South Florida Voip is phenomenal and Marty made sure I had the correct equipment to get me set up. This was a new experience for me to have an Internet phone and Im very happy with it. I havent had any robo calls since installing. Changing my menus and saving them is easy once you get used to it. You can even change your on hold music. Customer service is responsive and very helpful.

I was looking to convert my Companys old analog phone system to a more modern Internet-based phone system. However, I was locked into a 2-year contract with ATT under my old analog plan. We found So. FL VOIP via Yelp and scheduled a meeting with Marty. He assured us he would: 1) Help us get out of our contract with ATT; 2) Lower our monthly phone bills and 3) Walk us through the process of converting our old system to the new system as smoothly as possible. I was hesitant about his claims but decided to go forward with So. Fl. VOIP. There were a couple of hiccups along the way which Marty addressed immediately. Nothing is perfect in life. However, in the end, Marty accomplished every last thing he said he was going to do for my company. He worked with ATT to get our contract modified so that we would only pay for internet service. He got them to cancel our phone line contract. He was there when we did the hardware change over and he followed up on every single detail. Most sales-people get the contract signed and move on. Not Marty. He followed up until the project was 100% completed. I am very glad I went with Marty at So. FL VOIP for my phone services and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
