The ring was ready sooner than promised and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. It looks just like it did on our wedding day.

I came here to get a diamond I alredy had set into an engagement ring, and a matching wedding band. Both items came out great, and when promised. The people in the store were also very good to work with. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and were very helpful in picking out the rings.

This was the first jewelry store I visited to while searching for a unique necklace for my wife’s birthday. Each associate in the store welcomed me and were very kind. They were highly interested in learning what style and look of jewelry I was searching for instead of trying to push certain pieces on me. They also respected my wish to continue searching other stores and while I was searching other stores, they continued to send me pictures and info on pieces of jewelry similar to what I described to them as they visited jewelry shows around the area. I visited the store a second time and the customer service was again amazing. I went with a topaz necklace that was yellow gold. I had them Rhodium plate the necklace because my wife likes white gold. They were able to do that for me same day. They also added a %30 discount. My wife loved the necklace. Overall, great experience and I look forward to bringing my wife for a cup of coffee and complimentary cleaning and inspection.

The store and staff is awesome had my wedding ring repaired, the ring is 27 years old had some scratches and the bottom of the ring was bent. The repair was flawless, the ring is back to its original shape, they shined it up really good the diamonds and gold are beaming again.

Everyone there greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and they even offered something to drink. They were very thorough when it came to fixing my ring and ensuring it looked even more beautiful than when I first dropped it off. Milano Jewelers was able to find and attach a seven inch 18 k gold section to an existing matching twenty-three inch chain. It belonged to my mother who wore it every day for nearly seventy years.The section was added masterfully and looks beautiful. Their flawless workmanship will allow me to wear it proudly in my mother’s memory.

$21.40 to take a single link off of my watch. Wasnt told there would be a charge until after the service was done. Took about 1 minute to remove the one screw but cost me twice the amount it would cost to buy the tool on amazon and do it myself. Fool me once, shame on you. Its a true testament to their service when other businesses in the Silver Lakes Shopping Center have come and gone they are still there.Family-owned they give their special personal touch in their service and the quality of work. I dropped off my wedding ring on Monday to have its 6 because the center diamond was loose and it was overdue for rhodium plating. Tim told me that I should expect to have it done by Thursday and that it would look brand new. To my surprise he called Tuesday afternoon to tell me it was ready to be picked up. Imagine my delight when I saw how gorgeous my ring looked, restored to its original stunning piece of jewelry I own.Thank you to Tim and the staff at Milano Jewelers! I’ve been visiting Milano Jewelers for many years. Always wanted a heart-shaped diamond and they found one for me that was absolutely perfect, and created a beautiful set of wedding rings for me. Recently, I brought in my 10-year-old granddaughter’s beat-up baby bracelet, and they refurbished it for her - re-engraved the plate, replaced the clasp, and polished it. I was pleased that they could fix the existing one, as replacing it would have been very costly! I am not a “jewelry person” but I am particular about the pieces that I have. Quick, extremely professional. I have gone here at least 4 different times from cleaning my jewelry to resizing it and have never had a bad experience.

I had a hard time finding an honest jeweler that knows what they are doing. I didn’t enjoy wearing my engagement ring as the previous jeweler put some bumps in that were very uncomfortable. This store is family owned and everybody is very friendly and passionate. They listened to my issue, proposed a solution and fixed my problem in a few days. My rings look like new and I finally love wearing them! I don’t want to take them off anymore ;-) I didn’t purchase anything but they have very nice pieces as well ... I will go there again. Way more personal and knowledable than the big chain, plus you are supporting a local family business.
