Horrible company! I ordered a custom ring, told/showed them the design of the ring 2.5 months before I needed the ring to propose to my gf. They wasted 2 months of my time and then finally told me they cant do it. Leaving me scrambling for a ring in literally 15 days! They work with a third party for designing of the ring which doesnt pick up the phone to fix thing and instead takes A WEEK to respond to questions and changes...like this is 21st century, why cant a business pick up their phone to help their customer is beyond me! Now I m scrambling to find A RING given I cant get THE RING that my gf is expecting. They destroyed my whole plan and making it memorable!! This is DISRESPECTFUL and HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Came in to Jared jewelry today looking for a set of earrings for my girlfriend. I had looked at there ad and new what I wanted. A sales person by the name of ANIL assisted me in my purchase. He showed me the earrings that I was looking for and also presented others . There was no pressure at all, he was very polite and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. At the end I purchase a set of earrings for double the price only because I wanted them. He also told me about there 12 month zero interest on their credit card that I was not aware of. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction.

This is my first review of a company EVER. I am not one to complain, so I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt since 2019. I have frequented this store probably 10 times in the last two years for engagement ring, sizing, wedding bands, and cleanings. Only 1/10 visits have been pleasant (salesperson was Aneel). The other 9/10 times I have received the worst customer service from numerous different employees. Every time I leave I’m so frustrated at how unfriendly they treat their customers who have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at their store. I’m considering driving much farther to another Jared for my 6 month checks from now on.

Im writing this review because someone at this store lied to me about my return. I tried to return a pandora bracelet that I bought online at this store, but I was turned away. I knew that there was an extension on returns because I tried to make the return online before I went to the store, but I thought that it would be faster, easier and more safe to do it in-store so I drove to the store to make the return. This lady told me that I couldnt return the bracelet because I bought it more than 30 days ago. I left the store quietly, drove home, start the return online...per the online return I had until 1/24/2021 to return the item...It has been returned Maam...no thanks to you.

The worst customer ever. $2600 ring breaks during COVID, WHILE THEY WERE NOT SEEING ANYONE, and now they want to blame us for not making the required maintenance visits every 6 months??? I have had an issue with my wedding ring almost every six months, I was sent here for them to fix it (for the third time, now a different location) and after driving 45 minutes to pick up a ring that should have been ready at 5PM YESTERDAY I am told I have to wait another 25 mins or so because it is not ready. Buying experience was great, but unfortunately after its yours, it is a completely different experience. I work in an office doing absolutely nothing laborious so other than poor quality, there is no other explanation for the need to come and get repairs done every six months. Spend a little extra and go to a real jewelry store, it is worth the headache.

Dont shop here, specially now they wont help you if need anything without appointment, best thing is to wait till this rona mess is over or purchase from a store that can handle the traffic, also dont do the no credit check financing, youll end up paying double for the items you buy. I financed 1k when i did the math i would have to pay over 2k if i followed the payment plan so ended up paying it off by the 3rd week. The sales person wont go to much into it while closing the sale so be careful.

I bought a ring about a year ago(in december) and not even a month after purchase ( in january) the band broke so i went back to the store with it to fix it, they fixed it for me and a few months later ( july) it broke again in the same spot. it was a small crack and barely noticeable but now the crack got to the point of pinching my finger .They charged me for the first repair in January and now they would like to charge me again. I have to pay out of my pocket because someone is incompetent at their job.

This place is awesome. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a salesman immediately. The salesman was very helpful in finding something in my budget. I was never pushed into buying anything, just guided. The sales person also explained and addressed all my concerns about the necklace I bought for my girl friend. The aspect I like the most is the lifetime warranty on the diamonds as well as the gold chain. This shows they stand behind their products.I was treated like a valued customer. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I found my new favorite store to shop at. You really can’t beat the service and customer service at the Pembroke Pines location.

As a Jared card holder, I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at this location. Not only were we not greeted upon entering the store, no one even acknowledged my sister’s and I despite several colleagues making direct eye contact. Granted they were assisting other customers but a simple nod, smile or “good afternoon, someone will be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. We perused the Pandora section for close to ten minutes before a colleague finally spoke up - “Hi ladies”. Certainly not the type of service you expect, especially on a day that was not particularly busy (there were only two or three other customers when we arrived). From now on, I will stick to the Aventura location where I know I’m valued as a customer.

I needed a watch sized and a battery replaced. 3 minutes after being instructed to sign in on a list, I was politely informed that the watch would have to be sent away to the vendor and would take a few weeks...?? It seems that the Big jeweler is only after Big money transactions.I then went to Renees on Taft st and they took care of me on the spot.

