yesterday I walked in and patiently awaited for help. The first available rep was Gil, I proceeded to tell him my issue and he instantly became annoyed. I had purchased a hotspot device a week prior right after hurricane Irma when I was without power, the same day I purchased the device the power came on I never even took the device out the bag the entire week. I paid 31.74 for the device and was told I could return it in 14 days thats it period. Gil told me I would have to pay Verizon $35 to restock the unused item. I told him I was never told that and for that reason, the company needed to reimburse me. He was unapologetic, face angry Shrugging his shoulders and blatantly anoid. I ask for a district manager number he said he was not authorized to give me and he walked away while I was talking to him in mid sentence. I spoke with the general manager Charlotte who made excuses for his bad behavior mentioned that he was the top Verizon salesman in Florida. I told her countless times how offended I was and she basically said oh well I had to pay and she didnt believe her employer could act in such a manor. Once I ask for her district manager she offered half the amount but I declined took her manager number and told her I was going to call, email, and review the store. I left the store, called her manager and instantly now Charlotte decided she could help me. I have never felt so disrespected by any company ever, I was sold something without all the information and then insulted instead of them accepting their part in the situation. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY NASTY ESPECIALLY GIL

Horrible customer service from the manager, Jim. We took a little extended vacation and since we came back my wifes phone has been loosing signal, mostly saying No Service. So we went to the Verizon store for some help. After waiting 13 minutes for someone to ask us if we had been helped, finally someone started helping us. The associate asked for our information, and then asked for my Driver License, well I had left my wallet home, but my wife has hers and I have a picture of my license on my phone. Nope, not good enough, since I am the main person on the account (4 phones), I need to have my driver license. So he asked the manager Jim, who said that it was Florida law that they had to ask for a driver license (wrong Jim), I mentioned to him that it might be store policy, but its not Florida law, I also told him that I had a picture of my driver license and could give him any account information he wanted, and that my wife also had her driver license with her. Manager Jim refused to help us. I mentioned to him that we had just gotten back and that it might be something simple with the settings or location, yet he still refused to help. Jim, very poor customer service, specially for a so-called store manager, and in front of several other customer who were there.

This store is a joke, I have been a Verizon customer for quite sometimes now, I was at work today and got an alert that someone made a purchase on my credit card for $54.00. I went by the store because theyre not far from my job. I complained they insisted somebody presented an ID, the simple question I kept asking them was whether they matched the face with the identity presented to them. Because I was not there to present them my ID, I did not authorize a purchase on my account but some hungry salesperson wanted to make a sale sold a phone under my identity to someone else. Rather than admitting their mistakes and apologize for it all they were doing was laughing me to scorn. This is a total violation of my privacy, my civil rights was violated and theyre making a joke out of it. I sure think Verizon can do better than these folks and I will make sure I follow up to the extent allowed by law to make sure justice is done. I never knew or thought they could flagrantly violate ones privacy just like this.

Terrible... A salesman name Michael gave my family and I total scumbag service. Ive been using this store for 3 years now and it seems as of recent that the customer service has gone down the toilet. Michael lied to me about discounts that I was supposed to receive. Horrible rude customer service Solutions Specialist named Gil is extremely unprofessional I was totally disgusted with my service will NEVER EVER go there again!!!! Verizon words company ever my bill is $1050.09 this is ridiculous I call them to fixing the say the problem is on the store then I call the headquarters they say cant be fixed so bottom line. I am tired pay to much money their services .Verizon its just the words company ever in the USA to much Advertising for get u on upside-down with the estuped cell phones and services lied to the people on different ways people stay away from them no good! !!!!#

I went to the store today and was treated in a appalling manner by both sales rep Mike and store manager Cesar after 16 years with verizon I was talked to as some common criminal being I was in shorts and T-shirt instead of my business attire and was racially profile by Mike a new Sales rep,If not for the customer care demonstrated by the Dm Sergio and the other staff members like Gary, Chad and Roberto I was seriously considering closing my account of 16 years with Verizon
