The cashier was extremely rude and childish and even mocked my friend, he is the gray hair older man don’t be suprised if he comes off like a person who doesn’t like you

Its a Tom Thumb, cant expect a whole lot here. I do find it interesting that they require masks, which I do not have a problem with, but a lot of times the staff is not wearing theirs.

I stopped for a scratch off none the wiser to the implementation of manditory face mask. both male clerks immediately sounded off an almost startling order to produce a mask or exit immediately! clearly i didnt have one in addition to informing them of a medical condition that negates the requirement i was still met with cover your mouth and nose with your shirt or leave! i fully intend on following up with management / corporate to the fullest.

Inside city limits with sign on door that states no mask no service. Required to wear a mask in public places in the City of Pensacola.The staff was not wearing a mask and most customers were not wearing a mask.We need to work together people !!!

There was 2 ladies working todayThe slimmer lady working on the right register wearing a black shirt was extremely rude to meI entered the store on 5/13/21 at 4:48pmI asked her for change for a $20 and she threw 4- 5 dollar bills on the counter and rolled her eyes at meThis is very poor customer service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I love this Tom Thumb. Everyone is so friendly they always have what you want. It is a clean and safe place to shop and their gas keeps my car on the go. What more can a person ask for? I love yall. Smile!

This is actually one of my favorite gas stations in town. Always clean even the bathroom. The staff seems nice. Sometimes the gas is way more here sometimes its way less. tonight it was $0.15 more here then in the Ensley area or the Northeast area. I would have actually saved $2.55 and I filled up on the other side of town earlier today.

Its a gas station that offers so much more. Good food to go. A lucky place to buy lottery tickets. Plenty of parking

Caution! Theyll snatch your money quick! cashier ripped me off and then I reported it to the manager who did absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

This place has a well stocked coffee area with coffee varieties and lots of different creamers. It also has an open refrigerator with breakfast sandwiches & lunch sandwiches, yogurt, fruit & other quick grab breakfast & lunch items. There is an ATM in the front and they normally have a few cashiers going so you dont have to wait. The pumps still have the little foot that you can prop on to pump gas hands free. ( I will stop going to gas stations if they remove them... they save so much time) the windshield water doesnt usually smell crazy swampy.. maybe just a little. Hey, we live in Florida.

I have been to this store maybe 50 times always Service is bad. Asst. Manager lady playing on phone with two other clerks had people backed up she looked up at me like I was inconvenience her rang me up without saying a word had to ask for bag did not get receipt for gas and other stuff I had bought. When I got home realized she had over charged me by two dollars.I plan to start going somewhere where the clearks are nice and dont look at you with a hateful look. Great location but employees suck.

It is nice if they redid the store however they need to add a separate Lotto or Florida Lottery register so it doesnt hold up the line. It would be better at the line for the register did not go out towards the front door and get in everyones way. It would be nice if you could take out cash card or instead of them always being out of cash. They often do not ring up the right prices.

Clean parking lot that has functioning modern pumps. Id rather not be solicited to, though. Theyll try to clean your vehicle and ask for money afterward.

I stop in this store frequently and am always pleased with the upkeep and cleanliness of the store, and the attitude of the staff. Especially the older gentleman that works mornings. Being polite, genuine and personable with patrons goes a long way and I would hate to see that go unnoticed.

I always go here because their great beer selection. They also participate in the Tom Thumb/Kroger points system which gives you up to a $1 off a gallon of gas. I have filled up my truck for $10 before. They also have a lot of pre-made food which makes it a nice quick stop before work.

A decent enough store, but you gotta watch it for the sold loitering around the parking areas. Ive seen people peeing into cars on more than one occasion and Ive only been here a handful of times.

Tom Thumb is always a go to when you need a cheap pack of cigs. Gotta pull over and gas up anyways. Gallons of milk is cheaper than walmart when u get the 2 for 6$ milos is good milk too. And always get your reward points. 1$ off a gallon for up to 20 gallons. Giftcards get u X4 on points!

Some people need to learn to respect customers just cause I am a taxi and not a uber driver doesnt give you the right to look down on me because I speak facts and you speak brain wash no longer will stop at this location anymore everybody has a right to their opinion but keep your brain wash opinions to yourself

By far the worst gas station Ive ever been to, its cold so I sat in my car while watching my pump and the attendant decided to take it upon himself to shut my pump off, when he could have at least came over the speaker and said something instead of messing up the tracker on my miles per gallon its a 30-gallon tank and he shut it off after $20, I have never in the ten years Ive been driving had somebody go and shut the pump off.
