Wide variety and plenty of stock. Large store and well organized. Less customers than I would expect but it later in the day. Not crowded, but the rows were a little narrow. Made up for the narrow rows with lots of material. Positive experience! Very clean.

Walked in, someone greeted me with a smile, I asked if they had a specific fitting, she told right where to find it, it was there, I walked up front and paid for it. Smoothest hardware store run ever. That never happens at other places!

Helpful staff, a good assortment of everything. Sometime it does help to ask if you dont see what you need, less popular items are sometimes tucked away nearby.

Ace Hardware located in Pendleton Oregon is the best place to go for anything you need in yard hardware tools whatever to go to Ace Hardware they pretty much have everything you could ever want or need plus they have someone that can help you if you dont know exactly what you need to get from there like I did tonight they were trying to close that store they never even mention closing if its what I left I noticed that the doors were turned off the automatic doors lets go to In and Out of the Ace Hardware they were very helpful and I got exactly what I need to fix my clothing washer when I get home with it tonight super helpful definitely recommend them A+ in my opinion!!!

Stopped by to pick up a door lock today. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and acutely aware of various items location within the store. In addition to the lock I got a hat, mop, bucket, and some spare keys for the new lock made as well.Great store; exceptional staff; well stocked with lots of stuff.I live over 500 miles away but will definitely be back.

It had the hardware i needed they were trying to help out but longboarders and skateboarders normally know what they are looking for. Dont tell them they have the wrong hardware when they have the original hardware for the board. I grabbed exactly what i needed also i recommend going to the local hardware stores not bigger ones unless the locals dont have what you need
