Body Alive Nutrition staff are incredibly helpful and actually know what they was talking about. They know about the ingredients which is extremely helpful for what each customer is trying to achieve. The owner isnt just doing his job he knows his customers and genuinely enjoys what he does. I tried the protein smoothie which taste good and are thick. They have a wide selection of brands to pick up exactly what you need at good prices.

Unfortunately didnt even make it into the store to see what their products or selection were like. I called to find out the availability of a specific product and when I inquired about the cost, I was told while they are very competitive and price match, their company policy was to not give prices over the phone which I found completely bizarre.

They are extremely overpriced! I was trying to purchase pure karbolny which usually cost around $22 to $24 any where u go. They have it marked up to $39. That is insane. I told the guy this is the wrong price, he said no thats the price they sell it for. But what ever I spend tons on money every month on vitamins and supplements I will never be shopping there ever again

Besides having horrible customer service, they sold me used gloves with a hole on them! The Guy who works there threated me horribly. when, i went back he basically told me; go f-myself. (Im staying with The Vitaminshoppe) at least they know what there talking about. Btw the gloves cost $27.00
