From the first conversation I had with Joshua everything has been great! I work in the customer service industry and know how a true experience should be and I have received it with him. Even with him being busy and i with issues with network he has been able to make me feel like he was dedicated to my cell phone needs. Great job!

A few too many dropped calls, emergency signal only and txt that never show up for a 4 star review.The plan price is a bargain compaired to the big name providers.The phones are simple, cheap and generally after 2 years its time to replace them.All the associates have been very pleasent to deal with.3.5 stars would be a more accurate review

Ive needed a new phone and plan for sometime and quite frankly have pained over this process for some weeks now...being a newly patriated emerald coast-er, and strapped with the knowledge of just how bad SPRINT sucks (can I get an AMEN), metro PCS was the solution that I kept hearing...now having called the metro PCS closest to my home, (metro PCS, Mobile HIghway) it seemed unlikely that I would ever do business with that company being the gentleman, and I use that term loosely, who answered the phone and could not have been less helpful and more rude if he tried... disgusted and a bit shall I say disenfranchised, I called around again to differing carriers, only to find my way back to metro....however for some reason I called the Cervantes store by mistake, being that it is further from my home and I do not drive at present. Racqueal answered the phone and was so engaging and friendly I thought ok Ill go to their store being that I am a self proclaimed ludite and had the highest hopes that they would help... Not only did the staff Racqueal and Jordon meet those expectations, it is hard to find the words even as verbose as I am to describe how much they exceeded my expectation of customer service... A++++ professionals, both of them...having owned several businesses I feel somewhat qualified to say that I wish these two had or could have conducted a class on customer care... Its not the ability to tell someone yes that makes an exceptional representative for your company its a combination of product knowledge, exemplary communication skills, and a health dose of good old fashioned southern. Hospitality ...I didnt have those when I opened my last business but watch out METRO PCS, I will soooo steal them from you next time I do, that is if someone doesnt beat me to the punch.... Good job Team Racqueal and Jordon...you have gained a loyal customer for life...

This Metro PCS store is selling broken items and getting away with taking money and collecting comisson under there strict return policy. Store manager Musafa was rude and offered no assistance.
