By far the worst costumer service Ive seen so far in Pensacola. I know Ill be avoiding this place from now on. Also, the parking isnt too comfortable on top of everything else. Right next to their dumpster...

Went in to this store and bought some drinks after work. Asked the cashier how he was doing. With a bad attitude, He tells me that he’s sick. He then proceeds to look at me in the eyes while he taps the tops of all my drinks and smiles. I called him out on it and he just laughed at me.

Great store and great staff. An almost daily stop.

Do NOT get fuel here!!!! Seriously messed up my mpg. As soon as I refueled elsewhere, it popped back up again! Dont know if they are watering it down or not, but I definitely recommend you go elsewhere if you value your car!!

Its the closest convenience store near my house, but only go there if I have to... the mgr is the worst--he basically hates or snaps at everyone (the remaining staff is great). They seem to only sell off the back of the truck. No product is fresh, priced normal or offered consistantly.

I am very disappointed in the customer service at this BP. I traveled to Florida from Indiana to see family. Needed to fill up so I can go back home. Now this was at 8:00pm. I used my membership card to get gas, the gas pump said to see cashier. I went inside. I told the gentleman that it told me to see cashier. He asked me how much do I need. I told him I was trying to fill up cause I am traveling. He asked again how much do I need I said again I need to fill up. He said do it again. I asked do what again? He did not explain. So he asked me again how much do I need. I finally got tired of his rudeness. Tried the card again. Said to see the cashier again. I was going to use my other card & decided to go to the shell station To fill up. My grand daughter told me that the man at BP was laughing when i walked out. So i went back to get his name. He was gone, but the other gentleman that was there would not give me the owners name. Said that the guy that was being rude to me was the manager. Very Poor customer service. I see why people go off on rude people. There is nothing funny about rudeness.

1043 am cold and raining. Ask if they can make coffee and am told they are sold out...no your not your on yoyr phone and to dam lazy to make a pot of coffee ...geesh

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE....I was on my way to a loved one stuck way out in Molino with a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and I had their medicine. I had almost no fuel. I had about 200 dollars or so in my bank account connected to my checkcard. I needed 30 dollars in fuel for my large truck to be sure I covered the distance. TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE AND EVERY SECOND COUNTED. The pump was malfunctioning in a way that caused all customers to have to come in and tell the guy at the counter how much fuel was needed. MANY MANY MANY MANY TIMES I SAID I NEED 30 DOLLARS IN FUEL and explained that this is an emergency. the guy at the counter told me that i needed 3 dollars in fuel (his continued response). I spelled thirty for him. I counted it out for him: one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen ....and so forth all the way up to thirty and said I NEED THIRTY, NOT THREE. HE REFUSED TO LOAN ME A PEN SO THAT I COULD WRITE THE NUMBER FOR HIM. WHAT GAS STATION DOES NOT HAVE A PEN? When I got to the pump, he had allowed only three dollars to be charged to my card which GREATLY LENGTHENED THE TIME IT TOOK FOR ME TO GET THE MEDICINE TO MY LOVED ONE BECAUSE IT CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO GO INTO THE STATION AGAIN AND CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION AGAIN THAT I NEEDED MORE FUEL TO BE CHARGED TO MY CARD THAN THREE TINY DOLLARS IN FUEL. THIS PLACE IS EVIL AND THERE TO CAUSE DEATH PAIN AGONY ABUSE AND ENDLESS TORMENT. BUYING FROM THEM ONLY FUNDS THEIR EVIL. I CAN ONLY DEDUCE FROM THE FACTS OF THIS EVENT THAT THEY ARE THERE TO CAUSE THE DEATH OF PEOPLE AND THEREFORE ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE ISLAMIC MURDERERS DUPLICATING THE LIFE OF THE CRIMINAL GENOCIDAL MURDERER MOHAMMED IN THEIR OWN LIVES. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
