Decent stuff. Clothing sizes are def not organized according to signage. Cant even try anything on without having to bother someone to sign u in, give u a number, unblock the dressing room, and then unlock a door. Id understand if you need to keep them locked but.. anyways thats my biggest deterrent

Very clean and well organized, however the prices are way too high, almost at retail. At that point it doesn’t make sense to buy second hand.

Very nicely organized and clean. Staff was friendly as well. Just wish they hadnt raised the prices of their stuff. Its not a huge hike but still, I wouldve liked some of the stuff (clothing items in particular) to be cheaper. Other than that, it was a great place to shop and spacious enough to social distance, which made me feel comfortable.

I come to this location frequently to donate and shop . The doors were open, and I waited for someone to come before unloading my boxes. Unlike some people who just dump there things everywhere and make it hard for the staff, I waited. Regardless of this, 2 staff members who worked in the back were not very friendly. I did report this to the manager on duty, and she was courteous. Staff customer service from this experience, could use improvement.

Very disappointed in the way the Cashier treated me when returning items. I bought items last Sunday and was told The policy is 7 days for even exchange. Today is the following Sunday which is a week from the prior Sunday. The young woman behind the desk told me it was 8 days today and the items needed to be returned in 7 days. I explained that Sunday to Sunday is 7 days and argued with me that it was 8 days, literally argued with me that Sunday to Sunday is 8 days! I told her that I was going to report her to management and hopefully they read these reviews. The cashier suddenly changed her mind and then stated I was correct and Sunday to Sunday is 7 days and quickly gave me a refund due bill .

Very well organized. Pretty clean and neat. Too bad the fitting rooms are Covid closed. I probably would have purchased more had I been able to try stuff on.

There is never not enough inventory at Goodwill but in the past year prices have changed. Most clothing items used to be a set price..but I recently went in to buy jeans for a job and found various prices marked on item, need I say some on the very high end for clothes that for the most part have been donated. I understand the money goes to help various parts of Goodwill Industries and salaries.i was just shocked. I did find some jeans and it was a bonus to go on seniors day!

Goodwill was a wonderful experience today. I found some things that I will be able to use to make my home more comfortable.

Went to donate at the 125 Pines location at 8:30 and the donation door was still open and unlocked but an employee told me NO and shut the door, then locked it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I went to the front of the store and inside with bags, the manager mentioned that the donation center closed at 6pm (if a receipt was needed, if not then 9pm BUT Nothing stated that in store or on the doors). Everything in the store mentioned closing time at 9pm, Donations as well! 6 bags of donations were refused!

Nice variety of gently used clothing for a fraction of the price... and for a great cause makes shopping here enjoyable and worthwhile!Its all good way of giving & receiving a great tax write off.

I was disappointed when I walked in the store this Sunday. It seems that their Covid cleanliness practices are no longer being used. Previously, I’ve enjoyed entering in the store because of their Covid policies. Getting your temperature taken when you walk in and sanitizing your hands before you touch anything and the cart was always sanitized. It looks to me like they have now drop these practices.

Best bargain shopping for fashions and home goods.

Very cool and even new stuff with tags on, from department and online stores, like Justfab. Masks are required and so are temperature checks upon entrance!! Very big and all types of goods even vintage furniture !! And if you are making a donation drive around the back and ring a bell!! Awesome for those one of a kind finds!

They have some really good stuff, although I feel a good bit of it is overpriced. Most tops are 8+ and jeans are 10+ Even if it’s not a big name brand

If you close at 7pm due to the pandemic, dont advertise that you are open until 9pm. What terrible management!Might as well throw away donatable stuff from now on

Its gotten really bad here...this place used to be my go-to for items I can refurbish and do diy crafts. The manager is RUDE, they have student discount signs up that they dont honor, the prices have gotten si ridiculous, I donate here all the time and in times when people are hurting ineir pockets the last place you would expect to take advantage of peopke is goodwill.

I’m very disappointed with this location. I bought some halloween decor and changed my mind and attempted to exchange within 7 days. The cashier did not speak English at all, I am able to mostly understand Spanish but it’s harder for me to speak it. She said that all halloween items were final sale. There was not one sign in that store that reflected that, I’m not a mind reader. I asked to speak to someone that spoke English and she said to come back two days later on Monday. There was another cashier that looked for a final sale sign and she also couldn’t find it. Other locations are much better, they are friendly, greet you upon arrival and practice Covid guidelines. This location is terrible!

I had a very good experience there, considering that its during the Covid quarantining period where I live. Social distancing, cleanliness, and masks was exercised a d required.

Best selection of items but the most unfriendliest staff at any goodwill I have been at. They speak to you in Spanish assuming that you only speak Spanish since thats all they know. And they talk about you in Spanish to each other including the manager ..good thing I do know Spanish and hear what they are saying about us.. poor customer service but great items the store has only reason why I continue to go there!!

Very CLEAN STORE. GREAT SELECTION OF BRICK-A-BRAC, CLOTHING, TEXTILES, TOYS, BOOKS, ALBUMS, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON! THEY TOOK MY TEMPERATURE BEFORE ENTERING AND HAD ALL THE NECCESSARY PPE IF YOU WERE TO NEED A MASK, HAND SANTIZER, ETC. KIND, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF.

Overpriced, poorly marked, many can be bought new for the same price.

New goodwill! Its super close to the mall, meaning whoever shops there usually donates. There are A LOT of items with tags, a lot of shoes, bags, and even furniture stuff. Usually youll find a lot of teenage thrifters, so dont come here expecting to find something you need because they might have it! This seems more like a kids hangout, so be careful! But, other than that, this place is great.

False advertising on donation hours

Clean, organized and cheap. We got stuff for my daughters play in the summer. The attendants are nice and polite. I always donate there, it was the first time I bought in the store.

There was a young LADY name Renee that helped my daughter find a blazer for her award ceremony at school tomorrow. My daughter was reluctant to shop at goodwill but after renee made her feel comfortable and picked out a couple of blazers for her and directed her to the dress shirts. She was very satisfied and happy. Thank you Renee

My Experience is being disappointed by the price hikes in Books like for dummies i have always brought these books from the Goodwill stores, but, today the signs say soft back $1 yet marked for 3$. I think its a shame that donationed items are being sold for higher than buying items brand new and are actually higher, even simpler dollar items are selling way too high! Cooking up a problem. I got attitude when i asked why!? So maybe Help Me Howard need to come down here to this store! Customer Abuse and Fraud
