This location refused to give me a refund for a freezer that I ordered over the phone and then cancelled, it was $300, and the problem was that the rep on the phone placed the order for a location in Naples FL to be picked up. She got it wrong. I called corporate several times and was given the run around, then told to go instore and show my printed out receipt that was emailed too me, and the girl at the front was rude and did not help me. It finally took emailing the store manager and going back and forth with her to get this resolved...This Pines location did a inventory of their freezers and found it was not there, then called the Naples location and guess what? The freezer was sitting in the back of their store for 2 months at that point, I was billed for something I wanted cancelled and what was not my fault to begin with. The store manager emailed me a refund receipt and said nothing besides that - no apology, no sorry for wasting my time calling and then time and gas driving to her store.

I went in today on 06/30/2021 to buy some ram to upgrade my compute. While I was there I saw some gaming headphones that were on sale for a good price. When I got to the register the cashier told me that the headphones were $129.99. I told him that the price on the floor said they were $69.99. He checked in his system but said it was still coming up to $129.99. I told him I was going to check to see if maybe the item had been misplaced. When I checked it was the right item priced at $69.99. The supervisor on the cashier tried to change the price but was not able to do it because the difference was too big so she called the manager. The manager then walked with me to the location and looked at the items. He said that the item sku was not clear enough so he couldnt verify that this was the item that it was for. I told him it said the previous price was $129.99 and it was on sale for $69.99. I couldnt read the item sku but it was obviously the item. He told me the best he could do was to meet me half way and he was willing to sell it to me for $99.99. I told him no thank you. This is the definition of bait and switch a deceptive business practice.

I bought a expensive washing machine from this facility. Long story short at almost 3yrs the washing machine stopped working. I bought the extended warranty now having to deal with geek squad. So the complaint is with geek squad. I have been waiting almost a month to get the washing machine fixed. They deal with a company called RR appliances they came out 2 times washing machine still not working only to find out instead of one part needed to be ordered it was 4 parts. Moving forward they were supposed to come out on Wednesday no one was going to be home so I asked if they could come Tues at first they said no openings then after complaining they said yes. On the day of scheduled the guy conveniently gets sick now Im back to Wed scheduled which cant make. I called geek squad spoke to Joe he was of no help, didnt seem to care at all responding like if he was reading from a script. Basically said if I cant make the schedule I need to wait until they are available again. After waiting a month and the issue is still not resolved. They are quick to take your money but slow to repair your stuff especially if its under warranty and no monies is collected. BUYER BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM BEST BUY AND NEEDING REPAIRS DONE BY RR APPLIANCES THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS. To the owner of Best Buy you need to check out your employees and the contractors you hire. They can ruin your business.

Horrendous third world nightmarish installation experience. My new microwave is hanging from two screws from the kitchen cabinets because the wall support bracket wasnt installed. The washer was left unleveled and with the shipping bolts not removed. After the first noisy wash, the washer was wobbling out of balance in the laundry room. Best Buy subcontracts the cheapest, unskilled and least ethical people.

GREAT experience. I came in for a Samsung deal for myself with my mom. We were assisted by Bryan in the cellular department. He is VERY patient, personable yet professional. We ended up getting the deal for my mom, she was transitioning from iPhone to Android. They transferred everything for her, helped her set up all of her google accounts plus she caught an AMAZING deal.Overall happy with my visit; and even if my mom walked away with the deal, the fluidity of the transaction left me feeling like I can always come back here for great service.Thanks again Bryan!

I was always intimidated by the prices and assumed that their prices were the highest. But that not the case. I seen the same product for the same price as Best Buy. Whats separates Best Buy from their competitors is the knowledge and expertise that their employees have. Theyre able to provide the absolute best recommendation based on your use of the products. Best place to buy electronics.... theres nobody else....well, theres Brandsmart but it is a completely different shopping experience. You may pay a little more at Best Buy but the quality of service and people working there is better in my opinion and opinions are like belly buttons... everybody has one!

Horrible policy and service!!! Bought a computer from the pines store and it was damaged when I opened it. I went back to the store and they were not able to help me at all, they just had me contact Microsoft. Which was not helpful either, they asked for an additional $350 on top of what I paid to replace it. More money to Replace something I did not damage which I should not be liable for.

It was a good Best Buy! Its pretty big from the inside out, hasplenty of parking and easy to move around in! Staff was friendly and helpful! Inventory is huge,there is a little bit of everything for everyone whether it comes to games, appliances or computers! No complaints that I can think of, its s just a good Best Buy overall!

I had a great experience with the Girl at geek squad. But the problem is buying this open box HP laptop!!I have issues since the first month and it is only 3 months later and the mouse pad does not work and is defective. I need it for work and if I fix it free through HP they said it takes 4 weeks! Best Buy does nothing to help you unless you bought the warranty. Who would think that 3 months later their computer would not work! Best Buy should do better by their customers this is unacceptable reselling defective products

Young woman at the customer service desk who happens to be the Supervisor does not help the customers. After purchasing a TV in excellent condition she brings out the TV with no accessories or box. I explained those aren’t the characteristics I purchased it as on the website and all she offered was the remote. They could not provide a replacement box or the wall mount bracket that it’s supposed to come with. I drove 45 minutes from another city to pick this up only to be disappointed and leave the store with nothing. The man who was next to me was also picking up a television and said the same thing. The supervisors feedback was showing me the sticker with my name on it (mind you, those stickers can be printed and placed on anything). This Best Buy seems very suspicious and most likely scamming customers. I love the company but this store needs to reevaluate its store pick up/customer service Dept. Please be wary of you do store pick up.