I needed a repair on a customized order from Jared. I was greeted by a very cold Asian woman, that did nothing but try to convince me to keep my ring as is. She barely listened to my needs and tried very little to help. She was very short and it was extremely frustrating. Luckily she handed me over to Gonzalo and Jennifer to work their magic.Gonzalo (the goldsmith) and Jennifer were able to turn my experience with Jared into an outstanding one. We are grateful that our jewelry was in their care. They made us feel extremely comfortable and catered to. I will probably never want to walk in this particular store again. I was browsing around and the atmosphere was like a cut throat competition. Hearing complaints from the sales associates on how they worked with an individual for a long time and they went to some one else to purchase the item from. I heard for the entire time I was there I wanted to speak to a manager (a blonde mature lady) but I was told she cannot be bothered because she will not leave her appointment/sale for no one, not even a complaint or concern. Great Management Skills! They also do not like it when you try to return something, I experienced that to. It is awful when your being coerced by the staff to do what you do not want to do. If you going to spend your hard earned money make sure that is what you want because you may walk out the with something you really didnt and have no recourse except for social media. I was waited on an associate to assist me, but the drama and tension in this establishment kept my dollars in my pocket. I just went elsewhere. Not like they used to be unless you are purchasing from them, otherwise it is a waste of time and money. Happy Holidays!

Same exact experience as Danielle R...came in to get my rings inspected after purchasing them from here. Sales people walked past me and my 2 month old and weny to the couples that had walked in after me. They only provide customer service when you are purchasing and then will completely ignore you after the sale. Unfortunately I bought the extended service plan which requires me to get my rings inspected every 6 months so I have to deal with this twice per year. Do not recommend.

This location has a huge array of fine jewelry for customization as well as outright purchase. We came in to try to rectify poor workmanship by a small jeweler right before our wedding.Kay Jewelers, in the nearby mall, is affiliated with this store and helped give us some ideas. Davin, our sales rep, was incredibly accommodating and hustled to try to get our vision executed in time for our wedding. Jared nailed matching our wedding band to my wife’s engagement ring. We couldn’t be happier. :)

Jareds makes you feel welcome when you walk through the door, then the sales person begins the pressure of apply for credit. The sales lady kept pressuring me to apply and see what I qualify for, I ended up applying. She said I qualified for a 18 month no interest and she began showing me diamonds, she showed me one that fit in the amount I qualified for. She stated that is was great quality and great clarity and insisted I put the diamond on my credit account to hold it so it doesnt get sold. Again feeling pressured I agreed. I went through with the purchase and some time went by, I received some notice that interest would begin on my account, I called and spoke with multiple people explaining that the sales lady told me I had 18 month no interest. This was very stressful and finally resolved. I later had the ring cleaned at a jewelry store and I asked about the ring and was told it was a low clarity and was over charged. I called Jareds corporate office to explain my concerns about being misled by the sales lady of the clarity and overcharged, I was told to go get an appraisal, I spent money and got an appraisal, then I was told it wasnt good and I had to get another. I went to an appraiser Jareds set me up with, The appraiser did not inspect, measure or truly appraise the ring. The appraiser looked at the serial number and used the information on a web site to appraise the ring. The lady in the corporate office explained to me she was sorry the sales lady misled me, and there is nothing she can do and the appraisal that Jareds set me up with shows the rings value is above what I paid. But the appraisal clearly states that it is for insurance purposes and I have an email from Jareds corporate office that states an insurance appraisal is not valid. They say whatever they want to make it good for them. Stay far away from this company.I want a refund for the ring, which I just had inspected and is in great condition . I was lied to and misled, pressured into using a credit line I was approved for.I have all the original material. I am prepared to go to court if this cant be resolved between us.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. By far the worst experience Ive ever had in a jewelry store and I only needed my get a ring sized. The entire staff lacks professionalism. The female manager there is extremely rude and obviously doesnt care about the customers. No one can provide answers to any questions i have, not to mention they RUSH YOU the entire time unless youre buying something from them. WORST customer service. Ordered online, and received the wrong size. They didnt size the ring in the size I had asked. Had to drive to the store, only to be treated horribly for something their company had gotten wrong to begin with. Lady spoke to me from the other side of the counter and couldnt even walk up to me. I explained to her that my online order had not been sized correctly and her response to me was you are going to have to pay for that. Mind you, I had bought the extended warranty on the item, but she was so fixated on treating me like someone that had no money to spend that after I told her the order came in wrong she said to return it and reorder it. I explained to her once again that it was not my mistake and that I had the extended warranty, she asked me to walk around, she couldnt even have the decency to walk up to me. She sent me over to the repairs section and another lady helped me who wasnt as bad as her, but just seemed like she didnt want to do her job. I decided to leave all my other jewelry for their cleaning and inspection and she just seemed frustrated about having to do it because her computer was slow and whatnot. When I was done she didnt say thank you or anything, the lady that was super rude from the beginning looked up at me as I was walking out and didnt say a word. Not one person said thank you or have a nice day as I walked out. And the only person that had even greeted me when I had entered the store was the security guard. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store and referred family and friends to them. But I will never shop at that store again, or online for that matter.

