Im a bit of a Luddite so Im sure it took all her patience, but she showed me all kinds of new tricks and saved me a nice bit of money and was generally pleasant to hang out with for a little bit while my phone backed itself up. My husband and I are repeat customers. Lawand helps us wwith our phone issues. We are mature adults and not skilled to do everything on line. She is patience, knowledgeable and willing to take her time to problem solve. We always make an appointment to see her because we know she will get the job done right.

Evan was very helpful and very patient with answering all of my questions. I appreciate how he made things clear and direct for me to understand. Although it was a bit of a wait even after making an appointment, the overall experience and the quality of the service was great!

AT&T Representative Matt McCullers about 2 or 3 months ago put ne back in the game with my work from home job. I ran into technical problem and was asked to clock out until I resolved the issue. I wasnt familiar with the AT@T app that manages the internet at home. Turns out the app was doing its job because my job appeared to be spying on me. I didnt know how to grant access for my supervisors to monitor me. Matt resolved issue in a snap and I was able to clock back in. I appreciate Matts patience with someone who is technically challenged and an early stage senior citizen. I meant to compliment him earlier but time wouldnt give me time. THANKS!!!

This was my first time in this store and my experience was the best i have ever received at any store. It was close to closing time and the sales manager Matt Smith was so patient and helpful. I had several issues to resolve and one was somewhat complicated. Matt was able to find a resolution. He was very knowledgeable with the system, phones and procedures, which made my transaction so smooth. I was so thankful because I was afraid My problem was not going to be resolved.I would definitely recommend this store and personnel. It was good energy, courteous and professional from the time I entered the store, throughout my experience.

There were other customers that were in the store before me but as soon as a sales rep was available I got help right away. Was given great advice and had both my problems resolved and they didnt stop until they ensured I was satisfied with the results. I had to get a new phone that as my old one wasn’t holding a charge and would die real fast. I was recommended some great phones ended up going with the IPhone 12 Pro, I love this phone, got a deal on a case, screen protector and got a free charging block, which is nice since Apple doesn’t include them anymore. I also had recently switched over to AT&T and so far I do not regret it they got my old number switched over, which took awhile with some technical issues but they made sure I got what I had wanted. Phenomenal job!! This location has definitely got some great workers!

Clara provided super service yesterday in the upgrading of my phone. In fact the entire staff made the whole experience a pleasant one. I visited with my toddler and he was being a little fussy and they let him watch cartoons and showed a lot of patience. It was much appreciated!

Came in to add a new phone line to my husband’s account. My customer service representative Evangeline was so kind and full of knowledge. She helped me picked out a great device and accessories. She was even patient when I was being indecisive. I strongly recommend this location, ask for Evangeline!

Clara was absolutely wonderful in guiding us in selecting a new phone. I was very impressed by her knowledge of every phone in the store and she made the process of getting my new phone set up very painless and easy! She also talked to us about upgrading our phone plan to unlimited data for only $15 more a month, which made my fiance very happy since she uses her phone alot and is constantly running out of high speed data in the middle of the month. This is well worth the money to us and we had no idea until Clara explained it to us that it was even an option! She was so patient and took her time explaining every detail to us. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and she takes excellent care of her customers. We will definitely be back in the future and will send everyone we know to see the staff at this store! Matt helped me solve a billing problem that no other employee had been able to figure out. It had been occurring for months and Matt with his patience persistence and research figured it out for me. Several weeks ago my husband Kenneth and I came into the AT&T store in Pensacola at 9thAve and Bayou Blvd and was greeted by Nancy.She was wonderful. I purchased my IPhone 12 and traded in my iPhone 8+. She walked me through everything about the phone and showed me all the changes.We transferred all my data to my new phone flawlessly.In other words Nancy is a great asset to AT&T and we are so glad that she helped me.

Matt Manager and Dakota helped me and my kids with our problems, they were so nice and understandable, they really made our day.

Jay was very polite as soon as we entered the store he helped me I was unsure of what plan was best for me and he was excellent with assisting me.

I was there to activate my phone and was completely ignored for over 15 minutes. Finally someone asked my name. There was 1 other person waiting when I came in and both of us sat there for a very long time. Meanwhile numerous other people came in and were immediately helped! The other lady and I should have been helped before the others! Finally an employee came over to me and asked if I had been helped and took care of me right away. I also wanted a protective case for my phone and was told that they didnt have any. He also didnt ask if I wanted the protective glass put on either. Im very unhappy with about my experience and dont recommend this store to anybody.

Horrible experience on 8/29. I had to fix my iphone and came in to see my options, employee asked if i was insured and i said i didnt know, then asked my 4 digit code and said i didnt know that either. Then said my only option was to pay the phone off completely and when i did he saw that i was insured the entire time. So, it costs me 620 for a 112 fix. Then he said he couldnt refund it nor could his manager because of the complex situation of the account etc. I get that, but its also 500 dollars, figure it out. Also took really long in between requests like grabbin stuff from the back. On top of that, he told me if i filed my claim i would have my phone the next day, its the 2nd day and i still dont have it, and my flight leaves in 4 hours. The employee was good, but just didnt help nearly enough nor take the time to figure the insurance thing out before charging me 500 non refundable dollars.

It was a joy working with Crystal! She was very pleasant upbeat and knowledgeable. She got us in and out.

After dealing with at&t for the past month on the phone and in other stores, I was happy to have the issues resolved when I came to at&t on 9th ave. Upon arriving to the store, we were promptly greeted and added to the line. Major shout out to Matt & Sam, the representatives who helped us fix the mess of a situation we were in. Sam was very patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to make sure we left the store with said issues resolved. Hopefully, I won’t have to come back to the store anytime soon, but if I did, I know I’d be in good hands. Experience was a 10/10 with a *chefs kiss*