I got this 75 inches Hisense tv from best buy and the whole process went smoothly. Even tho I had to look around for someone for a few minutes to help us with the purchase. I found someone who called someone else who work in the department lol.They helped us with everything and since the delivery would be too late since we wanted it for a dinner we were hosting. We arranged for a store pick up. And everything went well.

I visited this store to exchange a defective video game that I purchased at Best Buy Hialeah (the disc was scratched when I opened the case) but in Best Buy Hialeah I had purchased the last copy they had in stock and only Best Buy Pembroke Pines had 2 more copies of the game in stock so I came here to do the exchange and look at this store that I dont normally come to and see whats different from the Hialeah location.The inventory counts that it showed on the website were 100% accurate which I give them a huge kudos for and I even had Best Buy employees greet me at the door and ask if I needed help while I was browsing the video games section. The staff was very friendly and seemed more knowledgeable than the Hialeah Best Buy about video games when we were talking about different games.The Pembroke Pines Best Buy had a larger selection of Anime (including Sailor Moon, Ghost in the Shell, Avatar, etc) than the Hialeah Best Buy which I appreciate being an anime collector. The video games section of the Pembroke Pines Best Buy seems smaller than the Hialeah Best Buy but the Pembroke Pines location looks like it has alot more games condensed in a small area. One thing that I didnt see in the Pembroke Pines Best Buy that I saw in the Hialeah location was Steel Books for video games, I was interested in buying a steel book that I saw for Bloodstained Ritual of the Night (PS4) at the Hialeah location but the Hialeah store only had 1 and it was open on the shelf so I was hoping to find one at the Pembroke Pines location.The prices of the video games at the Pembroke Pines Best Buy looked higher priced than the Hialeah Best Buy (at least from what I saw on the shelf labels) that might be why they have more inventory of games in stock at the Pembroke Pines store. Both the Hialeah and Pembroke Pines Best Buys stick spider wrap alarms on their collectors edition video games which damages the collectors value of the box, they should put them behind glass cabinets with lock and key like Walmart does so that it doesnt damage the product.Overall the Pembroke Pines Best Buy was pretty nice, I give it a 4/5 because the staff was friendly, they have good selection for the floor space that they have, their inventory counts are accurate, and it was a pleasant visit. The reason I took 1 star off was because they damage the collectors edition video games with the spider wrap alarms instead of putting them behind lock and key like Walmart does and because their video game prices seemed higher than the Hialeah location (at least as far as I could tell from the shelf prices).

Read all fine print when it comes to warranties, especially in the magnolia department. I purchased the additional $300 warranty under the impression that if anything happened to the tv it would be repaired or replaced. But what they don’t tell you are things that are not covered. I recorded my conversation with the sales associate who of course no longer works there. In the recording you hear him go on and on about how anything is covered.he upsold the warranty on false pretenses. I’ll send the audio recording to corporate and BBB and let them deal with it. don’t fall for there upselling techniques and deny the warranty. I wish I would have, good thing I recorded the conversation with the sales associate so I could verify later what is covered or not. They won’t even prorate the amount from the warranty that shouldn’t exist anymore lol. And they want the ty back to fix and re-sell. It is what it is, just a reminder that the employees are not your friends and will take every dollar you allow them too

Awful experience! Dont come to this store! Save your money and time and go to another! I brought a item online and when I got to the store they told me that they resold my item. If you dont get to the within a hour of buying your item then they sell it and dont really care about your money or time or needs! Dont to this store! The costume service was full of rude people that didnt care about your time and money and took their time when helping you to chat with their friends. A horrible store and a horrible experience! Dont come here! Go somewhere else! Save your money and time and headache!

Were in the early stages of shopping for a new stove and there was a good selection there as well.This location has been in place for some years and was once our local store. I went there to purchase an item and when I looked online to see any better prices, I asked them if I could price match. The rep Amanda started to check and had manager come over to tell me that it wasn’t the same one and the found it on Walmart’s website and they said ok. After I got the ok from ERIC, Amanda took it upon herself to tell me that I was wrong and this was the right price where she showed me $283 instead but said he already took care of you so that’s fine. In customer service, there are so many things that are wrong with that approach. There was no need for her to tell me anything at that point. She felt the need to tell me I was wrong and was condescending about it as well. The girl has a dry personality and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there today. But I asked for a supervisor after that encounter and I expressed my experience with them. Another employee with loss prevention and customer service felt the need to be nearby me when I was talking to Eric. With so much competition online and stores closing, you would think that they would treat customers with more respect than that. I’ve been shopping here for over 15 years and now you’ve lost a customer for life.
