Went to this Verizon to upgrade my phone. Stephanie Jones was very helpful. She let me know the price of everything in advance so there was no surprises. She setup everything and made sure I had the best plan for me. Stephanie even charged the phone while she was transferring everything over. Stephanie was a real pleasure to work with she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is where I will go for my next upgrade. So stop by and ask for Stephanie you will be glad you did.
Got a iPhone 11at a good price. Service from Stephanie and Molly was outstanding. They stayed an hour and a half past closing to assure our new phone was set up right. I would recommend Verizon based on this awesome experience.

They wanted me to pay $29.99 for a $9 Apple Lightning to Headphone adapter. Literally $9 on Apple’s website and at every store since the iPhone 7. These folks have absolutely lost their minds and a customer!
Our wait was short. Great service. I was pleased to see that they were using COVID-19 safety measures. Hand sanitizer available, distancing clearly marked, shields at work stations, and everyone wearing masks. They were patient with me and another client as we worked through our individual glitches. Highly recommend.

Had to go and buy a SIMs card to activate a device. I expected to pay for it, but when he charged $40.00, I thought I would fall out. I had to have the card this evening or I would have waited to get it sent for free. When I called Verizon to activate the device, I thought he was going to suck the blinds off the wall when I told him what I paid for it. I paid $10.00 for one less than a year ago. Between COVID and Hurricane Sally, store hours are limited so store choices are also.

We were on vacation and my daughters phone suddenly froze and would respond to nothing. The lady was helping a couple in front of me forever and didn’t even acknowledge me and my mother being there to get helped. She was talking about going to parties and showing the customer her boyfriend and taking forever to get her job done. Do not come here for your phone. Unless you want to wait for hours upon hours.

The kindest, most knowledgeable owners I have found. They go extra lengths to find out what is wrong with a phone if it isnt working properly. They find the best phone that suits your age, your income, and your lifestyle. I have gone to other Verizon locations in Pensacola and come out very unhappy. I always come out happy and know I was treated right at this location. I would recommend it to anyone!
Two stars for the condescending way the owner treated me but the girls who worked there were friendly and helpful. I was told by Verizon to go to the nearest store to get a new sim card. The guy said it would be 35 dollars even though Verizon said it was free. The guy was very condescending and said that they were affiliated with Verizon but not an official Verizon store. I looked up at the sign which happens to say Verizon and said, I am confused. He smirked and said he didnt understand why I was confused. He told me to go to a corporate store or go home and call Verizon. He finally let me call Verizon from his store since my phone didnt work and they agreed to give me a credit and I bought the sim card. He could have simply suggested that from the beginning instead of being dismissive. I used to own three shops and its not that hard to be helpful and just be nice. He marched out and luckily the girls who worked there were very nice. Wouldnt go back though.

I went to buy a phone and get service with Verizon. The staff members were extremely helpful and made everything I wanted to know clear. I had no problems and was treated like a human - not as if I was a waste of their time or just another sale.

Completely incompetent... its May, military appreciation month. I purchased 4 new phones from a different store, an obviously more competent store, yesterday. I failed to bring a printed LES with me yesterday. So I present it to him, Im the only customer in the store, and he doesnt know any military discounts, 2 miles from the main gate of NAS Pensacola.This old guy, then starts helping everyone else as they enter, hoping to sell a phone case... he struggles to answer simple questions, and 3 out of 4 state they are going to go back to the 9th Street store. He failed to tell anyone about the accessory bundle discount... complete incompetence. Stay away from this store!

This establishment has absolutely no idea how to manage customer accounts, how to properly change plans, how to do an assumption of liability, transfer upgrades, etc. The only thing the staff is semi-competent at is ringing up a phone for purchase and activation. Even then, the service when they only attempt a device sale is horrendous.Edit: Please take note of the recent 5 star reviews this store has gotten. Said reviews are generalized, and almost certainly made by fake accounts or friends of the owners, as a result of the many HONEST 1 star reviews theyve received. Dont be fooled.Edit 2: The fake five star reviews just keep coming... When my review was first posted, there were fewer than ten other reviews. I disliked this establishment for their poor service initially. Now I *detest* it for their dishonest practices. Please, avoid at all costs.

Worst VERIZON customer service, from the moment I entered the empty store. The Verizon representative looked up saw me and then answered her phone as I approached for assistance and ignored me while she talked on the phone (strike 1)Then I explained that I had visited the store a few days prior and asked about removing the SIM card from my old iphone so that I could place it in the new iphone and could she put the SIM card back in my new phone? Yes, for $35.00 I explained that I had an account with Verizon and just wanted to get my new phone up and running with my current account and it was back to the $35.00. (strike 2)I requested to speak with the store supervisor, and she said she WAS the store supervisor! I replied then I would like to speak with YOUR supervisor and received the reply that they are unavailable. (strike 3)If this is an example of how Verizon treats its customers perhaps WE all need to be looking for a company that has a bit more compassion for their customers.
Do not waste your time going to this place. This is a mom and pop retailer, that has nothing to offer. You will be disappointed the moment you walk in and see their displays and limited selection. The customer service was terrible. None of my questions were answered, he avoided them and beat around the bush then led into a topic completely different. Then told me he didnt care about what I had to say and said that all it comes down to is how much jingle i have in my pocket to be on the nations best network. I went to the Verizon store on 9th by the mall and they were professional, answered all of my questions directly. It was a night and day experience. Because the professional service at the 9th ave. store I am a Verizon wireless customer. The service at the retailer on navy blvd. gave Verizon a bad name to me. I will never go back in that store again.

They helped me switch my old phone to new Samsung A10e phone. Had problems understanding new upgrade and they were very patient explaining to me on how things changed.

Agree with other review. I didnt buy my phone at this store so was grilled on how this man has to pay bills, rent...etc. Who does business like this? The sign says Verizon...dont be fooled. I will not go back. If he would have helped me with my tech problem, I would have likely bought something else from the store. Im always a fan of mom and pop run stores but they blew it.

Terrible customer service. They dont understand the process of fixing accounts, only offer Samsung products because the owner likes to go off on political tangents about how Apple supports terrorists and since I own a Macbook he cant stand me, and was completely disrespectful towards the military. Super pushy and rude, I would suggest going to another Verizon store. Dont waste your time here.

After finding myself in need of a new phone, I made a trip down to this store. There was almost no wait time and I was taken care of relatively quickly. The only complaints I have is that only one employee was working which I find a safety issue for the employees and a problem if multiple customers are coming in. The other problem is that they didnt have any iPhone displays, which can let a customer miss an opportunity to find which phone fits their needs.
