Bien Dong is an authentic Vietnamese market/grocery store/restaurant with wonderful fresh produce, frozen meats, cooking supplies, and 1000’s of international items from Ramen, to cooking supplies, teas, condiments, sauces, candies and sweets, and more. On top of this, it has an in house butcher/restaurant sharing Vietnamese favorites like spring rolls, Boba Tea, Bun Vermicelli & Vegetable and of course delicious Pho and Bun bo soup. A great place in Pensacola. Five stars.

What a cool spot. Great produce and all kinds of unique items. Food was cheap and fast even though it was busy. Meals came with a drink which was nice. Try the egg rolls and the steamed pork bun. They were delicious. Definitely going to go back to try more things from the menu.

This is a excellent Vietnamese market for many dishes. Vietnamese being such tasty and culinary inspired food. I love to sit in the eatery inside absorbing true culture.

You can get anything you want here from things to make your own yummy meals, to fully cooked, and served to you incredibly fast food in the diner. I recommend the Pho. So good.

This place was bustling with people. It also had a little restaurant inside as well with a nice dining room where exhausted shoppers or those just looking to grab a good bite, the food looked tasty. The store has a bunch of exquisite stuff that I would not find anywhere else. Like build your own Japanese candies and snacks. New types of ramen and interesting snacks and sauces. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Have a lot of things and a restaurant inside the store. They have dried fish and seafood frozen. They also have fresh veggies as well.

If youre looking for any Asian foods, spices, etc thats a great place to go. You can also enjoy some tasty] prepared morsels also and theyre good even if you dont know what you are eating, better that way you wont shy away or turn up your nose if it looks different but is very tasty. Must visit.

Great store to buy your Asian supplies, frozen, dried, canned, sauces, spices etc. Dont overlook the kitchen, they have a variety of dishes available in the kitchen to include roast pig. There are a number of dishes available to including pho, Banh mi sandwiches spring rolls with are great. They always have fresh squid, shrimp and fish. Pretty good vegetable selection. Cooking supplies and neet dishes to choose from.

This place is my new GoTo for all foods Asian/Oriental. Great selection, well organized, fresh, and reasonably priced. I agree that “Service with a Smile” is definitely not their practice, but they’re Asian. In many cases, unless you are Asian or unless they know you, you do not get the welcoming committee. As long as you realize that you are not in an American store, you’ll appreciate the store for what it is. BTW I’m half Korean.

We got Wonton and Bien Do soup today. The noodles were sticky and the meat smells funky. Place is full of flies and dirty. Dont think we are going there again.

I bought a bag of rice at Bien Dong last week, but when I opened it, I saw bugs are all over. Today, I went to the store, told them and showed them the picture of it. I only wanted to refund or exchange to a new bag. Unfortunately, the guy working there gave me a hard time with awful customer service. I didn’t mean to make it a big deal, but that guy was very mean, rude and impolite. I don’t care he is a manager, owner or worker, but he needs to learn about customer service.The rice having bugs is not my fault, stop being disrespectful. I don’t want to hear your explanation about the bugs. I want you to learn how to treat your customers with respect and polite.

We finally tried them a couple of months ago and wish we had done it sooner. We now stop by several times a week. Their Pho is the best Ive ever eaten the chicken and rice is equally as good. The roasted duck and roasted pig are something we buy at least once a week. The spring rolls are amazing! And the bubble tea is definitely one of our favorites.

There are great selection of all variety of can foods from all over asia. The quality of the vegetables are fresh and never stale since it runs out every day. There is an indoor restaurant if you want to eat after you shop or just go there to get something to eat to go. They run a promotion from time to time.

One of my favorite stores. Great place for fresh produce (especially kinds that are hard to find in most other places in town), great ingredients, spices, meals, and delicious snacks. The deli is always fresh and good as well. Great place to shop and try familiar things to new things :)

Their Bun Bo Hue is the best! I get a lot of my ingredients here and they always give you a 10% discount.

Just relocated from SoCal where Asian markets are plentiful. So far, this is the best I can find in the area. They have everything we need to cook authentic Thai food with the exception of pad saew noodles.

I came here for the Boba tea and they did not disappoint. They also have lots of really great Asian groceries too.

I get some basics you cant find elsewhere like 5 lb bags of sesame seeds, msg-free kimchi, Korean red pepper paste. Lots of fresh greens and unique items.

This is, by far, the best Asian cafe in Pensacola. The beef and vegetarian Pho is delicious. Always fresh ingredients, no spoilage. I like their grocery store too. If you buy a whole fish from them they will clean it for you. Today, they had fresh Pompano 😀

DELICIOUS!!! I have been looking for a good place to have pho and I am so glad I ordered it here. I cant wait to eat more from the menu here, the roasted pork rice A+. Not to mention all the items that you can buy and enjoy at home. Every time I go in I always have a bag of my favorite things to nibble on when I get home.

