Im lucky because this Walgreens pharmacy is close to me and always has the nicest staff working there. Always helpful and courteous. Good customer service is very important to me in making me comfortable when medications are involved.
I dont fault the staff but the training team. I stopped by the pharmacy a week ago and was told the flu shots are free. No, they are free to you at the cost of your insurance if you have. Its a shame this world runs on fine print. But upstanding staff will keep you fully informed.I walked 20 minutes in the pouring rain just to read the fine print. Thanks Walgreens.👍
Very nice pharmacy. Even when they are busy, the pharmacist will always spend time with me to explain things so that I am confident in my prescription. Very professional. I try to avoid peak times to avoid lines.
I have been going to this Walgreens since it opened in 1999. The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. I was picking up a prescription, and there was a mistake, the tech was rude and did. It even try to help. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he said no.It’s time to find a new drug store to shop at.I suggest you try any other drug store. This one does not seem to be interested in customer service
Waited 30 minutes just for the representative to acknowledge me by the check-in window for the Covid vaccine. I also waited 30 more minutes for the same person to give me the forms to fill up without even telling me anything or even looking at me. Very bad customer service.

Worst pharmacy everrr!!! I have never ever gone there for the experience to be satisfactory. On the phone, they keep you on hold for over an hour for a 30- second conversation LITERALLY - in the drive through, they show up when they feel like it; and when you go in the line inside pretty much stagnant. They couldnt care less about their customers because they have been this way forever! Management must do something ASAP!!

This location is always severely understaffed at the Pharmacy. To drop off a script or pick it up can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour or more. They refuse to have more than one person servicing the counter it seems. CVS has multiple people helping and this location is always bad. Even in drive thru I’ve waited up to an hour. I really hope they get more help soon or people will start taking their scripts elsewhere. The wait times are ridiculous.
Walgreens pharmacy is really consistent with their service! Really nice when you wait over an hour at a pharmacy to pickup. Theyre kind enough to give you options at least. Wanna wait an hour on the inside or through the drive thru? Why not try calling? Do better please. This is completely ridiculous & so disrespectful to your customers. I seriously reccomend as a consumer staying as far possible from here unless you see their reviews improve.
WORST PHARMACY EVER!! Literally 1 hour in drive thru line with just 2 cars in front of me..inside is Literally over an hour wait everytime . Worst Walgreens Ive ever experienced and this is on a constant basis.I now drive further distance just to avoid the miserable experience. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE ASAP!!

Been going to this Walgreens for over five years. I have found staff and management - both in general retail and pharmacy - to be exceptional. The place is always spotless and stocked. Employees go the extra mile to keep everything neat. You can see them from time to time going through isles, making sure things look fine or restocking. Pharmacy staff works very hard to provide top-notch service. They always work close with health care provider even for last-minute prescriptions, and they make you feel comfortable while being extremely professional. Very fond of them. Checkout experience is always good, although sometimes you have a long line - they quickly call for a second cashier and they do their very best to check you out quickly and pleasantly. Photo dept. is always ready to help! Cosmetics Ive relied on for a Halloween makeup purchase and they were very helpful, they also help out with checkout when theres a long line. Ive seen the team ensuring the outside also looks good, which is nice to see. They are very dedicated to customers health and safety, very polite, and they make you feel welcome any time of the day. I remember when they were open 24 hours! Keep up the good work, guys! Your local customers appreciate you. EDIT: I forgot to mention they have one of those Redbox machines so you can rent or return movies.

The worst ever!!! The pharmacy needs a major remodeling of staff. Two prescriptions were put in and I only was given one. What if it was a life and death situation. I will never go back lack of professionalism lack of compassion. They act as if we the customer need them more than they need us. !!!!!!!
Incompetent & lack of professionalism and time management.How can it be possible that the doctor called in a pain medicine more than an hr ago for a patient that just came out of surgery and still not readyAnd only 1 pharmacist on staffDoing flu shots & approving medicine. So because she is doing flu shots she cannot approve medicine prescribed by surgeon, while the patient is home in pain.Terrible service, how long or what is the process for a pharmacist to approve medicine? Is it longer than 5-7 minutes? A whole hr went by and nothing even got started.
Abby and other techs keep you on hold for 40 plus minutes and pick up every 5 minutes to say “thank you for calling Walgreens please hold” in the total amount of time it takes to do this they could theoretically help you. Worst pharmacy
The worst possible experience ever. I sat in drive thru for 40 minutes and I needed to leave for work. They didn’t answer drive thru so I called for them to return card and no one picked up telephone either.
Got out from urgent care last night, I was told it will take one hour for the meds ok I will wait I waited 45 I was in pain so I left . Came in today at 9am medication is not ready . This will be my last time at this pharmacy
No one here seems to know anything. I called twice - after getting hung up on the first call - to see if they have post cards there. After speaking with the man who claimed hes the manager there (Never saw him in person, at the store at all), said that they did. I told him that I dont want to get on a bus, and go there for nothing. Looks like I was lied to, and I went there for nothing. Everything they sell there is way overpriced. Wouldnt recommend this place to a flea on a dog. Id give it less than a single star, but thats not even an option. I will NOT be back at all.

