This is the best optical practice in town. Staff is friendly and doctors do a great job. I have been there twice and cannot recommend them enough. These guys get it right. I am so satisfied.

Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Terrezza and his staff are simply amazing!! The ladies up front are always smiling with a polite greeting. The ladies who take you in the back are really on top of things, always a step ahead. Dr. T is soo nice, understanding and accommodating. He’s always willing to help, with such a pleasant personality. No way will I ever go any where else!!!!! Kudos to Dr. T and staff!!!!

Dr and staff are super friendly. The exam was actually the best I’ve had. When picking out glasses the staff were also very attentive. There was quite a bit of confusion over insurance coverage and a difference in perspective between staff at different locations, but they were apologetic and seemed to be intent on getting it resolved for the future. Ultimately, they got me what I needed. Affordable, friendly, capable. Recommend.

My annual eye appointment was a breath of fresh air! From the front desk to the tech to the doctor and then to the person in the eyeglass Department...they were all courteous, positive and answered all my questions. What a nice group of people and thanks for making my day!

My husband and I moved here a few years ago and we needed to find an eye doctor here for both of us. I read a lot of reviews about this location so I gave it a chance. So happy we did. We got reminders via text. We were able to fill out the office paperwork via a link sent to us. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was polite, courteous and professional. My husband and I got our exams done together. The two girls that were with us were awesome, they were personable, pleasant and fun. My husband and I are like partners in crime joking around like kids so people that can be fun loving, happy and still professional and efficient is perfect for us and they were definitely that, as was Ian that finished the exams. After our exams, I was set up with contacts and my husband with frames and glasses on order. Lastly, we are very familiar with what the cost has always been for our exams and prescriptions and honestly, their pricing was just under what we have paid elsewhere so pricing is definitely fair.Really I cannot say enough about everyone there and the service they provided for us, they made a great impression on us and will definitely be our Eye Clinic.

The service is amazing! From Courtney up in the front, Nia and Dr. Bell, it was superb service. They were so friendly and super nice. Dr. Bell is also very attentive and caring. This is the first time I get Medicaid and let me tell you that I was treated as if I had a 5 star insurance! I wish more medical places treated people on Medicaid this way. Aside from their superb service, the office is also very neat and clean. I highly recommend this office.

We phoned mid afternoon with an issue with my eye. I suspected a retinal detachment. Dr Terrezza told us to come right in. He diagnosed it and rushed to get me into a retinal specialist the next day and I had surgery the following day. I really like Dr Terrezza and would recommend him to anyone.

The staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Bell was very thorough and I never felt like I was being rushed. I needed new glasses and found that process easy and even fun. The tech helped me choose a great new pair. I cant wait to pick them up!!

Great care received at Bell and Terrezza Optical today. They offer thorough eye exams and want to ensure that the eye care and prescription for eyes is a best fit. Their attention to protection during the pandemic is important to their staff. Nia was the staff member assigned to my visit and she was careful and detailed about every test preformed. Dr. Bell ensured that my eye care was complete. The team for eyeglasses (primarily Erika) was excellent. Erika sought to find the frame that I was looking for. I have worn glasses for 40 years and this team of professionals worked to make sure I left their office with confidence in their care. I was also pleased with the price I paid for glasses and sunglasses. I recommend this care for anyone needing an eye exam.

I brought my 6 year old daughter in due to her complaining about issues seeing the board at school. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating on the phone when scheduling the appointment. When we arrived, everyone was very welcoming! They engaged my daughter and really made her feel comfortable from the very beginning. When we went in for the exam, the young lady that helped us (I really wish I had remembered her name!) Was amazing. She kept my daughter laughing and having fun through all of the tests. Even when she did the dialating drops, she used a method that worked great and wasnt scary for my daughter. Dr. Bell was very friendly as well and he explained the important information very well. Every part of the visit from start to finish was great. They helped make what couldve been a stressful appointment for a 6 year old fun and productive. I would highly recommend this office.

I love Dr. Terrezza on Fairfield and Lillian hwy. The staff is always so friendly and funny. We are always joking around and kidding with each other. Its such of breath of fresh air to know people in this cruel world still have a since of humor. They are also professional with it as well. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional! I spent $400.00 and when I called to inquire if my glasses were back the receptionist was cocky and nasty about me calling. My husband ordered his glasses the exact same day and he had his back several days prior to me and so I was just checking to see if mine had come in and was treated like an inconvenience instead of like paying customer.

Dr Bellard was fantastic! Ive been having eye issues for a month and he was able to correctly identify the issue and get a 2nd opinion (Dr Bell) just to confirm his treatment. The nursing staff was great and probably didnt need my life story lol I started treatment and quickly noticed a difference and had a follow up appt made for 3days later! very efficient. excited to be cleared of the infection and be able to get new glasses 🤓

I ordered the prettiest new glasses and I can tell how clear I would be able to see but unfortunately the lenses are bifocals and to get them with no line you have to get all this other stuff on the lenses.My glasses has all these squares on the lens for technician who makes them but when we went in we were rudely cut short and told they are suppose to have that.Hiw absurd to make glasses with things obstructing ones view and she said its suppose to be that way.Well when a car crash happens because one of these squares messes with someones vision maybe they will realize what an awful idea.I now have to take my business eksewhere.
