We have ordered Pops Corn bulk popcorn for several events now for our business and we have been very happy with the product weve received, the quickness of delivery (we arent local), and especially the customer service! Guests are always excited to see the colorful corn and Pops makes it extra easy by including plastic scoops with each order.

This order was placed in advance for a specific date. It arrived on the specific date and was well packaged and the boxes were in good shape as well. We havent eaten any of it but it smells delicious and I know it will be a hit at my grandsons bday party Saturday. It was a fair price for the amount of popcorn we received. I would definitely order again. Ill update after Saturday. The popcorn tasted fantastic!! Would definitely order from here again.

I received my order of caramel and kettle corn today. Wow, did it get here fast! And well packaged! And fresh! And delicious! My family rates you 5 gold stars out of five!

This was a must have whenever I went to the mall. Yesterday I visited the location and I had a bad experience with the cashier there. The price rang up differently from the sign that was posted. I tried to explain this to the cashier . The way the cashier handled me took me by surprise . She proceeded to tell me that the price on register is correct and posted price is old. I informed her that I would like to pay the posted price for the item. The cashier informed me that has nothing to do with her and the price was correct . At this time a gentleman stepped from behind me and proceeded to explain to the cashier what was wrong. He then went behind the counter and corrected the issue on the register. At this time I asked are you the owner or manager . I could not believe the cashier handled me like this the entire time and he was present. The cashier walked off . She displayed bad customer service. This is one of my favorite places. I hope my next visit is a more pleasant one.

I have been enjoying Pops Corn since its inception around 20 years ago, when I discovered the best caramel corn at Pops Corn in the Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs, FL. There is no better place to go for caramel corn! The location at Coral Square Mall is gone, but fortunately, Pops Corn has a great website, I ordered directly from them, and am now awaiting the delicious goodies to arrive. My dentist and I thank you!!!

Sorry i can not say i was able to try them have it that their customer services was horrible two young lady very rude when you ask questions it was a bother. And even had the customer in front feeling the same way . to the point my boyfriend ask if she was ok was she having a bad day . she was still rude so he ask for the refund . told the young keep the money as a tip for her being rude. So basically a $12 tip manager should contact me for further details if he will like.

I always have to stop here anytime I come to this mall. The popcorn is so fresh and the staff is always so nice. I’ll always come back for more!

I recently submitted a large order (70+) for the large 3 flavor tin. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about it from our team. The popcorn was so delicious and everyone said they couldnt stop eating it. Also, the presentation was very impressive. I was able to select the color tin from their website and as an added bonus, free of charge, they created a sticker with our logo on it. Lee Feldman the owner was great to work with. I sent him all the addresses and he along with his brother handled shipping their product out. I requested a specific date that I wanted the popcorn received and it was delivered by that date. I cant say more about what great service and product they provide.

I recently received popcorn as a gift when I got it I realized it was not as cheesy as it normally is nor were the kernels as big I immediately called the owner Lee and said I’ve been receiving his popcorn for years it’s not the same what’s wrong he said no problem I will send you a new popcorn I asked if he wanted me to send him a picture of the popcorn he said sure to my surprise when I turned over the popcorn it was not his popcorn from Pops corn it made a huge difference his popcorn is so much cheesier and bigger Do Not order from anywhere besides popcorn such a difference

I ordered a bag of the bulk regular popcorn and needed it by a certain date for my wedding. It was imperative I got the popcorn by a certain date because I was leaving for the wedding. They were more than willing to get it out to me earlier if I needed it earlier to be sure I had it. Turns out, I had the date wrong and they were still friendly and not frustrated with me after I freaked out over the wrong date (totally my fault). The popcorn arrived the day before I left for the wedding (a Wednesday) and we did not open the popcorn until that Saturday. OMG!!! It was delicious, fresh and perfect. I am popcorn eater (it was the her favorite wedding favor) and am very picky of my popcorn. Not only was the popcorn delicious and fresh (for days by the way - we are still eating on it) but the customer service was phenomenal. A big win for me. Thanks Pops Corn

Love the popcorn. You get a lot for your buck. Tip to management: if an employee has a leaking mouth sore, or a mouth sore at all. You should probably not have them serve the food. If youre short staffed and you have to have them serve,it would be best if they put a mask on.

And besides, I had a high value coupon for my purchase.Ive been to several of the Pops Corn locations dating back to the very first one in Weston over a decade ago. I remember the Feldman family when they first started selling popcorn from the Weston Town Center, just west of Fort Lauderdale.On a recent visit to the mall, I stopped in seeking a popscorn treat for a bunch of my clients at Christmas time. Lee and Lonnie Feldman were more than happy to help knowing that the corporate gift of popcorn was going to make someone very happy. Lee even quipped that I was the first person to make an order for the holidays.After much deliberation, I decided upon the 4 gallon Signature Gold Tin with three flavors. I inquired on how the popcorn was portioned out and Lonnie indicated that they separated the inside of the container into thirds. In an effort to keep my costs down, I decided upon cheese, caramel and chocolate. As it was, I wanted to celebrate the holidays with my clients but not break the bank.Each Signature Gold Tin was $65.95 each and I needed 43 of them for delivery in the first week of December. Lucky me, I’m an extreme coupon shopper and found a 20% off coupon on Facebook for my purchase. Thereafter, refills are about half the price and the gold container can be used over and over again.While ringing up my order, Lonnie Feldman offered that the popcorn was air popped and originated from seeds that were 100% whole grain, gluten free and GMO free. I wasn’t sure what “GMO free” meant so I Googled it to learn that meant “genetically modified organisms.”Having visited Popscorn dozens of times throughout the years, I wanted my friends to know about the experience. While all of my purchases have been small – this being my largest for Christmas gifts – I’m extremely happy with the staff, service and overall presence of the business.As I walk through the Pembroke Lakes Mall, I will be sure to return to Popscorn in the future.