Very poor customer service! Waited at pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes pushing the button to get a person then when the lady sees us she then takes someone else that walks up to the line on the inside that wasnt even waiting
This is the Walgreens pharmacy that pays the worst attention to customers. Every time I call to find out the status of my medicine, they leave me waiting for more than 45 minutes, some man answer the tells me to wait a minute, then after 5 minutes some lady tells me to wait a minute, then after 5 minutes the same man tells me to wait a minute, and then after 5 minutes the same lady tells me to wait a minute, 5 times they told me to wait a minute, and waited 45 minutes on the phone, and this is happening all the time, and is not only on the phone, at the counter they also attend reluctantly.
We are going through a Pandemic and this people think they can do whatever they want. I had a prescription that was sent to the cooper city Walgreens but unfortunately dude the circumstances They closed my local pharmacy so I had to look for the closes open one which it was this location. I Get here at 8:30 half an hour before closing as I was not expecting for the pharmacy to be close, 30 mins is more than enough time to fill up a prescription. I approached the window and I ask if my prescription could be transferred here as my medicine have a time frame for me to take it due my treatment and this lovely gentlemen [sarcasm] Tyree looks at me and point with his finger to a sign, first of all doesnt he have a mouth to say that they will be close in the next 30 mins and he cant fill the prescription, no he just pointed with his finger the sign. I tell him I dont understand what is he trying to say also I was being sarcastic, now he tells me is too late to be done now and I have to come back, is he for real? I asked for a supervisor and quickly he asked me for my ID 🙄😒😒 This is a pharmacy I would expect a little of professionalism, but I guest they just hire someone with little to less education 🤷♀️

On 01/08/2020 11:45 am the store manager was working in the pharmacy, I’ve never seen anyone be more rude, cruel, nasty ... I’ve not words to describe his behavior . The pharmacist silently was working unable, I guess, to correct “his superior “.Also in a respiratory crisis Walgreens doesn’t have the medications available, I’ve been waiting a 8 days!! Hope Walgreens corporation corrects this!!!
Terrible pharmacy services always a 20 + minute wait when I need to pick up a RX. They do not have any consideration for the customers at all. The staff is usually not friendly or helpful. I only use this location because it’s the closet to my home although I have a CVS closer I am strongly considering changing.
The head pharmacist was very rude would not let me speak and walked off and would not assist me tall black Haitian dude ...but if i was his kind or another kind it would be a different story....if you dont know how to talk to people you need to change your occupation.....
I see exactly why they are at the level they are. Had urgent care call to have a prescription 2 employees sitting and staring at each other while the phones just ring... I express this to them and they still didnt have the initiative to pick up the phone will be transferring my insurance and business elsewhere @walgreens you need to do much better
Pharmacy is garbage, puts on hold, then answers, and say please we will be right with you and puts you back on hold. I waited so long that the phone automatically hung up. So I had to call again. My medication is something serious I take for seizures. For them to just not care. Or to never have enough staff on hand. Never had this problem with the one on flamingo and pines had to move to this one because it closer to my house. Bad move on my part.
There is nothing more frustrating to me than being sick and having to wait in a long line to pick up a script that I dropped off 6 hours earlier.Not pleased

If I could give this place a 0 star I would because the pharmacist is super unprofessional and rude. I’m a nurse and I’m calling in a prescription for my pt and she’s yelling at my over the phone and talking to somebody else saying she doesn’t understand what I’m saying. Saying I don’t speak English rude and unprofessional.
The WORST Pharmacy ever! Line have 10 people waiting, one person on the register while someone is stocking up meds. No sense of urgency for customers. Literally was in line for 55mins only to drop of a prescription. When you try to ask if they can have someone to help with the line they reply with an attitude. Walgreens Pharmacy located on Pines and Douglas has to do better!!!! Ridiculous!
Pharmacy wait time is abysmal. Mismanaged and slow. Profit over service is the standard here, as the lines are long, and the techs are slow. Maybe try hiring more pharmacy workers and putting the customers needs somewhere thats not out of mind would help. Go somewhere else if you value your time. They dont care here.
This location just lost my business. My Dr. called in two common prescriptions yesterday and they were out of stock of one of them. They said they were get new stock today. At 2:06pm today I called them to inquire about it. After several minutes of waiting, I was told they had just received the shipment and I could pick up the prescription in an hour. I arrived there around 3:45 and was initially told they were still out of stock...to which I replied I was told it was here at 2ish and I could pick up in an hour. That person went to double check and then said, yes they had it but needed to fill the script. It was 4:24 before they could fill the script...proof of that time by way of their robot-calls. I will never spend any money here again.
Worst experience ever!!!!!! I came to the store to get a saline spray for my child and a humidifier. I ask for help to a person that was right in the aisle and she just pointed at me where they were I think that was a little rude but it’s ok. Looking for the one the doctor ask me to buy and couldn’t find it, so I went to the pharmacist to ask for help and she just send me back to aisle 29 I said I know they’re there but I can’t find it. She didn’t even look at me!!!! An old lady that was sitting at the pharmacy waiting notice I guess the lack of customer service and went to the aisle and tried to help me. We couldn’t find the spray so she suggested to go the baby aisle where we couldn’t find it either, then she told me to go with her to the pharmacist to ask her again and the lady asked the pharmacist for me, the pharmacist ask another person inside there to come and help us and guess what???? I wait and wait and wait and I’m still waiting, at this point I have been in the store for like 30 min trying to find someone to help me. I finally got so upset I went to look for a manager to complain but guess what he was as bad as his employees, I told him what was going on and he just got the part of the humidifier and told me which one you’re looking for and I said I’m not sure and he answered me and a very sassy, rude way that how they can help me if they don’t know what I want!!!!! Omg!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! This is so disappointed I’m here worry about my child come to a pharmacy store where I thought it was gonna be easy to get help and I was treated like I was bothering them!!! I which I can get to the top leader to this store but I’m afraid they’re gonna treat me worst!!!!