In my family we have food allergies and it is a lot easier to shop at the Oriental Market to find the items that we need for the individual allergies of each member of the family Im grateful that bien dong is set up the way it is where I can come in and read ingredients on the packages staff is always been very nice and attentive I like shopping at bien dong

Great pho and a wide variety of asian foods.

First time here and LOVED the variety of items. Going to make some miso ramen and needed some bonito flakes and seaweed to make the dashi broth.

Friendly staff and very clean, I highly recommend.

Customer service is bad, but they have items that other stores dont. The deli has decent food. The wonton noodle soup is very good. However, watch them while youre checking out if youre buying a lot of stuff. Theyve been caught on multiple occasions by multiple people ripping them off by swiping things too many times. If you buy 1, they might charge you for 2. Shady business practice.

I like to go here every once in a while for the Pho and lumpia rolls. Theyre lumpia rolls are good but I would like them fresh.

Love this place already. Theres a small diner. In the grocery section, Im just sad I didnt see larger bags of rice to buy. But if you love it, almost any ingredient for almost any form of Asian cuisine is here.

The reviews were good, however a little disappointed with the place and the food. People are friendly and very helpful though.

Wonderful! The store is clean and neat. Everything is in order and it makes the shopping so easy. The fresh crab and fresh shrimp are also at good prices.

Delicious!!! The pho here is amazing! Great broth and great cuts of meat! Plenty of fixings for the pho as well. Canned drink or bottled water was included with the pho. I also got some of the pork which was delicious. They have a great selection in the supermarket part as well. Canned Thai tea! Yum! This place has become a Pensacola favorite of mine!

Love this place, There is a wide variety of products available, there is also a diner on site that makes delicious Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) with choices of Beef, chicken, shrimp or all 3. You can also purchase woks, knives, mortar and pestle, herbs, all sorts of things. Stop in and definitely try the food.

I made it out without spending $100. Barely.

Friendly place with a wide selection of Oriental food, spices, and goods.If I am ever looking for something and I cant find it at Publix or Walmart I usually come here and can normally find it.My only real complaint, which isnt really a complaint, is that they run random discounts and I can never figure out why a discount was applied for one purchase and not the other.

I got a Korean cookbook for Christmas and decided to pick out a few recipes and gather the ingredients for them. This market has almost everything you could need! And everything is ordered by region / specialty inside (food for Filipino dishes is grouped together, or Vietnamese, etc.). Everything has a MUCH better price than your standard grocery store as well so I’d recommend coming here even if you aren’t looking for hard to find ingredients. We ordered the Korean bbq plates from the back (they have a kitchen in the back) and it took over 30 minutes for our food, while other ppl who ordered after us received their’s first. I think they honestly just forgot about our order, but they were very apologetic and the food was good. Also, they wheeled half a pig inside the store (I mean a dead frozen pig on a cart through the seating area to the butchers) so that was a bit off putting. Otherwise a great shopping / eating experience.

Its a great grocery store. The family that runs it are super nice. If youre a fan of Asian Deli Foods youre going to end up buying several things. I cant help myself when I visit. Too many good eating Foods. I highly recommend this grocery store and Deli.

They sell ginger tea. And its my go too drink, so if you like ginger go here to buy it.

They have all the asian stuff you need and then some. Their hot and cold foods section near the back is a plus. Everything from pho to Bahn mis to cold noodles and fried items.

Customer service is amazing! Everything is fresh, you see it right there being made. The prices are awesome. I will be back to try more of the menu.

I love shopping at Bien Dong. I can find any ingredients I need for Asian inspired recipes along with a lot of basic grocery items. Ive also found many cooking tools very reasonable. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the tightness of the aisles.

They were kind, and had plenty of items for you to choose. I will return.

I stop at every Asian market that I find, but Bien Dong market is the only one that I shop at on a regular basis. They have a very large selection of groceries, including fresh produce, fresh meats and seafood as well as a deli with indoor seating and prepared meals if you are in a hurry. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a good selection of kitchenware. The store is well organized. My only problem is that the shopping carts are so small (I am a big guy). They also serve the most wonderful roast pork Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Authentic Korean, Japanese and Chinese foodstuffs. Great service and selection.

I just wish people here will know how to treat costumers and smile more. Lol! Seems like they’re having a bad day every single time we’re visit. 😂

Are so busy that sometimes it is hard to get a question answered, but when you find someone they are very helpful and kind! Best places for us to buy food. I have been to two markets in Mobile, this is so far Best places to get you food and some of home supply. They have most of things you need with great price. And fishes and vegetables are much fresher, less expensive than others.

Have a great selection, checking out is usually hassle free. Even have a little eatery with a good selection if meals.The down side is that they lack and always have lacked in carrying ANY Korean or Japanese foods or seasonings other than candy or sauces.Aaaaand, -1 star because it is evident no one cleans their bathroom. Ever.

Nice, small but remarkably well stocked inventory of Vietnamese and other Asian food products. Tons of fresh vegetables and exotic Asian fruits. They even have a restaurant serving banh mi, roast duck, and roast pork.
