I shop at a lot of Dollar Generals and James is by far the best employee I’ve seen with this company. He was very encouraging and helpful with the self check out machine. One of the friendliest guys ever. 5 stars.

They had just what I needed. I had never been to this location before but they were the only location in the area and I sure was thankful!

The cashier here had a good attitude and people waiting in line were freindly and chit chatty.

When you dont feel like ling lines and a crowd this the place to go prices are great

They didnt have cutting boards? I dont know how you can sell some of the things Im seeing in these dollar stores for as cheap as they do but if you just want a thin sheet of plastic its impossible to find what youre looking for. On the plus side the staff seemed helpful and attentive and greeted me as I entered.

They was doing stockTruck just delivered and it was EVERYWHERE

It is a below average dollar general. They are often put of items, as simple as candies. I went in today to buy batteries for a kids book that plays music and they dont carry that kind. The dollar tree even has them because they are so common, but not this store. There are often drug addicts and homeless people frequenting this location as well. If I could, I would replace this with a Walgreens. It would attract a better crowd and eliminate the riff raff.

The store is clean but crowded with items. It is difficult to find what i want to buy. I tend to wander through the store trying to see what aisle I need to go down.

Nice store as far as Dollar Generals go. There is usually someone standing outside the door soliciting something, though. It would be nice if management would put a stop to that. I dont come there looking to make donations to new rappers handing out LPs of their sick new beats.

Always have what I want and Sheila is unbelievable! She is helped me over and over again if I needed something Ive called up there several times and she has helped me with a cheerful voice and a happy attitude every single time!

Historic never has anything in stock grocery wise chemical wise or even household goods.and then as of tonight Im really agitated because I asked her to open the other register because it was so long of a line and she told me she was on break and could not help meand then a lady walks up behind me and she says come on up now Ill take care of you right here within like a minute apart of me just asking her if she would open the register for me because I had a lot of stuff and it was a long line and I figured it would help out the cashier if she opened her register and took me a large basket instead of taking the one or two items persons but the point of it is she tells me shes on break and she opens it for her thats wrongshe has a very big mouth and she loves to run it and tell people off but yes you going to act and smile on your face when you have to register after shes done told you off or refuse to help you that is very rude very wrong and I know that is not Dollar general way Ive been to too many Ive shopped at too many and Im too old to play games with these folks especially a disabled person then barely can get around and is on oxygen so I dont know what to tell you other than your store up here needs a lot of help with and let me say that they need a lot of helpand I promise you the next time I go in I will make sure to take pictures I see that you are wanting pictures Ill take you some pictures of how the store is and I might even be able to record her once or twice just so you can hear how she talks to people yall should really do something about this but shes running all the paid customers I know that theres a lot of thieves but when you have pain customers that spend $100 at a time you shouldnt run have a good day

Im writing this in response to the comment that no one is ever at the register. Heres why. At both Dollar General and Family Dollar, that person is also doing the huge job of stocking the store. Ive seen the huge stacks of products waiting to be stocked. And because of such working conditions, there is constant turnover, often leaving the store with as few as 3 employees, including the manager. If youve seen a Dollar General truck, you know what an enormous challenge these employees face. And still, some of these employees remain courteous and welcoming, especially AMY, the assistant manager, and CORY, the manager.

Im from Birmingham Al and I needed an umbrella badly. Im not familiar with Florida so I was so happy to find out that the store was less than 5 minutes away from my destination. Got my umbrella, the cashier wasnt friendly but maybe because it was raining very hard and like me, she just may not be a morning person for real LOL. But overall my experience was great!!

This is one of the first Dollar Generals I had been to, and I love it. Besides a great, friendly staff they always have what you need, especially when youre in a hurry and dont want to run to a large grocery store to get it.

This DG was clean and arranged neatly, for the most part. There were a number of DNI tags so, considering they were going through inventory, I was very pleased with the organization of the store. The location is good, although I wish there was am exit back into West Garden St. Service was good.
