Authentic, high quality food at extremely low price!I’m from Southern California and it took a while for me to get used to the lack of authentic Asian cuisine in the area. Since I discovered this place earlier this year, I’ve been coming here 3 times a week almost every week!Seriously, the food is great, portion is generous, and it’s cheap!! The market has the one of the best selection of East / Southeast Asian groceries in the area.Highly recommended!

What a lucky day for my family to stumble upon this little gem of a supermarket/restaurant! We had just left Palofax Farmers Market and we looking for somewhere yummy to eat. Well, the stars aligned and we were blessed to stumble upon Saigon Market. My family are all foodies and SERIOUSLY, THIS IS THE BEST FOOD WE HAVE EATEN SINCE MOVING FROM A FOOD MECA - PORTLAND OREGON - last December!!! Totally not lying, either!!!When you see the sign out front, it reads deli... haha... this place is anything but a deli! When we got to the store, we thought we would shop first and eat after... after we saw the super long line of people waiting (AND THEY JUST KEPT COMING!!!) to order AND every single table was filled and it was literally standing-room only, we decided wed better eat first and shop later. So glad we did!Let me start off with the portions are huge!We ordered several different things: Bun Bo Hue (S1 and S2). One was filled with meats and the other has meat but also has the coagulated pig blood and if you dont like reading that, you probably wont like eating it either! With that disclaimer and warning out of the way, I will tell you IT WAS DELICIOUS! But I LIKE that kinda thing. My daughter didnt know what to order (shes 12)... so I ordered for her (she is a foodie though... and totally has a palate for trying everything we set in front of her!!!). I ordered her the vermicelli and pork with fried spring roll. We also ordered the Korean short ribs (which we ate for dinner) and 2 jasmine Boba teas. All of this portions were large and all the fixing and veggies came with the soup. The fried spring roll was light and crispy. My daughter said it was the best shes ever eaten and I will agree! All of the flavors were spot on!!!The staffing on both sides (Market and restaurant) we all friendly and very helpful. There were people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds eating there. I didnt hear a single person complaining about their food...I take that back, there was one young woman complaining about the pork blood in her soup...but I have warned you!!!The supermarket is packed with many items you cant get anywhere else...believe, Winn Dixie doesnt carry fresh noodles or shredded squid!!!This will definitely be our go to dining after Farmers Market. I cant wait to go back!!!

An early afternoon lunch at Saigon market. This place consistently produces a very tasty bowl of Pho. I got the spicy Pho and the wife had regular Pho and couple spring rolls on the side. Broth was so tasty but there was no way I could finish it all. Service is quick and it’s been good every time we’ve gone. Looking forward to going again.

Saigon Market is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Pensacola. The broth of their Pho soup is prepared with incredible love and precision. To smell it is to know you are being served authentic broth that was not prepared haphazardly with any shortcuts. All the ingredients are on point in the pho, and my favorite is the P1 (Rare steak and Vietnamese beef Meatballs) The Banh mi sandwiches are prepared on crispy French baguette with some excellent garlic sauce, and all fresh meats and veggies. The Boba drinks are delicious, my favorite being the coffee. They have some Vietnamese rice dishes, duck, wings, spring rolls; a large selection of cold drinks in refrigerators to choose from that are include international selections; a large and diverse grocery store of fresh, frozen, and also non perishable products from all over the world. Five stars, but I’d give them more if there were more! :)

Loaded with a cross- cultural Asian Food supply. In 🏠 restaurant. Great cooks = good food. Can be a little abrasive to people of color but they sell kimchee and I have an affinity for the darn thing. Tropical fruits, mango, plantain, jackfruit... Still a great place for cultured and curiousity seeking humans.

This is one of my favorite places in all of Pensacola. Their prices are beyond reasonable; I get all of my Asian staples (sweet chili sauce, teriyaki) from here because it’s cheaper than most places. And then there is the deli, which Is wonderful. Their prices are on the low side, and the quality is amazing. I’m always apprehensive to order tofu from restaurants because it’s really easy to prepare poorly, but their tofu dishes are cooked very well, especially the tofu banh mi and fresh rolls. The staff are all super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Just an amazing little gem all around.

Cute little grocery. The delis food is OK, Only thing I really enjoyed was the rice plate with the grilled pork and Vietnamese meat loaf, and Spring rolls was actually really good because they use barbecue pork and not just regular sliced pork. Again the prices here were extremely good, I havent seen prices like that since Ive been in California.

Till now my food has always been good. But last time I ordered the N 1 the egg roll tasted stale and the noodles had a funny taste. I ended up throwing away the noodles and eating the rest. The next day I complained and the girl did not really seem to care. She made it sound like I did not know what to expect from the noodles. I explained I eat the same thing about once a week from there. Honestly they have always been good and it kind of made me mad that they basically dismissed my complaint. If I order again I will try the noodles before I leave the store.

Be aware of the fat guy behind the register who twice try to cheat us. First incident happened when he charged us $ 18 for a bag of pear drink while the tag on the bag clearly indicates $15; the second incident when he charged us ten time for one item, luckily, my wife always verify the receipt and confronted him immediately. He then apologized for his mistake, but we both know he intentionally enter 10x for that particular item.Although, the owner lady is very nice and friendly except the chubby cash register.

PhoFirst time back in Pensacola since 1994. Imagine my surprise to find Asian food, but even better, great Asian food. I would say this pho was one of the best in recent memory. It was definitely the hottest temperature booth, just the way I remember how booth was when pho restaurants just start proliferating outside of Fountain Valley, CA. I can no longer find almost boiling booth when pho is brought to the table, but here they take the extra steps to ensure the booth is almost boiling hot when it is served. The portion and the price at $8.99, best I’ve seen in a long time. Some exotic protein options are not available here, like tripe, but what they do include in the pho is a generous portion. The fried rolls were packed tightly with meat which is also rare in other parts of the country. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for the great meal.

Best pork egg rolls around. Large. The Banh Mi sandwich is low price and excellent. I go with the chicken. I ask to remove the spicy veggie on it and sometimes go with extra meat. The rice meal is great too. I get Chicken also. Comes with veggies and lots of steamed rice. The default sauce in a container is a real fishy soup. I omit this it is extremely fishy lol.Warning Do not do like I did and pour over everything before taste testing. You can swap and get teriyaki sauce. You can go with extra meat and I omit the spicy pepper in the vegetables. Some may like the spicy veggie/pepper. I do not.I just tried the shrimp egg rolls today. They were yummy but half the size as the pork ones. They do give you more shrimp ones to make up for their size.I have eaten there 20+ times. Always good service and great food.

Its a pretty good size Oriental store. It almost has everything you are looking for and want. But not everything is under one roof. Theres still little things that each store has and you would have to go to each store and get what you need. For instance if this place doesnt have what you need then you need to go to Bien Dong because they carry that particular item. We didnt find what we wanted here. But we tried their deli tonight and see how the Pho compares of the taste and consistency or the flavor. I did like it and it is much different than Tu Do. The broth taste good. I would definitely come back and eat here again. That tells you that it is good.
