So... tasteless ice cream with a supposedly italian flavor that tasted like spoiled milk. They charge by the ounce but a ridiculously expensive amount. Quality not worth its price. Sorry TCBY, youre definitely not the same as the awesome ice cream parlor you used to be back in the 90s...

I liked the shivers a lot. I think they should offer peanut butter cup cut into chunks instead of the caramel twix. It tastes 10x better than all the other toppings! It would be a hit. Theu used to have it in Boston!

Very expensive. Over priced from what I remember a Tcby being. Horrible customer service. The girl rang me up for a quart of vanilla to go. The boss came out from back filled up my quart container and said then said to the girl that he had to weigh the ice cream in the quart container. The girl told her boss I already charged her. My cone I got was melting. I couldn’t enjoy it. The boss and the girl were back and forth for 5 mins. Sadly, it was my first time here and I drove 30 mins. From Coral Springs. I will not be back. It’s not worth it. Ruined my first time customer experience.

We came here for Mothers Day. They give all moms a free yogurt cone for Mothers Day. The place was very clean. The staff that was there was very kind. He put gloves on whenever he was handling food. It is very family-friendly. There were a ton of kids around. Did I mention that the staff member was wearing gloves? That really made an impression upon my mother. We will definitely be back, even though I really dont love Frozen Yogurt.

I love froyo! 1st time here & it was great. I got a swirl of mango & kiwi strawberry (so yummy) with add on goodies like bobas, gummy bears, worms, turtle, kit kat, & coconut shavings. I know its a weird combo but it surely was delicious! The place is clean & well kept. Good amount of seating in the inside. A few tables for outside seatong as well. Theres a drinks refrigerator incase you get thirsty (which you will.) Maybe a small corner for kids to play would be great like a chalkbord. Yes there is a restroom available. Overall, nice place.

A bit overpriced. There are some RaceTracks that have the same create-your-own yogurts in their stores and tastes much better! The customer service is so bad! Walking in no hellos and at checkout no goodnight/thank you. If it wasnt for the amazing shops there at the outdoor shopping mall this place wouldnt survive.

My 7 yo had an yogurt ice cream and she was denied to use the restroom, this place which barely has people entering to buy, should be friendlier specially with kids which are their main source of income.

The table with items to add to yogurt is not fresh. Disgusting might be a better description. Makes me wonder if they clean the yogurt dispensers. It was good at one point but now I think they might be going our of business. 9/6/19 Update: They freshen up the toppings counter but it is back to its original state of disgusting again. What does it take to consistently care about your product? This yogurt is far more expensive than the most expensive icecream I can find. Going out of business may still be on the table for this place.

Tried to buy some yogurt just now. . People in front of us could not make up their mind on what flavors to buy. Since the girl behind the counter had already processed some of the orders she could not let us pay till the 1 person in their party filled her cup. Waited like 5 minutes while the lady tried multiple flavors. Asked the cashier if she could ring us up on the other register she said no, that we had to wait for the other lady. We left without purchasing anything

Service is bad. My family & I asked to try the ice cream and after we did & had already started serving ourselves (clearly going to be paying customers) my 8 year old wanted to try another flavor before making a choice. The lady at the register said sorry my boss said I can only let you try 1 flavor. She was the only person in the store. Obviously we are all buying ice cream and you cant let an 8 year old have another sample so he can see which one he likes?? Rude.. We would rather go to menchies.

Admittedly, Ive been a fan of TCBY since they opened way back when, early in the 80s, if I remember correctly. The store is clean, bright and cheery with several tables for eating in.I like them because I find their yogurt to be creamier and more like ice cream. They have a good variety of flavors, including a couple of sugar free varieties and neither one was the obligatory butter pecan. It was nice to have a different option. On this night, they had strawberry and salted caramel.They have a really good selection of toppings from the usual fruits to popping strawberry and mango boba - yum!I also like the little things, like the dividers in the cups, so that you can have 2-3 flavors without them getting all mixed together.My only regret is that its such a long way to go. Ill just have to hope that they build once closer to us.

I went today 1130/201 6, night. Its difficult to find a person who actually knows how to handle customers in a natural way as the guy of today. Normally we wrote bad reviews when we are mad about something. But this is cuz Im happy with the service.Many flavors and stuffs to add. My comment is complement to the person who serves me today. The place needs a little bit of love.

Stopped in for something sweet and refreshing ( cool) it was hot outside and the place was cute and small, clean and appealing. it served its purpose but nothing really stood out!

Good yogurt, vanilla is my favorite. Reasonable prices but unfortunately it is variable depending on how much you serve into the cup.

They have deals for Fathers Day where Dads can get free 3oz. Great flavors and they have non- dairy options too

This place is pricey for forzen yogurt. $.69 an oz had to be the highest prices in Miami area. I get maybe because of the location but my biggest peeve is not having the price posted anywhere, no place I could see and I looked. Other than that its fine.

New age design of a pay by the ounce frozen yogurt joint, with plentiful variety of tasty flavors and toppings! The cheesecake bites and mochi are absolutely fire!

Terrible. Limited in flavors and the flavors they had were gross. This place is too expensive for the poor quality. My partner ate 3 bites and then threw it in the trash. Also, the floor was VERY sticky when we sat down to eat. Disgusting! I won’t ever return.

The service is below average and the froyo is bitter. Also, TCBY advertises free Wi-Fi but is not offered to guests.

This place has the worst service. A girl by the name of Helen was the absolute worst. Terrible attitude and horrible manners. They should think twice about who they hire. She ruined my experience.
