Awesome customer experience. First I made a mistake by order 2 rolls of cabling, when I only needed one. A 2 minute phone call resolved the issue without a problem. Before delivery, I received a call saying the connectors I had ordered were not compatible with this cabling, and asked if I was intending to use them together. I was able to get the connectors swapped out and they were sent same day.Great customer service and attention to detail!
I returned my order because it wouldnt work for what we needed. They told me thats fine, just send it back and theyd process the refund. 3 weeks later I finally receive my refund and come to find out they charged a crazy restocking fee and shipping both ways. I asked why they never mentioned a restocking fee when we spoke on the phone? They said its on our webpage under policy. Everyone charges a restocking fee. I said no, not everyone. Amazon doesnt. They got defensive very quickly.I said, You know if I were to write a review about my experience with you guys on this it may not be good for your company. At which point they hung up on me. After that I didnt feel it was worth it to argue with him. Ill take the loss but customers beware if you need them for any customer service issues.
