The door between the patio and the bathrooms shouldn’t be locked. As someone with a disability this isn’t ADA compliant. I shouldn’t have the pay the price for some loss prevention manager trying to make quota by reducing theft.

Everything is so well placed and fresh. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the additional money as the selections are better and not typically available in big box markets.

Great place for healthy groceries and personal items. I also like to get a home cooked meal or some pizza. Make sure you have Amazon and save a lot of money.

This is the sub-compact of Whole Foods Markets and many bulk-item bins are empty. The least useful Whole Foods we have ever been into.

Awesome selection of vegetables and fruits. Is there such thing as a bad whole foods? Never! And on some items they are less expensive than Publix.

One of the best organic food stores. There is a large selection of organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. There are many different products for vegans (starting with vegan meat, ending with vegan yoghurts and other plant-based dairy-free products). Near the store is a fast charging station for Tesla cars. Our family loves this chain of stores, I really hope for the further prosperity of this company 👍

My favorite Whole Foods! Bakery is great, bagels and spinach pies are better then in other Whole Foods stores I tried, pizza is also really good. The store is always clean and has everything we need.

Horrible Customer Service. At this location you may ask 3 different staff members for something and receive 3 different answers. All incorrect.I have visited store and asked for the fresh ground peanut butter,. First told to come back the next morning because it was all sold out. Returned the next morning, to be told they had not made it as yet. Returned at a later date and told to come back later in the week- (for an item that is said to be made daily. ) Tried later in the week to be told, they were short staffed and person who grinds the nut butter was not in. Called and spoke with Customer service who advised to come into store and request a member of the grocery team, and they will grind the butter. Arrived and now being told, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY NUTS. The person who orders the nuts no longer works there, and to try the other location on Pines. Well there IS NOT another location on PINES. WRONG INFORMATION. !!!

Staff / Mngmt. doesnt seem to fully grasp the level of service necessary. Product levels are inconsistent. Staff knowledge of products are low. Whole foods is expensive. Specialty foods require more understanding. The idea of taking ownership of customer concern needs to be introduced. Whole foods has potential but that cant be reached with inadequate customer service.

Whole Foods needs to post a sign at the self checkout point of sale terminals to instruct Amazon customers to place their smart phones with the Amazon Prime app Quick Read code against the vertical QR scanner, as opposed to the horizontal bar code scanner. I wasted almost 10 minutes of my time trying to follow Anazon Prime app instructions to scan my QR code...so I tried to scan it using the (horizontal) bar code scanner. Not cool.

Despite being well known as “Whole PayCheck”, I have to admit that their quality and variety of items it’s impressive. And you get really good vibes from the staff always.

I think that your store needs to look at Publix’s model regarding customer service. If I was a guest in your house having dinner would you send me the to neighbors house to eat. Ive always found it to be a relaxing and pleasant experience to shop at this Whole Foods Market. The store is very well organized and the staff has always been very friendly​ and willing to help. However, if youre on a tight budget you may want to select your purchases carefully. Whole Foods Market offers the very best in foods that are vegan or foods that have very little to no added fillers. However, because of the top quality of their products you may find this might have a substantial increase in how much you spend on your grocery bill.

Cool whole foods. Pre-pandemic they were ok with selling me bulk groceries in my own containers, which helps reduce waste. Nothing but good experiences here.

Favorite Grocery Store where I can find everything I need. Produce is Fresh. If you have Amazon Prime you can order online and take advantage of deals. Only issue Ive had at this location is that when Ive gone to do curbside pickup I did not appreciate when they have come out the store and just sat down outside the store. They did not call me or look for me at all. I honestly thought she was a shopper waiting for her ride. Until my co pilot mentioned they think shes the one delivering the Amazon order despite she wasnt really attempting to deliver anything. We got out of our parking spot and drove to her and asked her if the order wad for (gave her my name) she said yes which made that experience disappointing. But if you shop yourself everything is perfect and cashiers are outgoing, competent and kind. Updating this review on Monday Jan. 18, 2021 and removing a star, I will NEVER order for curbside pickup again. My order pickup window was from 7 to 8pm. I received a text at 4:42pm ET that my order was ready. I arrived at 7pm and checked in. And its been 35mins and Im still waiting. I went inside to get my own order and they told me they just assigned it to someone and they will be outside in a moment. I went outside and waited an additional 20mins while my fiance was able to get a freshly made pizza. My fiance then had to go back into the store to inquire on the status of my order. Unfortunately the app doesnt allow you to chat with an associate to check on the status of the order or any potential issues that may have arisen. In my opinion the purpose of curbside is not only convenience but to avoid exposure and avoid exposing others so that really disappointed me. I will add a positive note/ experience with store associate Jackie M. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service at an hour they felt short staffed. Thank you to her I commend her and hope she gets recognized for her efforts.

I have been coming to this Whole Foods for years and the service keeps getting wort. The cashier (Yamili) who assisted me today couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact or greet us. She was talking to the lady bagging the groceries the whole time I was there. I do not appreciate having to wait for her to finish her conversation to leave.Talk freely with whoever you want but not when someone is waiting for you. Terrible customer service!

I’m giving them a 1 star because they took more then 30 minutes to give me my pizza even tho I was the only one waiting. I had seen they burnt one of the pizzas and I thought he threw it away but instead he gave it to us. Really bad customer service, don’t recommend at all.

Second time I go to the coffee shop this week and there’s no one there and no coffee brewed. Today, after waiting 10 mins the lady working the cheese area said she would help me only to tell me there’s no coffee brewed and it would take another 5 mins to brew. Not sure why it says they open at 8am when they’re not ready at the time.

Always a pleasure to shop at Whole Foods. This one is out of my way, but I like its size. All items are fresh and in excellent condition. Since we eat only kosher food I cannot comment on the prepared foods. I am delighted, however, to always find a large selection of really good kosher products in addition to great produce.

I used to love this location until Amazon purchased. It’s changed in so many ways and they don’t seem to care. Customer Service is horrible and i should say non-existent and this is comparing to what it used to be. Employees cared and were always on the lookout to help now they run or look the other way and even ignore, but they also have an attitude. I recently purchased mustard which i realized when i got home that it was expired. I returned it the same day and told them. They said they were aware and had removed from the selves. Well, 2 weeks later and to my surprise i find only expired mustards on their shelves. Customers beware and check for dates.They don’t keep items in stock, it’s amazing to go to this location and always see out of stock signs, the sad part is that they don’t replenish immediately, it takes them a while.It isn’t a health store the way it used to be, now one can find every day products from a regular supermarket at Whole Foods. Are they trying to convert into a regular chain. Sad bc that wasn’t the concept behind the original owner.Even the pizza isn’t made the same way it used to. They have changed the ingredients and it’s as if they use cheaper ingredients in order to save money and one doesn’t get the same taste. Not to mention they now burn the pizza and if one orders to go, one has to pay for it. Before they would make another one for one and one didn’t have to take the burnt one.Food isn’t the healthy options not to mention variety.Bakery is sad bc they seem not to have the baker on site and have people working there who are clueless about baked goods.Overall, i wish i could give this place a 0 bc there isn’t anything positive to say about them anymore.It used to be a pleasure to go to and it’s become the worst experience ever and dreadful. It’s sad bc they won’t change simply bc they don’t care and don’t understand the business.
