I was in town from Ohio moving my daughter into an apartment and the move ran late. Jorge (the manager) had sent me a text to check on me and ask how I was doing. He said there was no worries about bringing the truck in after hours and sent me details instructions. It was a very long moving day for me but the professionalism and kindness demonstrated made it so much easier. It was so appreciated.

I wouldn’t even give one star except I can’t leave a review unless I do. This the most unprofessional mailbox place that I have been to. The first time I went in they were rude and unprofessional and couldn’t care less about my needs. I decided to go ahead again and give another chance to them but I had the same experience. The prices are outrageous it seems like they made them up in their head and the man that works there was talking under his breath, maki g comments in Spanish to the lady that was helping me.I refuse to go back in there and I wouldn’t even give them a review of one star except I had no choice don’t waste your time and money going here

Pls chg your store hours online. Here says 9am which your sign inperson says 10am. I was there at 916am. Thk you

Not only were they very responsive to phone calls and emails. But they took the time do really do a great job packing this part up for me and getting it shipped out. Awesome price as well for packaging, much lower than I found anywhere else.

They did a wonderful job with my large and sometimes odd packing request, going to Alaska no less. I appreciated that they were able to save me hundreds of dollars by sending my packages in a pallet.