This pharmacy is poorly run with uncaring staff and extremely long waits due to inefficiency. Also took pharmacy extremely long to fill prescriptions upon transfer, staff kept giving excuses. Always greeted with a grim stare or a no eye contact, “be with you shortly.”
Twice I had my credit card information stolen at this location. Be very careful when using your debit or credit card there.
Never answer their phones, not a single time i’ve called over the last 2 months. Shorted me on a perscription, received 20 instead of 30 and I can’t reach them at all over the phone.
STAY AWAY!!!!!! By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used!! I moved down here last year and unfortunately for me Walgreens is one of the only pharmacies in the area that works with my insurance. Every time I have ordered my prescription it is either wrong or they cant get it in in time. Every time I order it I confirm with the pharmacist that everything is all set and that this time it will be correct and it has NEVER been correct or on time. No in that pharmacy knows how to do their jobs and they are extremely unprofessional and have the worst customer service. They can never answer their phones and when they do they are rude. Honestly they need to shut down for a month and retrain all their employees until they can get their jobs done correctly.

This store has to win a prize for being the worst store in the chain. I wish the option for 1/8 star was available.1. The place is dirty2. The Pharmacy is terribly understaffed3. I stood in the drive through line for 30 minutes then at the window and still nobody came forward to help me4. The day I was there the computer was down and I had to spell my name to the pharmacy technician four times because she was never really listening to me. She had no clue where to look for my stuff.5. They are allowing the middle school children from the school next door to hang out in the parking lot yelling with their foul mouth.
They talked to me my Medison will be ready until 5;15pm but I came here 8pm they make me wait almost 1 hour and bed hospitality omg I am not gonna come back this Walgreen anymore

They take for ever to fill a prescription. If you call, be ready to spend over 15 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone. The store is ok, the problem is the way the pharmacy department is being managed.
This walgreens is horrific and AGE prejudice. I went to this location to buy Walact (a generic walgreens medicine behind the counter for allergies.) As soon as I got to the front of the Pharmacy Counter, and asked for the allergy medicine the merchant a young female said to me with a smug tone Do you even have an id? (im 23 years old and i guess she assumed i was too young). I said of course. Once I hand her my ID she scanned it and said I was not approved to get the medicine. She said an error message appeared I asked her how that was possible and if I could speak to a manager and she said that a manager couldnt do anything about it. So my boyfriend who was with me offered his ID and she also denied it. the manager came for brief second and said that there was nothing that she could do once an error message appeared which makes absolutely no sense. I typically buy this medicine for my allergies and use about two boxes for the whole year and she said the only reason possible to be denied is if Im buying it too frequently (more than once a month, which is not the case) my boyfriend whos never bought the product was denied as well for no reason at all.clearly this prejudiced store picks and chooses who they decide to sell to and judges you by your appearance.THIS IS SICK AND INCCONVIENT!! THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO TRY ANOTHER STORE. APBSOLUTLY ASSANINE!!
The pharmacy is horrible. Been going to them since they opened a few years ago and every time there is a issue . From they have to order any medications I need, they can find my information and the staff is very slow and not very good customer service.... nevertheless I will not be going there anymore

Undoubtedly the most understaffed, unaccomodating, underachieving staff at a pharmacy Ive ever encountered. Specifically, Eileen in the pharmacy area. On more than one occasion she had a chance to go above and beyond and didnt.

EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY SAID THEY HAD IT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DIDNT AND THEN PLAY DUMB. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE DISPENSING MEDICATIONS AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DISPENSE CANDY. I CALLED LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES FOR MANAGER ROSEMARY WITH NO RETURN CALL. MY NEXT CALL WILL BE TO CORPORATE AS WELL AS TO THE BOARD WHO SUPPLIED THESE IGNORANT PEOPLE A LICENSE TO DEAL WITH MEDICINE. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE FOR ANYTHING. I WOULD NOT EVEN SET FOOT THERE AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO WRITE TO BBB ALSO AS WELL AS YELP AND WHO EVER ELSE TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING GETS DONE. WALGREENS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED OF THEM SELVES TO HAVE HIRED THIS TYPE OF STAFF.