I brought my mothers ring for repair to this location on December 26, 2014. When the ring was initially purchased at this location in September, I purchased an extended warranty in the event of any damages. This location has had possession/been responsible for the repair of the ring since December 26, 2014. It is March 30, 2015, and no one has given me nor my mother a response as to when the ring will be back on her finger. Has anyone else had any issues with this locations repair/replacement of their jewelry? My mother has called and spoken to numerous personnel from this specific location and has yet to receive a date as to when her ring will be ready. I am furious with the level of customer service that my mother and I have received from this location considering the amount of money invested in Jared Jewelers.

Was in the store to purchase some pandora merchandise for mothers day, stood around for 20 mins plus took the security guard to ask me if I was being helped, then when the lady comes help me Im explaining to her what Im looking she is not showing me what I need took 10 mins of me explaining and then she still couldnt find what I needed and wasnt experienced with pandora stuff.. second time I come here and have a bad experience, this will be my last time coming to this Jared, possibly never going to any Jared paying my credit card off and they lost a loyal customer.

What a dismal place to shop.... or God forbid, have a piece of jewelry repaired or inspected. Bought my wifes ring at Jareds in Texas. What a difference in attitude and wait time. This location is beyond awful. No greetings or offer to help after we were there for over 15 minutes. Just wander around and figure things out on your own. Wait line at the jeweler desk was over 40 minutes. Unreal. Good riddance to this place and the pathetic staff that runs it.

I went to Mia! Shopping for the holidays. I call Jared to see if they had the pandora rings I needed as I was in the area. I was told they carried pandora rings but would not tell me if they had the months and sizes I needed. Instead I was told I needed to come in. I drove in and was greeted by no one. Shoppers were stationed near the items they were interested in. Sales people would not make eye contact, or if they did they would not make any effort to greet or welcome us. I walked to the cashier because I knew exactly what I needed, and was met with hostility, hostility! “ everyone is ready to check out, you need to sign in”. I was told to check in with the armed security guard with a clip board who told me I would need to wait 45 to speak with someone. I pulled my phone out called Mia of London in Weston, ordered my rings, drove over and picked them up, gift wrapped, and walked out in less than 5 minutes.

Jared at Pembroke Pines is almost an hour away from my house and its service is the best South Florida has to offer. Theres another Jared 5 minutes from my house in Aventura that I would never set foot again. I was treated with the highest level of disrespect and I felt that because im a latino I needed to prove more documents to pick my fiances rings from cleaning, He didnt want to look for my account on the PC with my license like P. We ordered a custom piece (over $6000) a month ago. We havent been contacted a single time to come in to view an image or a wax since the initial order. We were promised the piece would be ready by the end of April. No one has contacted us at all. What a headache. This location was extremely packed on December 26th, so the low rating relates, in part, to the unreasonable wait time. The orher component to my experience was Mike, this employee in my opinion was awful - very inconsiderate and matter of fact. We went in for a warranty concern and he treated us as if we intentionally damaged the jewels and we were trying to pull a fast one. The manager can thank him for losing a customer! I would rather take my business elsewhere before shelling out another dime for poorly designed jewelry sold by prejudice staff.

Was sadden by the customer service and non assisting employee - old Jamaican lady who was short and not polite at all. She made me wait while having a personal conversation with a coworker then she tried to rush me to buy something I wasnt even interested it.

Service at this location have progressively declined. Alexa and the fat bald guy did not represent the pines location very well. He seemed very disinterested and was not very knowledgeable about the Alex and Ani collection. Alexa was just flat out lazy during the checkout process. She quickly became frustrated when I told her how I wanted my purchase gift package. I was very disappointed tonight. I guess from now on, Ill be going to Aventura or boca.

Go straight to the Boca Raton location where they know how to treat people. I was never so disappointed as I was with the Pembroke Pines staff. They were very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I had a defective hoop earing that I purchased from there that continued not to close properly after they attempted to fix it. They refused to assist me in a replacement. I had to call the 800 number and they directed me to Boca where I was helped in a jiffy and without an attitude.

Horrible service. Have to wait 30 minutes just to speak with someone then have to wait another 30 to drop rings off for inspection. Also over priced.

Horrendous customer service. I called to make sure my rings were ready to pick up, was told they “probably “ were. I explained that I did not want to waste a trip because I have a baby and I live far, and was told that “I can’t check,the power just went out”. Obvious lie. I spent 20k here last year on these rings,really wish I hadn’t given them my business.
