We needed custom shirts with graphics for a going away party for a friend who landed a job in Australia. The workmanship was excellent, Ace made several great recommendations to improve the look, and they brought smiles to the faces of all party guests (adults and kids). And it was ready as promised. Very pleased.

From the moment I walked in to find out some info on getting some T-shirts printed with the name of our company and our phone number, after greeting the person at the shop and explaining what I wanted I found the person who greeted me to be a bit agressive. I still made my order and I was told that I would be sent an email with how the design would look. Because of my ignorance on the the subject of printing, I approved a design that looks like it was outlined in some ones kitchen and so small that its actually ridiculous and not printed in a professional printing shop. On top of this I was never kept inform as to when the design would be completed or the order would be done. I had to call to get the info I needed Never again with Ace in Pembroke Pines FL

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this sédanos for years, I was always curious of Ace embroidery and my only regret is not going to them sooner! The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to use their services! Super fast even through this holiday season and convenient.

I called for a simple inquiry... and the guy was so aggressive with his attitude right off the bat. He was saying okay well what do you want, how many, you cant just expect me to know this and i was in such shock... First of all, calm down, that is not how you treat customers. Maybe it was just a bad day or something, but regardless, pass the phone to someone else, or politely state that i need to be put on hold. As someone who knows nothing about embroidery, this is why I am calling you, to answer my questions and vise-versa. Dont be so rude about it. Ive worked with different vendors for different productions and each one knows their customer service... but not this vendor. Has many great reviews so I assume he does good work, but sir, please calm down and relax. I saw someone else felt the same 2 months before this review and the owner even responded with We cant fix stupid... If you want to work with someone who responds to a customer as such, be my guest, otherwise, please go somewhere else where youll be treated correctly.

Ace Embroidery is the best choice.I took my son’s school backpack and lunch bag to get his name embroidered for his very first day of Kindergarten and he make it quickly and well even with my short notice (the day before).I didn’t have to explain him to much what we wanted because he already knew it and he did it perfectly and for a good price. And of course he was very kind.My son is happy and me too!

Went in at noon during my lunch break and picked up at 5pm. Beyond satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency same day service done here. I brought in a Ralph Lauren men’s polo jacket to get embroidered as a gift for my grandpa with the name of his ranch. It is absolutely lovely. Will deff come back again!

AWFUL experience! I brought in my own design for embroidery. I had to wait a whole day just for him to look at it on his computer. Next day I get a call and he says that my design is messed up. I ask whats wrong with it. He said Its just messed up you need to come in and look at it. I kept asking what exactly was wrong with the design before I drove all the way down there. He couldnt give me an answer. He started to argue with me and he even said why are you questioning me. At this point I was starting to get frustrated. When I arrived he showed me my design on his computer. It looked pretty good to me. Personally I didnt see anything messed up. But here he is the professional So I asked him whats wrong with it. He pointed to various lines, that didnt really make any sense. He also kept saying, I dont know you tell me Here I am a customer looking to get some information from a professional, and he asks me that. He said that his time was precious and that he doesnt want to waist it on non sense like this. Mind you I just sent him an email and all he did was open it, very time consuming. Anyways would never go back wouldnt recommend to anyone. Lack of customer service and poor people skills.

Ace is fantastic. We found Ace online in 2011 when we needed City of Coral Gables team shirts for the cooperate run. The quality of the shirts we so great, that many of the team members still wear the originals. Ace kept our graphic and has been able to edit it for more recent races. His rates and hours are very convenient and are always available. This year, I was stuck in traffic on my way to him and by the time I called he had all ready left for the day. Rather than have me come out of my way again, he came back to the store. A++++ customer service as always!

A toxic experienceCalling the number to get a simple quote on an embroidery turns into a nightmare. I start asking general questions in regards to pricing and custom logo designs and I start getting asked about thread counts, I ask for a general price and an idea from the size only to get a horrendous response.I am told he can say any price but to take him the logo in an aggressive manner only to be hung up seconds later.Not Takin My Money

I had a terrible experience with the owner ACE Almeria on 3/27/17. I simply came in to ask if I could change the font on a shirt he had embroidered previously. I wanted to know if it was possible to remove the embroidery on the shirt he previously embroidered. I was actually expecting him to simply say, Im sorry that you are unhappy with the way it turned out, or you cannot take off the stitching once it is there or it is very difficult to do so. I figured it couldnt be removed - but I felt it wouldnt hurt to ask. However, the owner Ace got extremely angry that I did not like the way the font looked, and started to yell and blamed my lack of common sense for the incident. Instead of trying to be kind to his customers and to amend the situation, he was extremely disrespectful and rude and actually asked me to leave!!! There was nothing wrong with his work - he did three shirts for me before. Im not an expert on fonts. Instead, I received vivid anger and very unkind words. He also never had any patience when showing me different fonts and never offered to do so. I had to ask to look at different fonts. He simply pulled up one of his default fonts and wanted me to be happy with it. The three previous times I visited the shop he was agitated and low on patience. I dont know what happened this last time, but his anger exploded. To top it off, I am a young female student in college who was treated so poorly and with no respect, especially after I came to him more than once to do my shirts. I had to ask myself if this is how he speaks to women daily?? Even after I said I will never come back here again, he did not care. The owner is not customer-friendly and is not respectful at all nor is patient This may not have been the experience for others who visited his shop, but is was certainly mine. I had to take the time to write this review, although I have never reviewed anywhere before. I will never give him my business again and with his attitude towards customers, he should not be working hands-on with them.

Had a Baton bag embroidered. I was told it was good size, it would look good, etc. The embroidered part looks like a spec on the long bag. Very disappointed!!!!! Cant even take it out because the bag would be full of tiny holes!!! Ruined it!!!
