Amaizing place to buy craft and home decoration. Specially I love the artificial and dry flowers/ plants area.

Huge store with lots of options and definitely not for the 1 minute shoppers. You need time to walk the store as there are alot of little trinkets that will give you ideas for alot of cool items. I spent a least $150 on my first trip but it was all worth it. Im now getting to work on several projects.

So happy this store has opened in Pembroke Pines. I loved that the first day they opened there were the same sales they have everywhere else. The best part is everything is new and available. Enjoyed spending three hours with so many others that shopped til they dropped. Looking forward to many shopping sprees so close to home. Came home with a ton of things all markdowns.

My first time visiting Hobby Lobby and they did not disappoint! Overall helpful staff and large selection of goods for your arts and crafts. They also have some interesting furniture, mostly desks and tables, to choose from. Too much to describe---you have to see it for yourself. I left with a few really good deals.

Lucas the cashier deserves 5 star because we bought $400 worth of stuff and he told us next week all our items was 50% off !!!! Great customer service. Love this place cause it has all sorts of cool home decor as well as crafts stuff. And he says we can get a price adjustment if we bring back the items with the receipt next week when the sale comes into effect (last items on floor and didn’t want to risk not getting it, so we went ahead and bought it). Great company policy, I am going to be a loyal customer.

It has a great variety of crafting materials but they are quite pricey. Done of three stud they seek there, I was able to get elsewhere for a lot less. I guess thats the price of convenience since its a one stop for almost all your crafting/hobby supplies.

Three stars for a wonderful, new location near me. But the staff is seriously lacking in customer service and downright friendliness.Not one staff member acknowledged me and my son. No greeting or offer to help me find something.Checking out was worse. The cashier didn’t greet us as we approached the counter, didn’t talk to us until we were leaving and she was only checking if we had our receipt. She spent the entire checkout process entering everything manually and talking to other employees about their hours and how she’s closing today and Saturday. Oh and how the weather was so bad it took someone forever to get carts inside.Might as well have had self checkout kiosks.I expected a little more from Hobby Lobby employees.

My son and I went here just to by so r time. Hobby Lobby had many different items for you to decorate your place of living. Both outside and inside. Also with the many theme choices to pick from.Customer service was great. They are willing to help and answer any question you might have.

Clean and organized, we were able to explore and find things we needed to decorate for the house at reasonable costs. Its amazing how long you can take exploring through this store!

I love this place. But today the only had two cashiers and everyone was shopping. The line was so long bless their hearts because some customers was being rude.

This place has so many things in it. Would be an amazing store if 3/4 of the items in it werent chipped or broken. Crowded, unorganized shelves are the downfall of this location. Not to mention the cashier was extremely slow and other employees were around while the one open line was 6 people long and growing.

Such a great place to shop! From the staff on the floor to the staff on the register, I appreciate each and every person who helped me out. The young gentleman in the Art section (I think his name was Dar or something of the sorts) went out of his way to assist me. Not only did he help me choose the items I needed for the project I was doing, he also gave me better ideas and techniques to do the project in a much more efficient and effective manner. Ali (young lady at the register) was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me out with my purchases with such a kind and funny way. Definitely will be shopping here again!

Over an hour wait to checkout. Manager incapable of prioritizing a line for customers with 3 items or less.

I didnt want to leave this place..because this place has everything artist dream here..Michaels on steroids. Love the customer service. Made some glow in the dark slime that I couldnt share bc of my flash on my camera ..duh. Trust me it glows. Hope u spend as much as I did😎

I LOVE this store, they have a great selection of crafts and home goods. I am a loyal Hobby Lobby customer, however, this time Id like to call out a customer service rep named Liliana. She is probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered in my years shopping at this store. She is everything a customer service employee should NOT be. She yelled at me on two occasions, ignored me while I was asking for help, rolled her eyes constantly and kept on sending the I hate my job and I dont want to be here kind of vibe. It is because of employees like Liliana that loyal customers like me stop going to stores.

The worst customer service at this location. I’ve had several problems with bait and switch at this store. So disappointed. I’ve been a regular shopper at Hobby Lobby and this location is by far the worst. Be aware they don’t care, which is unlike the standards that I know Hobby Lobby is known for. I’d give it zero stars for poor customer service and unclean store. Especially during times we are going through. Management needs to look into this location . It is giving Hobby Lobby a bad reputation.

If youre crafty this place may be for you. Pretty organized and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. If they dont know something they will go and ask someone else just to satisfy you. Their prices are a bit high but if youre looking for something specific you may just get lucky in find it here. Take time to browse the entire store.

The store looked amazing and is very well stocked. The reason Im giving it 1 star is for the fact that there was no social distancing at checkout. The place was packed full of people and the checkout staff looked like deer caught in the headlights. Management should really rethink how they handle their store queue during this pandemic so their employees and customers are safe.

I love craft stores, and Hobby Lobby is one of my favorites. I was looking for pictures of Marvel Characters. They had most of the characters like Batman, Spiderman, and Hulk framed pictures. They also had jewelry supplies on sale. I am making my gifts this Christmas, and Hobby Lobby is saving me money.❤️🤗
