Super satisfied. Extremely fast turn around time! I’ve search high and low for places that would professionally does embroidery for my school scrubs. Most places were unable to it, and if did was charging too much and didn’t have a fast turn around time. This place was a saving Grace. I will always refer and come back to them for any future services ! I’m extremely impressed. If hesitating, this is your sign to go through with them, they don’t disappoint!

The owner is super friendly and does quality work. Once you show them what you need they get the job done. Prices are reasonable especially when you do embroidery in bulk. I will be going back.

Very nice place. You can get a shirt done in half an hour easily. They will tell you if it is possible or if it will take longer (maybe an hour or two), but you will not find another store if you need a shirt asap. The quality is the best.

Poor customer service. The person who does the embroidery had me waiting for a prolonged time despite being told she had a customer. The other person working was not helpful either. Apparently he didn’t know how to take orders or work the machinery. During the holidays you’d think they be more prepared.

They printed a t-shirt for me in 35 min minutes it was perfect for my event.

I stood in line for over 20 mins in plain sight, to not even have been acknowledged! A simple “I’ll be with you momentarily” would have been just fine. I ended up just leaving. Not sure whether the guy working was the owner or not, but he needs to work on his customer service skills.

0/5 would not recommend, I started going to this place to make shirts for my business about 2.5 years ago, when I first started making clothes.prices were high but At the time I did not know much about the production, so I let it slide. fast forward to my recent experiences with them, they try to do this thing where they agree on a price, and last minute will try to upcharge and or threaten to remove print from the clothing piece (mess up garment). On top of that they have messed up my design countless of times and never even give me a discount for the troubles. If you come here expect to be dissapointed. And don’t be fooled the two owners are the most disrespectful unprofessional and incompetent ones there.

They were having system issues and couldnt get the shirt done on time. I had to leave and pick up my kids. They were so nice to bring the shirt to me outside the mall

So I purchased a shirt with the Jack Daniels logo in Amazon to wear for Halloween (wife was dressing up as Coca- Cola), delivery was promised by 10/27 and of course the shirt was never delivered. I found Stitch by Stitch online and it turns out they were just a few minutes away, spoke with Mike over the phone and explained to him my situation. When I got to the business, everything was ready for me!! He even gave me a discount for the inconvenience another company caused me. Excellent business that cares about their customers!! Customer for life!! Thanks again!!

Good company, got what I need it done, quick. There is 2 owners I believe. Ask only for Mike, the other owner is bossy and grumpy.
