They are SO super helpful on the phone and in person! I got a task done no problem with their help! I had an existing metal track in my open closet that I used magnetic hooks and a cotton duvet cover to make a curtain. It was easy and very affordable! $1 for duvet cover at The Community Thrift Store and $20+ for magnets from Zimmermans. They also cut me 2 lengths of copper pipe to hang two more curtains in my apartment. They are very friendly and so helpful!

Excellent customer service and great suggestions with any kind of project we have going on at our house. This time they helped us put up our address plaque.

Super helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have whatever plumbing, electric, painting and hardware you could ever possibly need or can tell you what business does. Very knowledgeable about how to complete a project and what you need to do that project right. I highly recommend this store.

The staff at Zimmermans is always so helpful and they get you just what you need. Their store is clean, organized and has a great selection. Definitely the best option in town, Id rather go here over Walmart or Bi Mart for any home stuff I might need. The fact that they open early (7am) is also very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!

If you cant find it anywhere else please go here. Its an adventure just to wonder through the store. Reminds me of the old hardware stores when I was growing up.

Let me start this by saying that I used to be a dedicated Home Depot associate, and what I lack in personal hardware-knowledge I make up for in SEEING it in those who have it. And these guys have it! I’m continuously amazed by how many different things-I-need turn out to be crammed into that store, and somehow easily located by one of the magical experts (otherwise known as staff) just when I was sure I’d gave to drive to Hermiston and Home Depot. As accustomed as I’ve been to Home Depot culture and customer-service expectations, I doff my hat to this crew for the sheer amount of USEFULNESS they keep and catalog in that relatively small Main Street building.

Amazing staff, adequate store. Zimmermans is a pretty typical True Value/Ace style store in terms of selection. It will have just about everything you need and cost slightly more than Walmart, but the difference you are paying for the extremely helpful and friendly staff. They will help you figure out exactly what you need and walk you right to it. If they dont have it, they will order it. Great place to go if you know what you want to do but not quite how to do it.

For years (just about forever) my family has been depending on Zimmermans for hardware supplies for their homes and rental properties. Im from out of town, so I dont get any special treatment, but I get great service and friendly help all the same. The quality of the products they carry is excellent. Dont waste your time with the big box stores.

Since I was a child, I can remember shopping at Zimmermans and always getting what I needed along with expert advice. Its never changed and we depend on our friends there to help us run our business. Fantastic hardware and good old fashioned service!

Zimmerman employees are always willing to help me find what Im looking for. If they dont have it, theyll look it up and order it. Some Of the best customer service in town!
